Great stay at kevins place , simple affordable and near to the stations , was clean and simple , very cozy , kevin was also very helpful in replying to my queries , lovely place will definitely visit again!

such a great stay, love the unit and the city light view. has all the amenities needed and the host gave such a detailed instructions. the place has lots of window, making it well lit and bright.

Kozystay team is always responsive to the issues we had - within Minutes! They also provided high chairs and baby cot for our children. What a great service! The building and the Apartment-unit are luxurious, the neighbourhood (other tenants) is peaceful and quite. The staff in the apartment (e.g. security & receptionist) are friendly and helpful. The garden is beautiful and neatly cared. The view from the apartment is gorgeous!!! (especially at night) and the location is unbeatable. Unfortunately we can still hear the mosque and the noise from the construction site close by, although the unit is in the high zone (over 30th floor). The Alfamart and Setiabudi One Mall are within 5 minutes walk from the building and we even have our private parking lot in the basement - which helped us a lot! There are no insects in the apartment, but a few tiny ants "visited" the kitchen island if there's any food left open. We would highly recommend the apartment and would like to stay again.

We really enjoyed our 3 weeks stay. Yvonne was very responsive, proactive and friendly. The room was exactly as it looks and described at the profile. Overall, we had a great time and hope to stay there again when we’ll be back

Endangs place is perfect !! Very quiet yet right in the city. Very convenient location. Host is very kind would love to stay at her place again on my next trip to Jakarta.

숙소에는 모든게 갖추어있습니다. 세탁세제도 있고, 세면도구도 준비되어있습니다. 옷장안에 드라이기도있었지만 저희는 가지고와서 사용하진 않았습니다. 냉장고도 크고 냉동냉장모두 잘 작동하였습니다. 에어컨도 시원했고, 티비밑 수납공간에있는 식탁은 매우 유용하게 사용했습니다. 다음에 자카르타에 온다면 또 머무르고 싶습니다. 또한 숙소 1층에 수영장과 헬스장이있습니다. 수영장 쪽으로 쇼핑몰과 연결되는 통로가 있습니다. 연결되어있는 쇼핑몰에는 모든 것이 있습니다. 편하게 머물다 갑니다.

A wonderful stay here. The apartment is really, really great. Clean, good interior design. Smells good. Very comfortable. I couldn’t imagine a better apartment to stay while in Jakarta. I highly recommend!

Meskipun hanya semalam, kami sangat puas dengan tempat yang kami tempati ini. Gambar dalam foto sangat serupa dengan kenyataannya. Seluruh ruangan sangat bersih dan peralatan di dapur sangat lengkap. Kolam renamg juga sangat bersih. Definitely, recommended.

We are cery grateful to book and stay in Mr. Kevin's apartment. The location was amazingly located near AEON mall, we just spent around 3 to 5 minutes from the room to the mall by foot. The apartment facilities was good enough, especially it has a big swimming pool, kids pool, and a playground for my daughter to play and enjoy the day. Not forget to mention that the room with 3 bedroom was perfect for family staycation. It also has two smart TV with great internet access. The cooking utensils was also quite complete. There are two suggestions maybe to improve guest experience, please upgrade the rice cooker and fix the shower head (we found a leak in it so the waterflow wasn't so good).

i have no complain. easy check in & out, full amenities, room is tidy & clean, also quick response to our chat. thank you and we'll surely comeback.

Lokasi gampang ditemuin dan mudah diakses gojek grab. Di sekitar apart banyak makanan enak, bs sambil jalan kaki. Proses check-in gampang tggl ngmbil kunci di resepsionis, gak perlu buka loker ini itu, begitu jg proses check-outnya. Apartmennya sendiri jg aman bgt krna ada security krna tergabung sma hotel. Unit bersih dan rapi, sesuai foto. AC dingin, air panas nyala. TV yg disediain ckup gede, jd puas nontonnya. Bantal maupun beanbag juga ada, jd bener2 nyaman. Kak Echa juga ramah dan sangat responsif. Thankyou kak uda bikin tempat yg nyaman buat stay! 😊

Sunhwa's place is nice, cozy & family friendly. We were celebrating new year with whole family and enjoyed our stay there. The owner is very nice, live near the homestay, so no need to worry if we need their help urgently. Thank you for letting our family staying there :)

It’s a really pleasant stay at Blue Sky, I hope we can stay longer. The place is very comfortable and homy, it feels like we just visited our grandpa’s house instead of a rented villa. It’s old but very well maintained. The staffs are very helpful. The highlight is actually the landscape there. Offers beautiful scenery, and the land is VAST! Very well maintained despite the size. It has pool with shower room, badminton field, board games, flowers, fruit gardens, exotic birds, and a DIY slide down the literal hill (not safe for kids,unfortunately). Listed for max 16 guests, but I bet it can accomodate twice that if not more. We’re group of 11, and it’s still far too wide for us. I totally recommend this villa

Considering the private location and the facilities the cluster has (club house with swimming pool, gym, jogging track, play ground) vs the price it is really worth it and suitable for you who would like to escape from the daily hustle. Hosts are both really nice and proactive. They also provide instant noodle, coffee, tea for free.

Villa nyaman dan cantik. Smart TV, bisa ytube, netflix dll. Spring bed nyaman. Kamar dan toilet bersih. Ada taman outdoor di belakang villa untuk duduk2 ramai2. Pet friendly. Alat makan lengkap, bisa masak simple seperti indomie. Ada microwave. Dekat clubhouse, 5 menit jalan kaki. Di clubhouse ada gym, kolam renang, resto kopi oey dgn harga terjangkau (makanan enak, kopi enak, buka dari jam 7 pagi sampai malam). Ada indomaret. Ada resto jpn juga, tapi saya tdk coba. Saran utk dibawa sendiri adalah keperluan pribadi seperti: handuk, sikat gigi, sendal, payung. Overall, kami sekeluarga happy selama di sini. Suatu saat akan balik lagi. Terima kasih, Pak Liatono!

Aprisya's place is amazing! When we first arrived, it felt just like our home. It was clean & tidy, the kitchen is complete (cookware & condiments are available). The surroundings are just beautiful & friendly neighborhood. Everything looks like the pictures & description. Thank you for having us, we will surely come back to have another staycation at Sentul :)

Hostnya sangat baik & proactive. Lingkungannya jg sangat terjagaa typical kompleks pada umumnya. Rumahnya super bersih, lengkap, bahkan ada setrika uap. Thanks a lot.

Vilany sangat bagus Tempatnya sangat nyaman terutama lapangannya besar sehingga bsa melakukan aktivitas brg2 di lapangan. Kolam renang terdapt jacuzzi yang hangat. Tempatnya jauh dari keramaian.
