I had a lovely time staying at Victoria’s apartment. It’s a cozy environment to spend time with family and friends in. The place was well decorated and spacious. The only thing is that the weather was extremely warm and the apartment didn’t have any AC so it would get quite hot but apart from that everything went well. The host is really friendly and quick to respond to messages.

Apartment looks like the photos, feels young and modern with everything updated. Espresso machine, strong wifi, washer, dishwasher. No elevator though in case you need one (not a problem for me) If you like being in a hip neighborhood like Bastille, then this place is great. so much around. The apartment had a great dining table i used for a work space and amazing windows looking onto the main street. Comfortable bed, could use some new fluffier pillows and could use some closet space, just had no where to put my stuff but I made do. Great place, would stay again for sure!

We stayed here for 4 days, and it was a very good stay, Acil is a very attentive person, responds very quickly. Although small but well-equipped, the room is perfectly suited for 2 people. Around is quite safe, it's a family area,

Great location for attending the 2024 Olympic events. Only 50 yards from the metro one way and another 50 yards the other direction to a major super market. I liked the triple security (2 doors and a security guard).

Anna left detailed check in instructions including photo. She was extremely responsive. Area is very accessible to eiffel tower, room is small but efficient and clean.

This is a cozy studio perfect for a couple of days in Paris. It was clean and had many amenities. The location is perfect as the metro is just around the corner. There is also a Lidl very close by. You have to pick up the key at the back of the building, but the instructions were clear. Audrey is a great hostess, always responding within minutes. I will definitely stay there next time I am in Paris.

Thank you for the lovely stay at Aziz. The apartment looked like the pictures and was very cozy. We felt very comfortable. It should be noted that there is no blackout in the bedrooms, which was a bit difficult for the kids to fall asleep in the summer due to the long daylight. The TV also had quirks from time to time and did not respond. In addition, the apartment is very audible. The bedroom, which adjoined the living room, could only be used for sleeping if the TV in the living room was turned off at the same time. If you know all this and find it unproblematic, you can live with Aziz. Unfortunately, we were not able to buy tickets for the RER by mobile phone. Very complicated. Therefore, we walked every day and rented a car. The apartment is about 15 minutes' walk outside the area where you could park rental cars. Still the best choice for us every day. My stay was perfect,studio very comfortable,clean,comfortable and quiet. Full kitchen, bed linen and bath towels,market underneath the building. A single point I did not like, but not because of the owner's fault and also being a passing problem is that the street where the apartment is located was under construction ,renovating the sidewalks making it difficult to walk ,but as I said, it will be a passenger. Certainly returning to Paris, it will be the first place I will look for if there is availability.

First of all, I'm new here and have no way of comparing. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but it's not exactly comfortable. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for it. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't exactly safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable, especially in the summer. The view is priceless. The view over the city is fantastic.

Antoine was very helpful in setting us up for our stay. The apartment is clean, and beautifully decorated, with a lot of techy equipment. The apartment had all the amenities and utensils we needed.

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

Boris was very helpful. The apartment is super decorated and clean. You have everything you need. The location is very nice, quiet and new. We also liked that you can park very easily and then avoid the stairs at the entrance. Very clear recommendation. If we come back to Paris, we would definitely rent the apartment again. The swimming pool is also very nice but not for children under 150 cm tall. If someone thinks the price is too high, it's really worth it. Thank you Boris for your support and your effort!

This place is extremely cozy, but the view is breathtaking, have the opportunity to enjoy the Eiffel Tower in all its glory, there were a few night were the sunset had beautiful colors and made the experience even better. The location is great in terms of public transportation and local stores and bars. Definitely I will book it again.

Roland’s hospitality was greatly appreciated. The suite was beautifully decorated and located in the heart of Montmartre. We appreciated the patio space and having a comfortable place to relax after a full day of exploring the city.
