Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Aÿ-Champagne

What a find, this was just about perfect for our long weekend stay, the house was simply lovely, well thought out and immaculately clean. The pool and hot tub were super relaxing, a real treat and we will certainly visit again. If you are looking for a beautiful house in a very quiet and peaceful area then this is perfect. Thank you Sebastian and Vanessa for a wonderful stay.

Very clean, friendly host and more than enough space in the Airbnb for us (6 girls). We also did the tasting here, which was also a very nice experience. We would recommend this place!

Great place to stay with a beautiful garden, tidy environment, space for a car in a lock-up yard. As we were in June, we were able to feast on the cherries growing in the garden which was a great bonus. Everything was very neat and clean, everything is thought of - the house has conditioners in every room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, fully equipped kitchen, everything was very good. Very close to Epernay as well as being close to La Champenoise run, kaa was a 3 minute walk. The hosts are very kind and responsive.

The accommodation is well located in a good location, it is quiet. The host is responsive, if you need something you have a quick response. Overall we had a nice stay.

Beautiful location, spacious and equipped with all necessities. Would choose this again if we were going with a group. Also did the champagne tour with Nathalie, expert explanation and even a 43 year old champagne to taste!

Diana and Julien have created a little piece of paradise. The accommodation is beautiful, the plants make the whole thing very cozy and the steam bath and whirlpool provide a luxurious feeling. They were very responsive to messages. We were very satisfied and would have liked to stay longer.

Lovely apartment at great location! Centre and Avenue de Champagne in walking distance. Free parking at the street and als autobox (thats a bit small so you need good parking skills and a tight body to get in and out :)). But relax... after a few glasses of the best champagne you forget about dealing with this. The host Fred is a great guy and also sells magnificant Champagne, feel free to ask him about it.

Amazing place, lots of space and you feel at home immediately. You have everything you need here to make your stay in Epernay memorable. The location in the city is perfect, really close to all the restaurants and the Rue de Champagne. But also very easy to go to all the champagne houses in the area! I definitely recommend staying here!

This apartment has a fantastic location. Many restaurants and cafes within a 2 minute walk. The cathédrale, Reims train station and multiple tram stops are also within easy walking distance. The apartment is on the top floor of a renovated mansion. Clean, quiet and intelligently designed. Note that the bed is lofted, accessible by retractable ladder, so people with mobility issues may find this a challenge. The building itself is safe and there isn’t too much street noise at night despite the building being in the center of downtown. A great place for either a couple or a solo traveler.

Emmanuel was extremely responsive and helpful. The unit was in great shape and perfectly fit our needs. It is on a side street that is quiet and peaceful, but it is less than a 5-minute walk to numerous restaurants, patisseries, boulangeries, fromageries, charcuteries and even a biscuiterie. Wonderful home base for a vacation in Reims!

It was a pleasant stay. A nice small and clean apartment near the center of Reims (15 min walk). You have everything you need, including a small garden. The check-in process was a bit cumbersome with picking up a key at another location. Finally, the bed was a bit small for 2 people, I think around 140 cm wide. The hosts respond quickly if there is anything. Definitely recommended to stay here!

We loved our weekend in this apartment - wished we could have stayed longer. Balcony was perfect for evening drinks and location within walking distance of the Cathedral, restaurants and bars and, crucially for us, several champagne houses! Olivier was a great host with lots of proactive communication. He informed us that the shutters were stuck and I was concerned that this would make the room really hot, so he put fans in the rooms, which definitely helped when it was 30+C outside. V secure method for getting keys and entering the property. Would love to return - will definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Reims.
