Mountain house

Take it easy in this unique and relaxing space in the small town of Azzano in the heart of upper Versilia. The house is entirely built with exposed beams and is composed on the ground floor of a living area with sofa and fireplace and a small living kitchen. Upstairs you can access from typical wooden stairs with a hatch, above you will find the sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms, a toilet and the bathroom with shower. Laundry is located on the tavern. Dedicated and well-equipped outdoor area.

In the small village of Mulina, in the Municipality of Stazzema, a typical rustic two-room apartment perfect for couples, located on the ground floor of a completely renovated building, in Alta Versilia about 15 minutes from the sea. Excellent starting point for numerous hiking trails. Also available a small outdoor courtyard. In the immediate vicinity is the Archaeological Mining Site of Molinette, Monte Forato, the karst complex of the Antro del Corchia as well as the Mines of the Silver.

Our lovely and cosy one-bedroom house is situated in a peaceful and friendly neighbourhood far from the traffic and 8 minutes walk to citycenter of Pietrasanta. The renovated property is equipped with every comfort, designed for a couple who wish to explore the town and surroundings, Two bikes are available free of charge. This is the perfect location as you can easily reach the beaches of Marina di Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi in 10 minutes (by car) and explore the rest of Tuscany.

The home of the Codirosso: timeless soul in Tuscany

“La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price.

The Fox's Lair

The house is a rustic stone and wood house in the Apuan Alps park, an ideal place for those who want to take walks in the woods and get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen and has a wood stove or heat pumps for heating, a double sofa bed, and on the second floor the full bedroom and full bathroom, and outside a terrace, then a loft with a single bed.

Casa Peppina is located in Via Strinato, near Pietrasanta. Located 400 meters above sea level, in a place with a breathtaking panoramic view of the Versilia coast, it also enjoys a less warm climate, during the summer, than the beach accommodations. Air conditioning, mosquito nets on the windows, private covered terrace. Access via a sloping and winding road, 1.5 km long.

Great place in the middle of Tuscan Hills, you will be sorrounded by nature but close to all the beautiful cities of Tuscany!
