Thank you dear rashad for your American house. It feels like home everything is there like each and everything from bathroom to kitchen everything is just perfect. Lots of games card for playing, barbecue. We really had a great time, its one of the heartfelt goodbye to place after 3 days. We stayed for 3 nights and we felt like home and had a wonderful experience. Host was very responsive and friendly. The place was cozy, clean, and exactly as described in the listing. The outdoor garden was a lovely addition, offering a peaceful space to relax. The location was perfect, with markets and restaurants within walking distance, making it very convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Qusar or Shahdag. It’s a great choice for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Very basic place but with everything you need 5 minutes walk to the Heyder Aliev Merkezi. 24/7 supermarket close by. Nice communication. Would book again. Highly recommended.

The garden is a highlight — beautifully maintained with a lovely selection of flowers and trees that create a calm and refreshing ambiance. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential appliances, making it easy to feel right at home. The villa’s location is also ideal, just a short distance from a shopping center and other local amenities. What truly made this stay special was the villa owner. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. His warm hospitality and genuine care for guests are rare to find and deeply appreciated. Very clean & beautiful place, we traveled from norway to Baku & were very tired. Layla husband helped us with & drop to the airport, also fruits shopping & also drive us for a dinner. It was such an excellent service that you can not ask for more. Layla & her husband are very nice people! Place is well decorated & clean, fresh & we slept very well during the stay! However if you are from EU, avoid connecting flights to azerbejan or try to get E-visa before hand. Because of Armenia war - azerbejan immigration try to trouble travelers from EU & ask them for extra cash by tricking you at the name of urgent visa. The place was no doubt excellent but immigration is not friendly with travelers from Scandic countries.

The home is absolutely beautiful! Its even prettier in person. The view from the balcony is so amazing. You can see the sea & flame towers 😍 the host is so kind, responsive & helpful. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Fantastic place with a lot of space. Every thing was fine. Our only dislike was the bed which is extremely hard.

Evin en iyi özelliği konumu diyebilirim , şehirde gitmek istediğiniz çoğu yere yürüme mesafesinde gidebiliyorsunuz, balkonu geniş ve önü açık olduğu için vakit geçirmesi keyifliydi, evin eşyaları da gayet yeterli ve yüksek tavanıyla ferah bir alanı vardı. Kamran da konaklamamız süresince yardımcı oldu, uçuşumuz geç olduğu için de eşyalarımızı bırakmamıza müsade etti. Olumsuz olarak daire ulaşmak için 4 kat merdiven kullanmak yorucuydu ayrıca yatak ve çarşafları daha bakımlı olabilirdi.

We stayed here for 3 nights. This place just feels like a cozy home and is exactly like shown in pictures. Jamila is very friendly, helpful and responsive. Jamila is a great host and she made sure we had a comfortable stay.

The apartment is presented in excellent decorative order. Niko is extremely professional and proactive in his response. Everything in apartment is 5 star standards. He provides all towels, duvets, shampoo and all cutlery. He himself is very friendly and professional host. Nothing is much trouble for him. I highly recommend this apartment and Niko as a host. Once again thanks for making my stay so comfortable.

Aykhan is an outstanding host! Always ready to help, friendly and responsive. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. The apartment is cozy , well-maintained and has everything for a long stay. The location is perfect for those who value privacy, security and peace. Several grocery stores are nearby. Getting to the city center takes about 15-20 minutes by taxi, depends on traffic. If you enjoy long walks, its about 50 minutes stroll. I highly recommend Aykhan’s place to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay!

I visited Baku with my wife and another couple. The house was exactly what it looked like online. As soon as we entered we felt right at home. The host Natella is super friendly and extremely responsive. Being new to the city, whenever we had any questions, Natella made sure to guide us, even when she was super busy. I highly recommend the house and host! The location is not more than 10-15 minutes from the main tourist areas and it's super easy to book a cab (unless there's a big event in the city like F1). Overall, it was the best decision we made.

В конце апреля и начале мая 2025 года 10 дней жил в этом номере. Квартира находится в 5 минутах от бульвара, супермаркета и 12-14 минутах от метро. Квартира с балконом, чистая, просторная и есть все необходимое. Спасибо Расиму, всегда в доступе и готов помочь в любую минуту. Очень рекомендую. Надеюсь еще вернусь сюда.

The stay was good and the location is good, but there is a note of maintenance work in the building in the morning and there is a study headquarters. Whoever takes a nap in the at noon cannot sleep because of the sound of the bell and the children. Good at all.

I had a great stay at the two-bedroom apartment it was clean comfortable and had everything I needed I really enjoyed my time there and would definitely love to come back again soon.
