Family-friendly holiday rentals in Bailly

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Een heel gezellig huisje met een charmant tuintje. Een mooie uitvalsbasis om Parijs met het openbaar vervoer te bereiken. Een echte aanrader!

Très belle appartement, bien localisé, à quelques pas seulement de la gare avec plein de petits commerces aux alentours. Le bien est réellement comme indique les photos. Le balnéo est magnifique ainsi que le homme cinéma. Super bon petit moment passé chez Mike, je recommande. Le tapis de course c'est vraiment un plus aussi. Le point moins positif que j'ai trouvé c'est qu'il y à pas d'accès direct à l'extérieur (pour les fumeurs faut sortir du logement).

We hebben met ons gezin heel erg genoten van het leuke huis die van alle gemakken was voorzien. Het is echt een familiehuis. Het enorme pluspunt is de mooie grote tuin en het prachtige uitzicht op de Seine! We hebben gebruik gemaakt van de kano’s en sub boards. Het treinstation is op loopafstand en heel goedkoop om naar Parijs af te reizen. Dank je wel voor jullie gastvrijheid en we komen heel graag nog een keer terug Esther!

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

Nous avons passer un excellent moment, j’appréhendais un petit peu le faite que le logement étais sur la propriété des propriétaires et franchement 10/10 les hôtes on étais très réactif discrets toute a étais penser comme il le faut nous avons pu profiter de tout le jardin et un petit coin avec le minimum de vis-à-vis était disponible l’eau de la piscine étais très bonne. Nous reviendrons 🙂

Abolutely loved our stay here. so close to the metro and the Eiffel Tower. plenty of restaurants close by too.

Samuel is a fantastic host, polite, friendly and responsive. He goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay in Paris. The apartment is beautifully decorated and chic in a stunning area of Paris. We loved the old building, balconies and old style lift to take you up and down from the sixth floor. Samuel showcases his treasures, whilst also maintaining a high level of cleanliness and space. Naturally, you can hear some noises within the building but this does not deter from your stay, and for anyone with young children just be mindful of their heavy feet on the wooden floors. Montmartre is our favourite part of Paris for its views and winding streets of cafes and shops. All amenities are very close by. We would highly recommend staying at Samuel’s place. Marie was a great host and so helpful. She responded quickly to our questions and went above and beyond to make our stay great. The Airbnb was close enough to public transport which was very convenient. The location is very peaceful which is great after the bustling of the city. Highly recommend.

Comfortable bed, great location, very walkable. Very good boulangeries and patisseries in the area. My daughter loved the cafe americano at Notre Patisserie across the street. Nicolas was able to meet us early to drop off our luggage which was much appreciated. No AC, but we purchased a couple small fans at a monoprix and slept with the windows open and it was perfect. Small elevator was helpful after a long day of walking. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this apartment.

I cannot speak highly enough of Marc and Corinna and their children, first of all. From the second I walked in they welcomed me warmly and were full of positive energy. The place itself is in a calm, green area and it is very original and beautifully decorated. The outdoor space was a wonderful bonus as I ended up doing most of my work there. Best place I've stayed in so far. 100% recommended.

Bien que notre séjour ait été bref, nous avons été conquis par cette location. La maison est confortable et parfaitement entretenue, et le jardin, d’une grande beauté et très intimiste !

To begin with I would say the host was amazing. Super helpful, always responsive and ready to assist when needed. It was a hot day when we reached and he came himself to deliver fans and met with us and offered any help we needed. Such a nice gesture. Place was right next to tram stop which made our commute super easy. House was nice and clean and felt like home. Grocery stores and few Pizza places were nearby which made it easier for us to get stuff. Given a chance I would love to stay again at Guillame’s place and highly recommend anyone looking for a place in Paris to stay here. Thanks

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

A casa de Elodie é super confortavel. Para quem quer estar em uma casa, com lazer e a apenas 30 min de carro de Paris ou 50 min com trem/metro trata-se de uma otima opcao. Tambem aconselhado para quem viaja com criancas no verao.

Charmante kleine Wohnung im 27. Stock des Evasion 2000 von 1971. Zugang zu einem Pool unterm Dach. 15 Minuten Fußweg zum Eiffelturm. Sehr schnelle und klare Kommunikation mit Paule. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Énorme coup de coeur pour ce gîte plein de charme, si dépaysant, à seulement une demie-heure de Paris ! Hôtesse incroyablement accueillante et chaleureuse. Le parc est magnifique et très bien entretenu. La piscine est un plus aussi non négligeable. Nous avons passé trois jours hors du temps et de l'agitation parisienne dans une ambiance familiale et apaisante. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir bientôt. Merci.

Gif sur Yvette est environ une heure de Paris porte à porte, donc prévoir ce temps de transit. L’appartement est situer dans un cadre verdoyant et paisiblev, les matins ont été tranquille et on favorisé notre repos. Le village a tout à porter de main boulangerie, fromagerie, caviste, marché, café et bistro. L’hôte est réactive a pris souvent de nos nouvelle pour savoir que tout allait bien. L’endroit et très sécuritaire.

Bel appartement très bien situé dans Paris! L appartement est agréable, bien rangé et propre. La piscine est un vrai plus ! Stephanie est très accueillante !

We had a wonderful 5 days in Paris. The house is lovely with everything we needed. It was really clean and warm. The kids loved the pool. The forest nearby was very peaceful after a busy day in the center of Paris. Easy 10 min walk to the train station with very regular connections to Paris. Fredrique was very friendly and helpful. A+ stay. Highly recommended .
