Harish’s place is extremely nice and clean, super spacious and easy to find. One of the most spic and span places I have stayed at so far. Car parking is right in front of the house, and within a large gated society , very very safe. It’s a quiet neighbourhood too, which made it easy for my mother. The society has some good eateries right outside at their entrance/market, and shops available for getting stuff. Plus ordering online is quick and easy. Kudos to Harsh for being proactive and always responsive. And the property has been maintained quite superbly. Will definitely want to stay again.

What really stood out, though, was the peaceful ambiance and how quiet the surroundings were it gave us space to unwind after our busy travel days. Rajesh checked in to make sure everything was comfortable but gave us complete privacy throughout.

Amit is an excellent and responsive host who wants to ensure his guests are comfortable and their needs are met. We had a little difficulty finding the place - mostly because we were tired after a long day of travel- but friendly Amit guided us by phone. The apartment was well cleaned for us, the kitchen needs work - was well cleaned but also well used so could do with a fleshing up. Fridge was spotless. The area suited our needs very well, definitely more local than touristic but easy ride into sites etc. when we wanted. Friendly and helpful neighbours, a great stay!

A wonderful place if u want to stay away from hotels and need a house feel then go for this. We felt like our own home and the area is very spacious. They have a kitchen to cook basics which was so helpful as we couldn't get good coffee over there. Clean neat. Present in residential area and give u a peace. Clear instructions. very nice and happy place to stay. budget friendly if ur looking for a family stay.

We had a great time at Sukoon! It's located in a quiet area where you can hear only birds in the morning. It's isolated yet well serviced by delivery apps. Shweta was very proactive in reaching out and the caretaker Tiwari ji was helpful and always available at the property. We were there with our baby and parents and all enjoyed the property - the garden area, the swimming pool, the pool table and the common area. We were surprised by the facilities for our baby - the baby cycle and the high chair. Thanks for a comfortable worry-free trip, would highly recommend!

Abhinav’s place was absolutely amazing! He was super responsive to messages. The place is very peaceful and the pool was great. Abhinav and his wife left local snacks for us on arrival as well as a handwritten message. Jetinder the caretaker was very attentive and did a good job of making sure we were enjoying our stay despite the language barrier! Couldn’t recommend this place more as me and my friends had a great few days here! Abhinav also provided us with a lengthy list of local recommendations to visit during our stay!

This was my second time staying at Aditya's place, and just like before, everything was perfect! The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials to make a quick meal. Aditya’s local food joint recommendations were spot-on, and the place was spotless. The society is gated and honestly one of the best I’ve come across. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stay in and around Greater Noida!

Gaurav has quite a few accommodations at that society. Alll of them are exactly like the photos . Gaurav is honest and a thorough gentleman. he is very helpful and prompt. He goes out of the way to ensure his guests are comfortable. there are other good operators at that place as well but anyday I would recommend Gaurav over others for the qualities mentioned above. would love to book with him again.
