2 rooms, bathroom. Our vacation apartment is located in the Stuttgart district "Bad Cannstatt", in a quiet residential area. Our vacation apartment was renovated and refurnished in 2020 and 2023! The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A covered outdoor seating area and large garden with terrace invites you to relaxed, enjoyable times.

Free parking within 15 minutes' walk. S-Bahn and U-Bahn connection. Nearby: Cannstatter Wasen, Schleyer-Halle, Porsche Arena, Daimler Museum, Wilhelma, Christmas Circus, ...

Cozy 2-room apartment

The attractive, fully furnished 2-room apartment is located in the center of Fellbach on the 1st floor in the immediate vicinity of the light rail, as well as the bus stop. It consists of a living area with pull-out sofa bed, TV, sideboard and work/dining area. In the bedroom there is a cozy double bed 140x200 and 1 wardrobe. The new kitchen is fully equipped with induction field, microwave, a Nespresso machine is available. In the basement there is a washing machine and a drying area.

Stuttgart Ost Room

I'm renting a room in Stuttgart Ost. It's an apartment with 3 rooms and one is now available. It's furnished; towels and bed clothes are also included. I'm relaxed and live with a lovely cat. You have free access to the kitchen, bathroom, WC and the little balcony. The apartment is located 25 min walking from the city center. We're also near by a Ubahn and bus station, supermarkets and others stores. We speak English, German and Spanish! I don't have a private parking place.

Stay at the Altenburg/Cannstatt

The rooms are located in a terraced house on the Altenburg in Bad Cannstatt. That's where my husband and I live. You reach the accommodation via a shared staircase, but have your private area with kitchen, bathroom and toilet. High ceilings with a view of the beams give the apartment a cozy atmosphere. From here you can see the TV tower and reach both the city center and Bad Cannstatt in less than 15 minutes. Wilhelma, the stadium and the Mercedes Museum are easily accessible.

This sunny apartment captivates with an upscale interior. The newly renovated apartment includes 2 rooms, 1 built-in kitchen, 1 bathroom with window, balcony with views of Rosensteinpark and Wasen. A small elevator and a private parking space in the courtyard are also available. U-Bahn stop Mercedesstr. 150 m, Bad Cannstatt train station 300 m away. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The property is located in a lively residential area in Stuttgart Bad Cannstatt.

Beautiful 2-room apartment centrally located with balcony. Nearest tram only 2 min walk, nearest S-Bahn only 7 min walk. Centrally yet quietly located between the main train station and Nordbahnhof. There are several grocery stores in the immediate vicinity. An underground parking space is included. The apartment has a double bed 140x200 cm, a large sofa (not extendable), a dining table for 4 people, a large TV, bathroom with bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen.

The place is centrally located. The subway is a 5-minute walk away. You can reach Stuttgart city center in about 8 minutes. The apartment is quiet with a view of the garden. It has a separate entrance, living room/bedroom, kitchen and shower room. There is also a terrace. Wi-Fi is available. Non-smokers only. No pets.
