For an additional fee (and subject to availability), you can access the spa, sauna, and cold plunge pool. A lunchbox breakfast is included. Perfect for workers or tourists. We have 2 dogs and a cat (they do not have access to the loft). The loft is independent, yet attached to the house, and we ask visitors to maintain an appropriate noise level during their stay.

The stay at Gerard's was absolutely excellent! The accommodation was not only exactly as described – clean, stylishly furnished and well-equipped – but exceeded our expectations in many respects. We would especially like to highlight the hospitality: Gerard was helpful from the beginning, super communicative and had great tips for the area. You can immediately tell that he is a host with heart and mind. The location was ideal, the accommodation quiet and at the same time close to everything important. Even little things like water, coffee, and even a few snacks on arrival show that everything has really been thought of here. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. Clear recommendation – it doesn't get any better!

This was a fantastic place to stay. Francine and her husband welcomed me warmly. The place was impeccably clean and safe. There was lots of parking onsite. It was close to lots to do in Gatineau or Ottawa. All amenities were available. It was a nice quiet place to relax in after a busy day. I would recommend this place to anyone and will be back myself.

The house is clean, comfortable and it’s situated at quiet area. Although it was a bit stressful to get access into the room because I was not given the correct lock code and it took almost 20mins for the host to respond to my calls and message. But it’s still worth paying for.
