Holiday rentals with beach access in Bahçeşehir, Başakşehir

Чудове помешкання і дуже привітний власник. В середині було дуже чисто і світло, та сама квартира виглядає новою і стильною. В помешканні було так приємно знаходитись що не хотілося йти на вулицю😄 класний балкон на якому стояв диван (що було неймовірно приємно побачити бо на фото балкону стояли стільці) Житло дуже легко знайти, район сподобався, парки, море що добре підійде для тих, хто хоче відпочити від метушні великого міста. Поруч заклади і гарні парки, метро, пароми, супермаркет, та все що потрібно. Дуже раджу це помешкання☺️

The best host ever! They helped us with so many things throughout our stay. The house was beautiful and clean, with a stunning view of the Bosphorus. Communication was excellent—very fast and incredibly helpful. The location is strategic, close to the metro, ferry to the European side, as well as cafes and restaurants. We will definitely book again in the future! Just a small note: 3 of the rooms and the bathroom are located in the basement, so you’ll need to go down a flight of stairs.

Die Wohnung ist direkt am Meer wie auch auf den Fotos. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön. Jeden morgen mit Meeresblick zu erwachen ist sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell & auch geräumig. Sie hat eine Küche & 2 Schlafzimmer.

My family and I (4 people total) stayed here for 5 nights, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The unit was spotless, with everything brand new and in perfect condition. Bedding and towels were exceptionally clean, and all appliances worked perfectly. Hasan was incredibly responsive and welcoming—he made everything easy and enjoyable. The location was also fantastic. The neighborhood is walkable and not in a steep area, unlike some parts of Istanbul. There were plenty of great restaurants nearby, and the ferry and other public transportation options were just a short walk away. One thing to note: there is only one bathroom, and it's located inside the bedroom. For groups larger than two, that may affect privacy depending on the sleeping setup. It wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s something to consider. Overall, I’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to friends without hesitation.

We stayed in Volkan’s place for 4 nights. Very nice apartment, specious, comfortable, clean and it had everything we needed. The neighbourhood (Erenköy) is lovely. The street the apartment is on is very walkable and has a lot of nice high quality cafes and it’s also very close to trendy Baghdat st. Volkan was quick to respond to any questions we had and he communicated in a perfect manner. Highly recommend!

Ailemle birlikte 3 gün 4 gece konakladık ve her anından çok memnun kaldık. Ev hem konum hem de konfor açısından harikaydı; temiz, düzenli ve ihtiyaç duyduğumuz her şey düşünülmüştü. Ev sahibimiz Aba Bey ise bu deneyimi özel kılan en önemli unsurdu. Kendisi son derece ilgili, yardımsever ve misafirperverdi. Her sorumuza hızlıca yanıt verdi, ihtiyaç duyduğumuzda hep destek oldu. Kendimizi adeta kendi evimizde gibi hissettik. Bu kadar kaliteli bir ev ve bu kadar nazik bir ev sahibini bulmak gerçekten zor. Gönül rahatlığıyla herkese tavsiye ederim. Wonderful stay near Galataport—perfect location with easy access to T1 tram, fenicular, and bus stops. Reaching anywhere in Istanbul is effortless. The unit has a large window with a beautiful Bosphorus view, cozy plants, and a desk perfect for work-vacation. The host kindly allowed early check-in when I asked to drop my luggage. Tips: - Get funicular to taksim square – T1 to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar, Spice Bazaar – T1 + T5 to Pierre Loti cable car – T1 to Eminönü, then ferry to Kadıköy (highly recommended). Go 30 mins before sunset—stay on the boat for magical sunset views, no need to get off at kadikoy and fery will take you to Eminönü or just get off at Karaköy. Be sure to explore the area—some stairs, but rewarding views and hidden local spots. Light music from the café below on weekends, but easy to overlook when you’re out enjoying the city. The stay, location, and small details all came together to make the experience smooth, comfortable.

beautiful location right on the sea front, where I noticed alot of Turkish families also came to enjoy the sea view and picnic/ barbecue The property was exactly as described and perfect for our family. it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beaches and restaurants were all just a short taxi ride away. There was also a fish restaurant less than 10 minutes walk away. the host and her husband were great, they were always ready to help if needed. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Beylikduzu

Our visit was short but we felt right at home. Location is great with easy to walk to places and safe.

The house has everything for a mid-long term stay, including cooking utensils, basic ingredients like salt, sugar, oil and spices. It also has dishwasher and washing machine. The garden green is very relaxing. 5 minutes walk from supermarket, 5 to 7 minutes walk to bank, ATM and metro station. Also walking distance from the colorful houses on vibrant Kuzguncuk street. Loved our stay. Seda is very kind and made sure that we have a comfortable stay with our baby. She also allowed a late check out. I will book this place again.

We were greeted by Mucahits father, very hospitable and came running with some fresh simit when we arrived. Although he spoke very little English he did his best to make us feel at home. Apartment was fine especially for the price.

This was our fourth trip to Istanbul and we decided to try an Air BNB as the hotels seem to always be built next to night clubs or are over priced. We definitely made the right decision. This air bnb is large and very well located. We weren't interested in going to the historic sites this trip but it is close to them without being in the historic peninsula which is noisy and crowded. This place is very quiet especially at night, compared to other places we have stayed in Istanbul and the neighborhood is fascinating and picturesque

A perfect house and a wonderful host, Sema Hanım! The house is much more beautiful than in the photos, every item in the house is very valuable and meaningful. While I was sitting on the balcony, I felt like a sultan living in the old times and watching the Bosphorus in her palace, I woke up every morning with the whistles of the ships passing through the Bosphorus, I drank my coffee among the singing of the birds, I walked in the forest area near the house or ran down to the beach. As for the host, Esma Hanım.. I don't know how to describe her in words, she is very helpful, very naive, very smart, an exemplary woman, I have nothing to do but feel lucky to have met her, thank you for designing such a house and coming into my life!

Manzara fotoğraflardan gözüken daha da güzel. Heryere yürürmeye mesafesinde. Evde ev aleti olarak herşey vardı. Tek problem sigara içmek için bina değil bahçeninde dışına çıkılması lazım.

Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.

Zeynep and her family gave us such a warm welcome that we immediately felt at home. They were always available and happy to help with any of our questions or requests. Their flat was spotlessly clean and equipped with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed our stay in their flat and had great communication with them. We 100% recommend this place.
