Great place! The view from the terrace is beautiful you have to be there to appreciate it the pictures don’t do it justice. Great host and great location!

Même si nous n’avons séjourné qu’une nuit dans cette belle maison créole, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La maison est très spacieuse avec une terrasse très agréable. Fadette et Gervais nous ont très bien accueillis et même conduits faire des petites courses sous la pluie :) Fadette a aussi la gentillesse d’organiser nos transferts pour l’aéroport et une journée tour de l’île, et nous a permis de prendre une douche avant de prendre l’avion. Le jardin est également très beau, et la plage d’anse royale à proximité.

I’m happy to recommend this place for a family & friends vacation. Villa is very spacious, close to the beach, has a dedicated parking and a large garden which gives you an open air together with the privacy. Each room has an air conditioner, it’s very quiet during the night time and despite the mattress was a bit firm for me - I had a great sleep and woke up early fully rested. There is a grocery store nearby and I highly recommend you to try the local ice cream. 5min by car you’ll find a fabulous Fairyland beach which I highly recommend for snorkeling. Au Cap is my most loved district on the island and it’s a good place to stay.

The place has some stunning views. Hubert is a great host and gave us some very insightful information with some pointers on a map for things we wd like to do around the island. He was really helpful and warm. I happened to forget my purse but got it back safely. I would really recommend Huberts Sailfish Villas to everyone who wants to have a wonderful time at Mahe. Just that the road was too steep a climb for our car but i guess thats true at many places around Mahe.

Great place!A wonderful garden, very pleasant hosts, clean rooms, good WiFi signal.The staff were lovely,friendly and helpful We stayed in the villa with a great view and beach near by. The lay-out is great, beds are super comfy and the kitchen fully equipped. Room service is fast and excellent, which was a great perk for our kids. Breakfast has a good choice of food with a lovely outside seating area. We enjoyed a culinary experience!The hotel is right at the beach (5 min wolk) We recommend.

Die Unterkunft hat meinen Urlaub wirklich besonders angenehm gemacht. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet - nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt und umgeben von wunderschöner Natur. Vom Haus aus genießt man einen tollen Blick, der jeden Morgen zum Erlebnis macht. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, das WLAN war schnell und zuverlässig - perfekt auch zum Arbeiten oder um mit der Familie in Kontakt zu bleiben. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die schnelle und hilfsbereite Kommunikation mit Rainer, der sich um alle Anliegen umgehend gekümmert hat. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen - absolute Empfehlung!

We stumbled upon this wonderful and brand new (opened 3 months ago) Airbnb with just two villas-2 more under construction- up a steep hillside above a new restaurant called Takamaka sky less than a Kilometer up the hill from Intendance, rated by Tripadvisor, and many others as the best beach in Seychelles. I rate it top 5 but not our very favorite beach (Georgette on Praslin gets that honor with us). You cant miss it driving to Intendance beach as there is a large lighted fibreglass ice cream cone on the road right before the 1 souvenir shop down here in the Wild South". Owned by a super amiable Bulgarian Gergov and his local wife Samantha, this family built complex is on her family's ancestral land. Her brother is a police administartor and his markerdd car is often parked out front giving excellent security, along with the CCTV of the living areas and the parking lot next to the road. They have a restaurant, closed Mondays and closes early at 430pm but they will extend the hours before too long. if you want a cold beer and/or ice cream its a great addition to an otherwise underserved area of Mahe with very few food options. They also have burgers, pizza, grilled items, and the family house next door sells local produce exhibited on the typical umbrella covered table. They rent bikes and motor scooters too. Best Wifi (5G) we've found here staying in many different places on all 3 of the main islands. Although presumably the 5 star resorts offer fibre optic cable, expct to pay at least $400+ per night at the resorts. There is SmartTV too on a Sharp Aquos on a retractable arm. Just brilliantly designed. Hot water with loads of pressure in a very modern shower, super comfortable bed (a REAL rarity in Seychelles) . Included breakfast is excellent and cooked to order, three chpoices British, French (criossants and fruit plate) and local rather than the lousy buffet that so many resorts in Seychelles offer. This area is best for nature lovers who want to get away from the crowds at Beau Vallon and Anse Royale. If you want lots of restaurants and shops nearby, the Wild South is not for you. If yiu want 3 of the very best and uncrowded beaches within 5 minutes drive, stay here. Intendance takes about 2 minutes to drive or bike it, Forbans about 5 minutes driving and the ultimate wilderness beach Police Bay 5 minutes drive followed by 10 minute walk along flat trail).

This villa is located in an ideal location as it is nice and private but not too far from the beaches. It is a spotless and spacious home with views that match it—the perfect spot for big families.

Nous avons passé des vacances de rêve en famille dans la villa Les Jolies Eaux. La maison est spacieuse (2 grandes chambres et une petite) et agréable à vivre. Vous avez votre propre petite piscine devant et également accès à la grande piscine principale. Idéalement située à 1 mn de la plage, de nombreux restaurants et commerces sont à proximité. Toute l’équipe sur place a été très sympa et flexible. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Great villa! The location is a little unexpected, with a super fun driveway and direction were a little unclear. However, our driver was able to locate it before we arrived so our arrival experience was good. Alan, the caretaker, was very kind, helpful and a wealth of information and recommendations.

Un séjour inoubliable à Beau Vallon ! Nous avons passé un moment exceptionnel dans cette villa située directement sur la plage de Beau Vallon. Le cadre est tout simplement paradisiaque, avec une vue incroyable sur l'océan. Le personnel a été remarquable tout au long du séjour : toujours souriant, disponible et aux petits soins pour nous. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour leur accueil chaleureux. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Excellent séjour en famille (10). Nous avions les 3 appartements. Même si l'arrivée sans bagage a été un peu compliquée, on oublie tout quand on arrive à la villa ; tellement la vue et la maison sont extraordinaires. L'accueil de Vivienne et son sourire Seychellois nous mettent à l'aise. Nous avons visité le JARDIN DU ROI (mangé là bas),les plages du sud. PRASLIN. LA DIGUE (on peut y passer 2 jours). PARC NATIONAL MARIN DE SAINT ANNE( avec MASONS TRAVEL). VICTORIA et BEAU VALLON super ambiance. Nous sommes rentrés chez nous et avons repris le travail mais notre coeur est resté là bas. MERCI EDMUND et VIVIENNE

My friends and I had an incredible stay at Villa “Club Tropicana” in Seychelles. This unique property not only offers amazing sea views but also a private rooftop infinity pool and terrace, which was a real highlight - to be honest, for us that was the best option to chill with drink and relax ;) Our host, Barbora, proved to be incredibly helpful. She provided us with valuable tips about the area and assisted us in renting a car for our group. Thanks to her, we even received a discount at rental agency! The villa itself was spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything desribed in andvertisement, so we had all we needed. I highly recommend “Villa Club Tropicana” to anyone planning a vacation in Seychelles. It’s a place we’ll remember for a long time! Thanks a lot Barbora, I will recommend this place for my friends, family and for anyone!! I hope to come back someday to Seychelles and definiately will choose your villa again!!

The house is perfectly located and very comfortable. Lots of privacy, yet close to the main activities. We had a fantastic stay.

Perfect spot right on the beach with a small but private pool. Clean, neat and maintenance up to date. Host was super friendly and helpful, answering all questions we had :)

Unterkunft war super. Genau wie auf den Bildern. Der eigene Pool ist toll. Auch die schönen Strände sind schnell zu erreichen.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir waren schon das zweite Mal da und werden wieder kommen. Man fühlt sich gleich zu Hause. Ein besonderer Luxus im Haus ist die tägliche Reinging der wunderbaren Reinigungskräfte. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und mit allem, was man benötigt ausgestattet. Wir freuen uns auf das nächste Mal. 😊

Lydia is an Angel! The house is better than on The Photos! :)) we had a lovely few days there.I can totally recommend this house. You can chill by the pool all day, ocean is also really calm. Perfect place for example for 3 couples :)

Wir waren mit 2 Familien hier und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit bei Josée. Ein Auto ist unbedingt notwendig. Basics zum kochen (zB Salz und Pfeffer) wären wünschenswert, alles andere war super. Wir würden es definitiv weiterempfehlen! :)

A large spacious villa with all the amenities, a clean pool, inside there is absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. On the territory of the villa there are fruit trees, mangoes, coconuts. The villa was cleaned every three days. Next to the villa, in 5 minutes, there is a grocery store "Kumar and Kumar" with an excellent selection of products and everything you need. In 10 minutes there is an excellent beach, very secluded, on which there was very low number of people. The owner of the villa Jude gave all the necessary contacts for a taxi, and also showed generosity in terms of some breakdowns due to our fault, for which he is especially grateful!

What an amazing place. Couldn’t fault the host or the accommodation. The view from the infinity pool was breathtaking. Can only recommend booking and stay there. Would return in a heartbeat We were also allowed a late check out as the next guests weren’t due for a couple of days. Made our last day so relaxing
