Thank you Minh for being so enthusiastic with us even though she is pregnant and will be born in the next few weeks. She alway responds whenever I need it at night or day. The apartment was very clean when we arrived, the blanket and towels were provided when we asked for it even though it was not time to clean up. I appreciate her enthusiasm and kindness. Resort is located between Hoi An ancient town and Da Nang city so I easily go to Hoi An ancient town and Da Nang city without losing much time and cost. Private swimming pool is very clean and cool. The private beach here is not crowded so it is very comfortable. Enthusiastic and friendly service staff. The breakfast is very rich and plentiful, the cook is very delicious. We are served at the apartment and do not need to go anywhere. Very good shuttle service and very reasonable price Thank you for giving me a great vacation. The next vacation we will definitely come back to you guys.

The place was exactly as described. Very clean and spacious (for a family of four). The butler team was always available and attentive to our needs and questions. They cleaned the apartment every day and changed the linen and towels and provided bottled water. The location is right between Da Nang and Hoi An, in an 5 star resort and a great value. It is quiet and has its own private beach, pools and restaurants. Overall, we had a great time and highly recommend these super hosts!

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, and the bed was super comfy. My only wish is that the bathroom had an extra light—it’s a bit dim at night. The location is perfect, right across from the beach. Overall, a great stay!

Best place in Hoi An. Worth every penny. Although option to lock bathroom doors would have been nice otherwise it was great.

Uni의 도움으로 알라카르트 호텔에 묵을 수 있었습니다. 이 호텔 전에 시내에서 조금 떨어진 리조트에 묵었는데 여기는 시내와 가까워서 좋은 점이 있더군요 바로 앞에 비치도 있어서 며칠 묵으면서 수영하기도 좋을 것 같아요. 옥상 수영장도 있으나 꽤 작아서 이용하진 못하고 밤에 루프탑 바만 이용했는데 높은 층에 있어서 그런지 시원하고 좋았어요 저렴한 가격에 분위기 내기는 좋은 호텔인 것 같아요. 에어 비앤비를 통해 예약했지만 다른 투숙객과 동일하게 체크인아웃을 하며 호텔을 이용했고 다만 조식은 포함되어 있지 않았습니다. 하루밖에 안 묵었지만 2박을 했으면 더 알차게 보낼 수 있었을 것 같아요. 호텔 내 직원들과 호스트 모두 친절해서 편히 쉬다 갑니다

This apartment which is in a service hotel was great, clean comfortable. Hotel had very kind and fine service with extremely polite and helpful staff. Louis and his family were very helpful in every way. They helped us to rent a car at very good price, They also have a wonderful restaurant with delicious local food as well.

Квартира очень просторная и удобная. Главный плюс, безусловно - это прекрасная территория. 3 минуты до пляжа и ресторана рядом с бассейном. Тихо, безопасно, красиво. Было очень комфортно Хозяин предупредительный, вежливый, чистота квартиры на пять с плюсом, ежедневная уборка. Расположена чуть дальше дананга, готовьтесь либо брать байк (без него никуда), либо ездить на такси. До района миан можно добраться за 15 минут по прекрасной прямой дороге, до хойана примерно так же. Вернулась бы с удовольствием

A double-room apartment in a hotel. Reasonable price, great location. Just a few steps to the beach. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The beds were really wide and so comfortable that we missed out our breakfast the next morning lol. All in all, it's an absolutely wonderful place for staying in Da Nang if you want somewhere near the beach and your budget is a bit tight. You will relax yourself and feel like home here.

I stayed for one week. The location is superb—very quiet, yet still close to the action. There are many restaurants, co-working spaces, and trendy coffee shops nearby. I recommend Hideout Coffee, SakeCafé & Workspace, and Danasol. The room is small but has everything you need: a kitchen and a balcony. The only minor issue is that the hot water isn’t very consistent, so filling the bathtub can be a bit challenging. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Wifi is good also. There’s a washing machine and dryer in the common area, with free washing powder provided. Communication with the host was seamless—they replied within seconds.

The staff that work there are lovey and really look after you. The apartment has everything you need and is really good value for money

Wir haben es gebucht weil es mittig zwischen Da Nang und Hoi An lag-jede Richtung waren es 20min mit dem Scooter. Hat für uns super gepasst. Der Check In war unkompliziert, die Anlage schön und gepflegt, die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet, die Waschmaschine und der Wäscheständer waren super und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Came here for a hen party and was not disappointed! Suong the host was so accommodating and friendly, and the villa was beautiful. It was clean and absolutely stunning! The breakfast they cook for you is great as well. We were SO happy with our stay :)

Amazing place to stay quite spacious with well laid out amenities. Near by beach and lots of eating places … Host is responsive & helpful in terms of renting bike at nominal rates 150k VND and also helped in the laundry … was really amazing staying at trams place

Great location, excellent apartment. Regular cleaners made the apartment up and ensured everything was clean and restocked. Would stay here again.

Good location, lots of breakfast/brunch places around. The apartment was clean and nice, looked just like the photos. The 24-hour gym was perfect, it had everything you need and was empty every time we went. It’s on a quiet street so not noisy at night, the bed is comfy but it does get a bit hot inside as the sun sets (there is AC and two fans in the apartment though). Would recommend overall.

This place looks as advertised, it's a decent location and close to the beach. Unfortunately there was construction 6:30am - 6pm 6 days a week, so you need to be an early riser and out and about. Maybe this will be finished soon, check with the host. Hosts friendly, and neighbourhood is friendly.

It was a great stay, definitely I’ll try to stay there when I comeback to Da Nang. Pictures and description of a place matched the reality. Also Thi was an amazing host, totally recommend his place.

This was the second time that I stayed at Temo Apartment. The location is great- walkable to the beach (about 10 minutes), a short distance from the main road (so that it’s not too loud), and it’s another 8 minutes walk to a gym nearby. Duc was also very responsive during my stay- the shower faucet had a different design than most, and he came down on a Sunday to teach me how to use it. On my second stay, the door knob was spoilt and he came down to the apartment at around 1am to help me gain access to the flat. The cleaning was very frequent as well, about once every 3 days. Overall, I believe this is a great place to stay, especially if you’re staying here for a bit longer (eg at least a few weeks). One small downside is that the wifi isn’t as fast as I’ll like it to be- streaming live sports events was very laggy and I used my phone as a mobile hotspot instead. Otherwise, I’ll strongly recommend this flat.

Das Appartment ist sehr schön geräumig und hell. Die Lage ist an einer ruhigen Strasse sehr nahe am Zentrum und am Strand. Der Besitzer antwortet schnell.

Highly recommended!!! A nice place to stay in Da Nang. There are many restaurants and cafes closed by. The host is extremely nice and friendly. They provide water bottles and new bath towels daily. The place is peaceful that I love the most.

I feel so grateful that I chose Dung’s airbnb for my stay in Da Nang. During the 3 months I spent there, it felt like being at a home away from home. The comforts of the apartment listing, the hospitality of Dung’s team, the impeccable cleaning by the housekeeping lady, were all five stars. For more than once, Dung and her husband went out of their way to fulfill my requests and I’d always be grateful to them for those gestures. As a small business owner myself, I admired the integrity and devotion with which both of them run their Airbnb and restaurant business. Their teamwork is truly inspiring. I now have a place I can choose everytime I am back in Da Nang! Thank you Dung and team. 😊

I stayed for 42 days from the 2nd week of January on the 7th floor, I felt very comfortable with the apartment, everything was as it was described in the listing, sunny and bright with good bathroom's and bedroom's, the kitchen is also good. I hired a motorbike and kept it in the garage below the apartment block. Location of the property is great, close to the beach, bars and restaurants, its a great place to stay for a holiday.
