A super nice place in Zinal, overlooking the high mountains. We had a beautiful week. The house is cozy and exudes an authentic Swiss atmosphere. From Zinal you can make beautiful hikes. In short, highly recommended.

Chalet Ayer - your timeout in the mountains

I had a fabulous time in Ayer. I came for the hiking and I was impressed by the landscape, the mountains and the glaciers. The cottage is in the perfect location for the hiking with good access to Zinal and Grimenz. I stayed home in the evenings and enjoyed the quiet location and a had a good nights sleep. It was fun cooking as the kitchen was equipped with whatever I needed, and before that I enjoyed the last sunshine with an "apéro" on the balcony with local drinks. Liliana and Julia, you have a nice place here in the Swiss Alps. Thanks for all your insights and tips. I had a good week in Val d' Anniviers, brought home foind memories and need to come back eventually!

Great place with a beautiful view. Cozy cottage with all amenities. We had a lovely stay. And what a beautiful valley the Val d'Anniviers is! Even in the crocus holidays, it wasn't super pressure. Karin is a friendly host, she responds quickly to messages.

Markus’ cabin is a peaceful retreat in the mountains. We loved having our meals on the balcony with that incredible view! WOW! The drive to the cabin is a fun adventure! We really appreciated Markus’ suggestions for hikes. We especially loved the Bisse du Ro and the Gala Gorge (hike along the Gala River above Leukerbad). Also, Buljes restaurant on the Gorge hike is a treat. The setting is incredible and food very good! Don’t miss that hike! The Valais area is a very special place in the world—old hill towns, spectacular scenery, and kind people. The hiking is endless! Loved being there!
