Holiday rentals with a patio in Ayer Keroh

The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Excellent location and a helpful, responsive host. Would definitely stay again!

The unit was perfect, well renovated & exactly as per photo. Host is helpful & friendly, allowing us to check in earlier. Location was good as there was many eateries & some stand alone outlet shopping. The only downside is that the unit is very noisy past midnight, with the sound of vehicles zooming & wrooming passby despite being so high up (35th floor) as the unit is facing the main road. So, I do not recommend if you are light sleeper.

it's a bit hard to access to upper level in parking, sharp corner. water filter and rubbish bag are not provided in homestay. overall is good, nearby a lot restaurants, and convenient to reach those kk and 99 mart. host is responsive and helpful

Super acceuil et très bonne communication avec Careem. Les 3 chats qui habitent l'appartement sont extrêmement câlins et gentils. L'appartement est situé à moins de 500m de tous les points touristiques majeurs de la ville, le tout dans une rue calme. N'hésitez pas !

Stayed for 2 days in this very great and beautiful place (And affordable too!). Spacious, clean, good condition amenities (my daughter loved the bathtub, we enjoyed the android tv, all airconds work well). Host was responsive, very helpful and understanding. Will gladly stay here again in the future. Thank you again for this amazing stay :)

We were a family of 6 adults and the accommodation was spacious enough for all of us. it was clean, neat and very tidy. Host was very responsive to inquiries. Check in and out was a breeze. Location is quiet and peaceful with supermarkets and mega malls a short drive away. Value for money for big group looking for short getaway.

Homestay ni memang best. Lokasi senang cari, dekat dengan kedai, rumah bersih, kemas, dan semua barang lengkap — ada aircond.. dapur semua okay. Tilam empuk, bilik air pun bersih. Owner friendly dan senang nak deal. Harga pun berbaloi. Confirm akan repeat lagi kalau datang area sini!

The house bathrooms are very spacious as well as the room. Had a great stay for 2 nights and host is very responsive & friendly. Walking distance to certain places as well as there are some restaurants nearby just opposite the road.

place was easy to find. place was clean. the decor was nice. there was a lemon grass diffuser in the living that probably helped keep insects away. rooms were spacious.

Overall, this is the best airbnb that i have stayed. Satisfied even before check in. En Raman sangat2 membantu dengan bagi info sebelum check in dan benarkan kami check in awal. In term of location, this is the big YES. Area yang tenang dan tak sesak. Nearby pulak dengan tempat2 menarik di Melaka. Within 15-20 minutes je. Untuk rumah, bersih sangat-sangat. Airbnb no es solo un alojamiento, es tambien un anfitrion. Y en este caso, sobresaliente los dos. Vincent está continuamente pendiente de ti, que llegues bien, que veas cosas bonitas y te ayuda en todo. El apartameto está perfecto: llegada muy facil, vigilado, buen piscina ( te puedes bañar con bañador, bikini, en otro Lojamiento en Ipoh queria que me pusiera camiseta), buena terraza, muy tranquilo y hay un hospital y centro comercial con supermercado a 3 minutos andando. El centro historico a 5 minutos. No teneis que coger el coche para nada. En definitiva, un buen apartamento con un espiritu Airbnb. Sin duda alguna, me alojaria otra vez. Gracias por todo Vincent
