Holiday rentals with a patio in Bach Mai

Duc’s place is an absolute gem to be in the heart of the city. Love the minimal, aesthetic design and how everything was just completely brand new and clean. Duc was a pleasant host for being responsive and helpful with all the instructions and recommendations. I’m so surprised of finding this listing (in the best way possible) and really wish my stay was longer!!! Anyways, thank you Duc for setting up an amazing place with a spot-on location. Looking forward to the next visit and totally recommend!!!!!!!!

Hôte très accueillante, serviable et qui répond dans la minute. Super appartement avec une vue incroyable de jour comme de nuit depuis le balcon. Identique aux photos et à la description. Les installations aussi sont super, accessibles depuis un autre bâtiment, l’accès à la salle de sport est gratuite, pour la piscine il faut payer 130k dong c’est pas cher mais il y a des horaires et si vous voulez bronzer vaut mieux y aller le matin parce que l’après-midi le soleil est un peu caché par les bâtiments sinon à part ça c’est nickel. Les hommes de la sécurité à l’accueil sont très gentils et serviables aussi. La résidence est magnifique, il y a plusieurs restaurants et cafés, un Park tout le long du lac. La résidence se situe à environ 30-40min en voiture du centre-ville de Hanoï et environ 40min à 1h (si circulation) de l’aéroport. La propriétaire propose aussi un service de taxi depuis et pour l’aéroport moins cher que les Grab donc super pratique. Je recommande vraiment.

We really enjoyed our stay at Thái’s place ! The apartment is clean, quiet, we had everything we needed (tissues, towels, shampoo, products for the dishwasher and laundry, water) It’s exactly like in the pictures, even better ! Thài is also very friendly and responsive. He was always available when we needed help 😃

We had an excellent stay at Moona’s apartment. It’s extremely comfortable and has anything you could need. It’s right in the centre of town so walking anywhere is very easy but it is away from the street so there is no noise and our stay was extremely peaceful. The WiFi is fast and the aircon works really well. Just what we were looking for during our time in Hanoi. Thank you very much.

I would definitely recommend this apartment. It is located in a nice building centrally located in Ho Tay. There are lots of good food options nearby. The apartment is clean, has modern furnishings, and Duc is a response, kind host. The only draw back is that there is some noise from the street nearby at night, but it was not enough to affect my sleep. I slept like a baby. The bed is also very comfortable. I will likely stay here again. 5/5 :)

Superb Airbnb! High rise living with fantastic views on 29th floor. Beautiful sunsets for private balcony. Upscale finishes and fully stocked kitchen well equipped for long term stay. We stayed 3 months and felt right at home. Ecopark is a great area away from hassle of Hanoi. Host is super nice and always available! Highly recommend!!!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit allem was man benötigt. Es gibt einige Cafés und ein Fitnessstudio gleich gegenüber. Außerdem findet man mehrere Restaurants (Burger, Vietnamesisch und ein Michelinrestaurant) direkt in der Straße. Es gibt auch ein veganes Restaurant ums Eck, das den ganzen Tag abdecken kann, von Frühstück bis Abendessen. Die Straßenverkäuferinnen für Saft fehlen auch nicht und sind sehr nett. Die Vermieterin war perfekt und hat sich rund um die Uhr gekümmert. Außerdem hat sie uns wertvolle Empfehlungen gegeben und bei allem unterstützt 😊 Alles in allem sag ich danke für den Aufenthalt und kann diesen jedem empfehlen 😊👌

Great and affordable stay, really cute apartment and central! Lan was also helpful and responsive, helping to book a driver when we needed which was much appreciated.

We had a great stay with Tea, she was so helpful with local gems including activities, sightseeing, food recommendations, and more. She was a great communicator and very responsive. If it’s your first time here I would absolutely recommend Tea and her place as she was so helpful.

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

Great accommodation, spacious. And the best part of it is definitely location! You are in the middle of everything while staying there. The host was very responsive and minor issues were solved immediately. There are all the touristic spots you can imagine - coffee shops, restaurants, big lake, water puppet show, massage parlours, hairdressers etc. The building itself is located in a cozy little alley. It's not perfectly quiet, but is away from main streets and heavy traffic. Recommended place, especially for a big group.

we had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! bedrooms are a great size and the house is suitable for a large group. we especially loved the bigger rooms as they’re really spacious and furnished very beautifully! despite the alley leading to the property being under construction, the host and helpers waited for us to arrive and very kindly helped us carry our luggages, which we truly appreciated. the balconies offered a lovely view of the train passing by, adding a unique charm to our stay. what touched us most was the thoughtful variety of gifts the host prepared for us. it was a really sweet gesture and made our experience even more memorable and heartwarming. the host was incredibly responsive, friendly and we felt very well taken care of. their warm hospitality truly stood out! we highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone visiting Hanoi ♥️ thank you Sofia and team for elevating our trip to an even more enjoyable and memorable one! :)

Thank you for having us stay! It was a perfect location in the old quarter, close to walk to everything but a calm haven away from the busy noisy streets.

It was my first time visit in Hanoi and the airbnb was amazing. Location near the train street it was easy to walk and find beautiful spots. The airbnb had all the amenities available and even some free snacks. Totally loved the place

If you stay longer in Hà Nội very good place, very quite you can have good sleep and just take a grab when you want go to the city.

Tuan’s apartment is an absolute gem - brand new, spotless, and beautifully designed. It’s comfortable, practical, and feels incredibly cozy - we felt at home right away. Tuan is a model host: he responds quickly, is always helpful, and actively suggests great local experiences. The Japanese-style neighborhood is stunning and peaceful - perfect for relaxing walks. Nearby, you’ll find the Mori Onsen complex with hot springs, massage salons, a swimming pool, and a gym - everything you need to take care of both body and mind. There are also plenty of delicious restaurants around, and getting to Hanoi is very easy. Highly recommended - a solid 10/10!

We had a wonderful stay at Helen’s place in Hanoi! The apartment was clean, complete with everything I needed, and incredibly comfortable — a perfect home base for exploring the city. Helen was an amazing host: warm, responsive, and always ready to help with great local tips. Me and my Highschool friends truly felt welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hanoi!

The place was exactly as described—clean, well-designed, and comfortable. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive without being overbearing. Great location, with plenty to explore nearby. Would definitely stay again!

I’ll be returning here every time I am in Hanoi!! Minh Anh’s place is perfect in that it is so close to the old quarter but just across the street so it is much more peaceful. There is an overpass bridge you can pass which makes coming to and from the old quarter easy. The space is beautiful and clean. The showers have great water pressure. Everything is in clean and modern condition. There is also a washing machine. Minh Anh is also very responsive and helpful. Just a 10/10 stay in Hanoi. Lastly, if you are an expat the WiFi is really good and much better than what a hotel can offer!
