Great host and we had a great stay here! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, including microwave which was super convenient. The PS5 and TV were awesome for chilling out. Getting to the place was easy, fast, no issues at all. Plenty of comfy sleeping space for everyone, and the big terrace was a nice bonus — perfect for hanging out. The AC remote not working due to corroded batteries, but its not an issue at all. We definitely recommend this place for your staycations. Thank you

Had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located close to SM Mall. There was a slight delay with the cleaning when we arrived due to miscommunication, but it was resolved quickly and didn’t affect our overall experience. All in all, a great accommodation and would definitely recommend!

This is one of those bnb's that would be our top option whenever we have to be in Clark. Spacious unit, clean, utensils are all there. There's also a 7/11 nearby. Perfect for family of four (2 small kids). we will definitely book again as we have another event here in July. Thank you also to Princes for being accommodating!

I got a problem opening the main door because one of the key broke in the Middle of the night. Good thing the host was very responsive. The care taker was nice too. The place is great, just saw some little stains on the sheet, and the locks are not working properly and hard to open. But overall, it was a good place if you're looking for a budget friendly place to stay in San Fernando.

As a westener travelling to south east asia for the first time, my partner needed somewhere that was cool, clean and accessible. The AC (one in living room, one in each upstairs bedroom) worked fantastically. Everyone would frequently complain they were cold because the AC is so strong! The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils you need to cook. The bathrooms are clean and well equipped too. The only issues we had were the noise of the cockerels which lived across the street and the stray dogs which would hang around outside, sometimes they would bark and make noise throughout the entire night! The other issue was that it was very difficult to find a grab driver sometimes due to the location, i think many drivers want to avoid mawaque area due to the traffic so it was difficult to get a taxi sometimes. Other than that we had a fantastic stay and were very impressed with Angel’s help and communication throughout our stay.

The hosts were very responsive and helpful to all our needs during our stay. The place is very clean and with complete amenities, we'd love to stay there again.

The rooms and living room are clean and comfortable. Things to improve would probably be the number of kitchen utensils like the mugs, cups, plates etc. I think it would be better if the number of utensils is equivalent to the expected number of guests. Other than that, we didn't encounter any problems.

My second stay with Sheryl and, as before, faultless. well equipped and appointed cozy apartment in a handy location. Look forward to staying again later this year.

This a wonderful place to stay in the heart of Angeles City. Very affordable but also not lacking in comfort or quality. The bathroom and balcony were the standouts to us. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

A nice place to stay and the place was large enough for at least 8 people. The kitchen area, bathrooms, and living room are clean, but one of the bedrooms had dust under the bed and the extra comforter had stains. Overall, it’s still a great place for a small group to stay-in, would recommend getting a building parking slot since the free parking is always full.

Such a great place and is very peaceful. The host did a great job accomodating us even tho we had a lot of changes beforehand. Hope to be able to book here again.

Nigel is an excellent host. Very responsive, condition of the Penthouse is exactly as described. I will be a repeat occupant of this place. Location hands down you just can’t do better.
