A lovingly furnished accommodation in a rustic half-timbered house. Centrally located, everything was within walking distance. The communication was friendly and flawless. Recommended!

We spent a weekend at Ute's. And had a nice time with friends. Checking in and out worked well. The house is beautifully furnished and the kitchen invites you to cook together. The kitchen is well equipped and in general there are enough refrigerators and a freezer. There are many places to sit in the yard, whether under the oak tree or in the deck chairs. Ute answered all questions quickly and is very friendly. We will be happy to come back.

It was just great, dear Maren! Even with 6 people and a baby, we had enough space in your house, especially the super-equipped kitchen and the terraces we liked very much. We highly recommend your house.

We spent our 1st vacation home holiday with our 2 German shepherds at Elke's and were thrilled from the start. The house and the garden were exactly as described. The welcoming gestures for us and our four-legged friends also surprised us very pleasantly. We felt welcome and at home right from the start. We booked Olgas and Ralf's place for our family holiday with 7 adults and 5 children and are thrilled! I think I have never lived in a home that fits so perfectly for the stay of large groups, especially with children, and is also so lovingly and very stylishly furnished. The house is really super clean, modern and yet cozy. The garden is fenced, which is great for dogs. If you like peace and quiet and want to hike, this is the place to be 🤩

The apartment was very clean, modern and nicely decorated. It also smelled very good. The view of the countryside invites you to relax and we were able to make good use of the surroundings, such as the Innerste Talsperre for SUP and windsurfing, with a short drive there from the apartment. Very nice, renovated apartment.

We were there last year and wrote in our review that we would like to come back. And indeed - our second stay in Moringen is now over. We felt comfortable as the 1st time, everything is there what we needed, the apartment is small but nice, clean and modern. We had planned a short vacation in the Harz and felt very comfortable in Solveig and Andreas' accommodation. In the middle of the countryside, quiet and more than adequately equipped for a short stay. We were warmly welcomed and clearly instructed, otherwise the instructions in the kitchen help. Flyers for attractions and business tips are available in large quantities. All rooms were clean and very child-friendly, even with a playroom. If we come back to the Harz, this would be our first port of call again. Absolute recommendation!

The accommodation is clean, superbly equipped for its small size and completely sufficient for a few relaxing days as a couple. For sunny days, there is even a small seating area on the terrace - a nice plus. We enjoyed our stay. Adnan is always available and also inquires in between. Highly recommended.

Olivia is a great hostess. We found their apartment exactly as it was described. It is lovingly decorated and very comfortable. Everything you need in a vacation apartment to feel comfortable is there. In addition, Olivia provides her guests with care products, some basic foodstuffs, if a purchase was not possible, and a delicious 🍷 wine. We can fully recommend the apartment, a free parking space is available and the residential area is totally quiet and relaxing. After our hikes in the nearby area, we were able to sleep like a log. We spent a week in Olivia's apartment and could have stayed longer. It was our first visit to Bad Sachsa and certainly not the last. A good infrastructure ensures a comfortable stay. We would love to come back and thank 🙏 Olivia for the wonderful stay. 🤩👍🏼

We (four friends) spent a great weekend in this accommodation and felt comfortable right away. The house is furnished with love and offers everything you need for a relaxing break. The whirlpool was a particular highlight - in wonderful weather we could relax there and let our souls wander. Our host was incredibly attentive and warm. He took care of all our concerns and was always at our side with advice and action. We were particularly pleased with his great recommendations for eating out. The combination of a beautiful accommodation, great weather, lots of laughter with friends and a host who really puts their heart into it made our weekend unforgettable. We will definitely be happy to come back!

We spent a few nice days in Goslar with our friends and 2 young children. The place was super nice, perfect for our needs and left nothing to be desired. All communication and handling was friendly and straightforward. If we travel to the region again, we would immediately choose this apartment again.

The newly renovated apartment is beautifully furnished in a typical Harz house. It was clean and more spacious than it looks in the pictures. The beds were comfortable and cozy, the surroundings quiet and beautiful. From there, you can start all sorts of excursions in the Harz. Falko also provided a hiking guide and various suggestions for spontaneous activities. Games and books are also provided for rainy days. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

We stayed at this place for a weekend and were very satisfied. Sascha is a very kind host who values the satisfaction of his guests. The place was in a quiet area as described and you were right in a beautiful forest with great hiking opportunities. We were here with our dogs, for whom this environment was an absolute dream - of course for us. The apartment was lovingly prepared and clean, which is always very important to us. We definitely recommend this place for people who love nature and want a cute place to stay. We definitely want to come back! :)
