Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Bages

David’s place is in the middle of Barcelona and Sant Cugat. It’s about an 11 min walk with a small decline to the train station and maybe 20 min to Placa Catalunya via metro. It’s a perfect getaway from the busy city. Nestled in the mountains and very peaceful. In saying that, once you go to the Airbnb, there are no food options near you unless you travel again. So keep that in mind. David welcomed us and gave us clear instructions. Helpful and was proactive in making sure we were comfortable. He even provided many options for breakfast at the Airbnb! Internet is stable and fast enough. Restrooms doesn’t have doors and is wide open, so make sure you’re comfortable with doing the business with people you’re staying with. Has a clean kitchen for cooking if needed. I would stay here again as it offers a nice break from exploring the city.

We went this weekend with my husband and it was an incredible experience, the apartment is very well cared for and with great taste, super clean and very well equipped. The incredible whirlpool tub! It is perfect if you are looking for relaxation and intimacy. Highlight the tranquility of the area, the common areas are very good! The heated pool is a treat. David took care of us wonderfully, very attentive and pleasant! We'll be back for sure! Thank you for your hospitality.

We stayed at Ca la Ramoneta with the grandparents for a few days and we were very happy and very comfortable. The house has a very well-equipped kitchen (plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, pots, pans, etc.), bedrooms with their corresponding sheets, spare sets, towels for visitors and blankets in the closets. It has heating, which keeps you from getting cold, and ceiling fans. Communication with Maria was excellent, and at all times she was available in case we needed anything. The same can be said of Maria's parents, very friendly and hospitable people. If you visit Cardona, don't miss the Castle, the Mines and the Salt Museum (they have a collection of pieces that are beautiful) and above all, stroll through the town and see those beautiful streets they have and their architecture and consume local products, which are very tasty. Maria, we were delighted with your home. Until next time, I'm sure we'll be back!!

We absolutely loved our stay, sadly didn’t get to meet Manuel as he wasn’t available for the check in, but he was extremely responsive throughout the stay. The villa is gorgeous and absolutely huge, bbq is a great touch and we too full advantage of the kitchen utilities. Only issue was lack of mirrors in the bedrooms and that wifi doesn’t quite reach all places in the house. We would stay again.

This is a private cabin with birds singing. The place is as described. You will find enough dishes to cook, shower is good, bed is comfortable. The place looks as new. I had a very pleasant experience of living in nature. Thanks to Alba for her hospitality.

Thank you to the hosts for their impeccable attitude towards us, we had an unforgettable weekend, nature and these sunsets with sunrise in the mountain and forest area are soothing and mesmerizing you, the house has absolutely everything to spend time with family and do not need anything, be sure to visit the waterfall near the house. Well, the fireplace warmed us in the evenings, I repeat about an unforgettable vacation, it's a pity that there are so few days,but we will definitely come back😊🙌

I travel a lot and stay in a lot of places round the world. But Xavier’s place is definitely one of the best I and my family stayed at. The photos are brilliant, but the actual home is A+ and every time I’m in Barcelona, I will definitely go back there. For families, it’s just amazing! It’s hard to write a review for what the experience actually is…….just go see for yourself. ❤️

Host was very good at communication and was very responsive to our needs. The apartment is very spacious and has a private garage. Very comfortable for 4 people and could accommodate 6 people. Well equipped kitchen with adequate utensils. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!

Lovely apartment and lovely service. They allowed us to check out late and also store our bags which was really useful. The terrace is lovely and the Rituals toiletries and a great touch. I will be returning.

Stunning 10/10 place to stay for one or two. Impressive quality of materials throughout (e.g., bedsheets, kitchen utensils, furniture), impeccably clean, easy to access. Miriam was helpful and communicative. Really, really good.

We stayed several nights and were very warmly welcomed. The hosts Kaire and James have many fun and interesting tips for visits in the area. The location is very quiet and you can feel the history. Kaire and James, for a great stay!

I'm just grateful, everything exceeded my expectations. I was able to run my errands and feel the tranquility of my home when I arrived with my son. I arrived super late and he was very attentive, in addition to a super point of leaving us some food, toiletries, whether we use them or not. I recommend it, it's a 10 out of 10.

Had a lovely stay at Carlos’ place with 6 of my friends. It was absolutely stunning with gorgeous views of the sea. The kitchen is very well equipped and the master bedroom is amazing. Easy to get a taxi or train into Barcelona and very peaceful surroundings.

The property is beautiful, spacious, and surrounded by nature. The atmosphere is peaceful and the hosts are incredibly generous, attentive, and always ready to help with anything you need. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more special. From the house, there is direct access to a marked trail that leads into a stunning forest with several hiking options, including a path that climbs the mountain and reaches breathtaking viewpoints. The shared outdoor areas are large, diverse, and well-maintained. There are swings and a small playground for children, a lovely pool, a very spacious garden, and plenty of different seating areas to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The nearest village is about a 7-minute walk away. It has only one small shop with very basic supplies, and one restaurant that is not open every day. We highly recommend bringing your own food and ingredients and enjoying cooking at the house. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this place to anyone l

This place had everything we could’ve needed and was very spacious! Loved the pool and the transportation to the city centre was very easy! Mari was great and gave us so many good recommendations. I definitely recommend to everyone!

Manuela is the loveliest host, she truly made our stay so special from the moment we got there she was so kind to us, and ensured we knew we could go to her if we needed. When we had an issue with booking a taxi she was extremely helpful and when we messed it up she was understanding and helpful. Despite the language barrier she ensured to use a translation app so we could talk to her just fine, her and her husband are lovely people, and they allowed us to sit in their garden and wait whilst getting a taxi to leave. The place itself it stunning with beautiful views of the sunset nearby, the pool is absolutely perfect for a chilled time. The rooms and kitchen are pristine with everything we needed. Overall a brilliant time, felt so welcome, loved our experience! x

Perfect way to end our 2 week European Tour. Beautiful beach view. Private and quiet. Lots of amenities; well stocked with beach necessities (sun umbrella, chairs, blankets, extra flip flops, toys/football, etc). Great way to get out of Barcelona but still have access to the city and airport. All six of us were very pleased with the two night stay before hopping back onto a plane ✈️ to fly home.

Marc's apartment was perfect for what we were looking for: a place in the inner city in walking distance to great restaurants, parks and playgrounds. In the evenings we could relax on the terrace filled with beautiful plants, while the kids slept. We could have used the huge and well stocked kitchen, but decided to get takeout from several of the nearby restaurants. Amazing. The place had enough space for kids and another adult and baby bed and baby chair were available. Would go again.
