Nice apartment facing the sea with south-facing balcony in a secure residence with parking. Comfortable. 1st floor without elevator access. Renovated apartment with a bedroom with a 140 X 190 double bed. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi. "La Résidence" is located opposite the sandy beach of Grand Vallat, with access to a private beach with a pergola. Boules court, ping pong table and deckchairs are available. Located less than a 10-minute walk to the city center and its shops.

What a special place! The house is fully equipped, particularly the kitchen and the living room have all amenities you could imagine. The view is incredible, the outdoor space is gorgeous, the plants are very well kept and the terrace is very spacious. Very clean indoors and outdoors! We enjoyed the projector with the Dolby surround system on the rainy days. There were not many options to eat out or buy groceries/bread within walking distance, so some driving is needed. Marc was also very helpful and fast to respond when we had some issues with the home automation. Overall a wonderful place we hope to come back to again.

It's a beautiful stay The apartment is located in a very nice complex that is secured (2 gates with parking). The layout of the apartment is optimal. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the apartment. The contact with Omar was exemplary. Sincere thanks for the friendly welcome, tips and flexibility in checking in and out.

Wow! What a view to wake up to! We had some amazing days at Anthony's place, with a sense of wonder waking up every morning looking out at the sea. The proximity to the center was also great, we walked down to the bakery to get our pastries, bathed at the central beach and plage des renecros, and took a Bolt to Saint Cyr sur Mer and walked the way back to the apartment by the "sentier du littoral", one of the nicest walks we have ever had, with breathtaking views. Another day we went to Le Castellet a beautiful medieval village. The apartment had everything we needed, and it was calm at night. Anthony was responsive whenever needed :-) Definitely a recommended stay! Thanks again :-)

Steven is a friendly, courteous and above all a totally dedicated host. We arrived a little late, but that was no problem for Brice, who was responsible for our stay. The communication was absolutely flawless. Finally, we arrived and were greeted super friendly by Brice. The apartment itself is quite high up, so you can really enjoy a breathtaking view of the bay and the port of Bandol. Basically, the apartment corresponded exactly to the description and exceeded it by far to our taste. The apartment was clean, very nicely furnished and modernly equipped. The balcony invites you to start the day with an unbeatable view and to plan one of the many beautiful activities to end the day there in the evening by the glittering lake. In short, an all-round successful vacation with a super friendly, accommodating host.
