This is where I live with my two children. For the weekends that we are traveling, I rent out the apartment. The apartment is on the 4th floor, with no elevator, so bring good fitness. In one bedroom (which does not have a door) there is a 160 cm bed. In the children's room there is a 120 cm bed as well as a loft bed (it fits small people and children). Sometimes we have a dog visit, therefore I can not guarantee allergic people a worry-free visit. I only rent to calm people who show good consideration for my neighbors.

En egen lägenhetsvåning i ett hus i hjärtat av idylliska Kålltorp. Spårvagnar och bussar finns 300 meter från boendet som tar dig till centralaste Göteborg på 10-15 minuter (Ullevi, Liseberg, Centralstation, Avenyn etc). Mycket fridfullt men ändå centralt område. Det är fri parkering på gatorna utanför huset. Man har självständig tillgång till lägenheten som är på våning 2 av huset och lägenheten är på hela 75 kvm. Lägenheten är mycket ljus och är i mycket bra skick. Se bilder.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home with easy distance to Gothenburg city. Here, 3-4 people can enjoy the "home"feeling. Our apartment is called Pendo Amani, meaning Love and Peace, in Swahili. Pendo Amani is also a youth organization in Juja, Kenya, where there is a school called Ingemar Ericsson Learning Centre, named after Cecilia’s uncle. A part of the money our guests pay, goes to this important project, since our first guests in the apartment were friends from Kenya.

The Penthouse

Newly refurbished penthouse apartment with very high standard. With a big enough living room to fit both a dining table and sofa this is an apartment designed for socializing. The bedroom is very cozy with an en-suite bathroom. The open fireplaces and 65" TV with Netflix built in makes this place ideal for simply chilling out and relaxing. In addition, the TV room has a custom built sofa that covers the entire floor of the room! Perfect for cuddles or nights in with friends.

En fantastisk lägenhet i bagaregården ett stenkast ifrån både centrum och Ullevi. 1minuts promenad och du finner hållplatsen ”Ejdergatan”. Ska du på konsert? Med 6:an och 8:an kan du åka från ”Ejdergatan” till ”Norra Ullevi” på 7min. Lägenheten har ett fint badrum med dusch, ett stort och fullt utrustat kök med köksö och ett sovrum med en uppblåsbar dubbel säng.
