We were with a group of 13 and enjoyed the accommodation immensely. In the house there was enough to keep us busy, I am thinking of the great sauna and swimming pond but also the extensive range of board games, toys, chess board and poker set. It is a very charming house that is modern where it should be. The area was beautiful and even more beautiful than in the picture. You can take a very nice walk directly from the garden and you are really in nature. This is definitely recommended!

We stayed with 2 families for an extended weekend in Kathi's house. The house and the spacious garden invite you to relax. Everything was clean and well maintained and Kathi was quick to respond to all questions and was very helpful.

Nice accommodation, for a weekend. With the airfield next door, it's definitely a cool experience. The view from the houses could have been a little nicer for the area. You have to get your water for the accommodation in a canister, but that's not so bad either. The sanitary facilities were okay, but can be improved. Very nice staff.

We had a great stay and felt very comfortable from the beginning. The house is superbly equipped, clean and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It is perfect for six people and our dogs were also warmly welcomed and felt right at home. Communication with the hosts was always quick, friendly and uncomplicated — everything went smoothly. A small note: The garden is not fenced, but that was not a problem for us. We would come back anytime and can absolutely recommend the place!

We spent very pleasant days. The house was perfectly furnished, we lacked nothing. Balcony and living room offer a beautiful south view of the meadows and fields in front of the house. The quiet location in the small village invites you to take small and large hikes. If you get in the car, you can reach the well-known sights of the Rhön in 10 to 30 minutes, such as the Milsburg, the Wasserkuppe, the black moor, Bishofsheim and the Gangolfsberg. A dream of a house! Everything went great! After all the years we traveled with AirBnb, this was truly the best equipped and prettiest house we've ever stayed in. All previous reviews didn't exaggerate! You can really use everything and feel at home from the first minute. The check-in was extremely uncomplicated, as was the checkout. Don't forget to visit the landlord's shop - it's just super chic!!!! The only drawback is that there is actually no bakery or supermarket or the like within walking distance in Mittelaschenbach itself. Bicycle or car are mandatory for errands... but the house can't do anything about it. All in all, we had a fantastic stay despite the construction site on the neighboring grounds (the landlords can't do anything for that) and quite clairaudient walls! Thank you again for the relaxed adjustments regarding people, 😊 we will be happy to come back!

We were lucky enough to spontaneously spend the Easter holidays in the beautiful chalet and had a great time with the family (8 adults, 1 toddler). The chalet is located in a very quiet area on the mountain and is great for a wellness or hiking holiday. The host Dirk was always very accommodating and eager and always communicated quickly. The chalet was very clean and with a lot of love for detail, we felt very comfortable. The highlight was of course sauna and hot tub - we will be happy to come back!

Excellent, clean and spacious apartment. Loved the area around with the Storks nest and other birds of prey flying around.

We had a wonderful long weekend in the colorful house and its great outdoor area. Those who like peace and seclusion will get their money's worth. There is plenty of space inside and outside and the house itself is very well equipped. We felt super comfortable and will definitely return!

We were 2 couples with 3 small children. The accommodation is well suited for this. There is a large room in addition to the booking, which we would recommend. Then you have a large dining room in addition. Only the stairs are dangerously steep, especially for the small children, but also for adults. With a large garden and the possibility of barbecuing. Otherwise everything was great, we felt very comfortable. :-)

Beautiful weekend home from the first minute. Communication with Rebecca and Philipp was straightforward and cordial. The house was perfect for 9 adults: many cozy corners for playing, chatting, reading or even working. Great amenities! The surroundings are an inexhaustible hiking paradise. You definitely need a car to get there and to go on excursions. We will be happy to come back!

It is a super large accommodation that offers enough space. The garden section is great for children to play. If something was missing, we were helped very quickly. Clear recommendation!

Every year, we enjoy a very relaxing holiday in a quiet atmosphere, located directly on the edge of the forest and surrounded by lots of greenery! We're so excited for next time.

The communication was great and straightforward! So we experienced a very nice weekend in nature and were able to relax. If you didn't know, you might think you're in Canada or Scandinavia. Everything in the house is accurate and clean. Absolutely recommended!

Very nice accommodation, the train station is 5 minutes' walk away. Right next door is a beverage store, which is open until 8 pm. From the accommodation, it is possible to take an art hike. The Ratskeller, a great restaurant, is within walking distance. The perfect accommodation for a nice family weekend!

It was just as described, nice place with equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed sauna as well. Very recommended!

We felt very comfortable and had a great time in the vacation home. The only thing that could possibly be added would be a stair gate.

The house was rented by our employees for the duration of their work in the area. This is another stay at Eva's and once again everything was as described – the facility is clean, well equipped and prepared for arrival. The employees were satisfied with the conditions of their stay. Contact with the host as always trouble-free and fast. We are fully satisfied – thank you and we definitely recommend it!

Our stay at Chalet Birkenzauber was magical 🫶 The entire accommodation for us was super cozy, well equipped (unlimited 5G Wi-Fi, 4kSmartTv, coffee maker with all kinds of pad hangers etc...) and offers a magnificent view and because we were there over New Year's Eve we had a fantastic fireworks spectacle! The area had many highlights to offer. The museums, picturesque hiking trails and the snow park towards Oberhof with its versatile winter activities such as skiing, biathlon shooting and a fantastic view. Everything necessary like supermarkets with bakery was right nearby We didn't miss anything. Absolutely recommended for anyone looking for recreation and or experiences. Thank you Mandy again for this wonderful break we were able to experience and the little touches that made it even more special! ❤️

We were satisfied with everything, recovered well and the fenced property for our dog was very nice. The only thing missing in the description was that the stairs were very inconvenient for dogs...but not bad, we slept downstairs. The cottage is very modern, for us already much too good😅 maybe you could get new cutlery and the chairs are too low for the table, or the table too high for the chairs. But this is not a criticism, it is just information or a recommendation. Best wishes and thank you for the wonderful days in Thuringia.

The house and the equipment with hot tub and sauna is absolutely top. We felt like at home and Maria was a super hostess. From our side, we highly recommend the property
