Holiday rentals in Baie du Tamarin

We had a fantastic stay here and loved every moment, welcomed warmly by Monique and Cedric- thank you for the fruit and starter items. Exactly as shown, we had amazing evenings on the terrace listening to the sea and star gazing- yes there is occasional road noise but the sea blocks that. We enjoyed the nature, the visiting birds, looking out to sea from the minute we woke until we went to bed. We swam in the sea immediately outside as well as walking to the public beach and used the pool which was most welcome on the days we went on trips. We enjoyed walks along the beach at sunset, accompanied by two adorable dogs (Monique’s). We had our own car, parked safely on the property behind gates on coloured sea glass, which matched the aesthetics of the property, not sharp as one person had implied! Lots to do in the area- we kayaked, went to swim with dolphins, went to the 7 falls and did our own trips to tropical gardens and Port Louis. Plenty of good shops, supermarkets and restaurant

We loved our stay here. A perfect location for visiting le Morne and doing other mountain activities in the west and south. Pauline’s place was just as described and the kitchen was fully kitted out. A very comfortable stay!

Logement très cosy avec petite terrasse très agréable. Très bien équipé. L’hôte a été très réactif, agréable et arrangeant. Idéal pour 2 personnes avec chambre avec climatisation. 2ème lit en mezzanine disponible mais trop chaud pour nous. Nous recommandons ce logement et reviendrons avec plaisir. À bientôt j’espère !

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour de deux semaines passé dans l’appartement de Jane. Les échanges avec Jane à l’arrivée et au départ ont vraiment été très chaleureux. L’appartement est agencé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, très bien pensé pour un séjour à deux. On s’y sent vraiment bien tout de suite. Cet endroit est fait pour nous accueillir dans les meilleures conditions et cela se sent. L’appartement est très propre et parfaitement entretenu. Tout y est, autant en ustensiles qu’en équipement de cuisine. La terrasse est vraiment agréable pour se poser. Un emplacement de parking est réservé dans la résidence pour y stationner votre véhicule. l’endroit est calme et résidentiel. À 5 minutes à pied, vous pouvez y faire des courses au London Way. Idéalement situé près de la très tranquille plage de la preneuse (2 min à pied) On peut visiter beaucoup de sites sans rouler plus d’une heure. C’est l’un des meilleurs AirBnB dans lequel nous avons séjourné. Rendez-vous est pris pour y revenir

Un endroit parfait ! Nadia est toujours disponible et très accueillante. Elle a même pris l’initiative d’appeler pour la réservation, car nous ne pouvions pas la faire nous-mêmes. Le logement est magnifique, un véritable cocon, parfaitement rangé, avec tout le nécessaire et une literie exceptionnelle. On s’y sent vraiment bien. Le petit plus : le jacuzzi en soirée, idéal pour se détendre après une belle journée à l'île Maurice. Nous recommandons à 100 % !

wir waren die ersten Tage unserer Reise in dieser schönen Unterkunft und haben uns direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt. Am liebsten wären wir die gesamte Reise dort geblieben. Marie Lou und ihr Mann waren tolle Gastgeber - freundlich, hilfsbereit und kommunikativ. Es gab sogar Willkommens-Leckereien, wie lieb! Die Unterkunft hatte alles, was man braucht, sowohl im Wohnbereich, Schlafzimmer, Küche, als auch draußen. Die Unterkunft hat die perfekte Lage: direkt um die Ecke (wir hatten ein Auto) sind zahlreiche Naturschutzgebiete mit tollen Wandermöglichkeiten, schöne Strände, tolle und leckere Restaurants (Nomad & Vanilla Village waren super gut!), viele gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine tolle Nachbarschaft. Wir dachten, dass man für die Flitterwochen irgendwie auch noch in ein schickes Hotel „muss“, aber um ehrlich zu sein war es in dem AirBnb sogar viel schöner und privater. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen! Danke Marie Lou, es war eine sehr schöne Zeit bei euch.

Apartamento muy agradable, muy cerca de la playa. La anfitriona fue super atenta a lo que necesitamos, fácil comunicación.

Just returned from a week at Marine’s flat and we are so pleased with the value for money we have got from staying here. For us, the location was perfect as it is quiet, with direct access to the beach and an incredible, large private patio which was shaded throughout. We visited the pool almost every day and only once saw someone else using it; it felt like our own private pool! The apartment has all the amenities a couple needs for their stay and Marine enabled us to have an early check-in and a late check-out at no extra cost, and was readily available before, during and after our stay. We recommend “l’envol” which is a very local pizza place and doesn’t seem to have a very big social media presence. We will definitely be coming back!
