We are family with 4 people and we stayed at Marianas house at the first floor for 3 nights. The apartment and the facilities were excellent and also responsiveness of Mariana 👌 We loved and would definitely recommend Marianas place. Would come again 😊

The apartment was clean, modern and spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Several windows gave great views of the gondolas on the canal. Light filled the apartment during tne day but highly effective blackout blinds made sleeping at night a pleasure. We didn't have a car but everything was within walking distance. Walking back and forth to the train station took about 20 minutes each way. The bus stop to catch the public bus to the beach at Costa Nova is just a short walk from the apartment. Both Ely and Fatima were friendly, responsive and helpful. We would love to return some day.

Great location - a short stroll to the main areas of the historic centre. It was on the top floor, so there were several sets of stairs to climb. Dina was the local property manager and she was very helpful and attentive. Aveiro was a gorgeous town with very friendly people. Recommend getting town maps from the Art Nouveau museum on Day 1. Also the boat trip was made better by the entertaining hostess - otherwise it could be boring. Overall, a wonderful experience- highly recommend this apartment.

Die Wohnung entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung, ist sehr sauber, geräumig und es fehlt ihr an nichts. Die Lage ist toll, mitten in den farbigen Fischerhäuschen, inkl. gratis Parkplatz vor der Haustüre. Eine tolle Unterkunft, die wir gerne wärmstens weiteremphehlen. Danke Carlos, für das Bereitlegen des Portweines und der Ovos Moles!

Wir sind herzlich von Elsa empfangen worden, obwohl wir mit einer Stunde Verspätung abends angekommen sind. Das war für Elsa überhaupt kein Problem. Sie hat uns alles gezeigt. Elsa ist sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit zu erreichen. Sie bot uns jederzeit weitere Hilfe an. Die Verständigung ging nur über Übersetzer App, da Elsa nur portugiesisch spricht. Die Wohnung war genauso wie beschrieben. Es mangelte an nichts, selbst Strandtücher, Windschutz und Sonnenschirm standen zur Verfügung. Die Lage direkt am Badestrand mit Zugang zur Mole und direkt neben dem Leuchtturm Farol do Aveiro ist erwähnenswert. Allerdings fehlte uns persönlich die Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen oder zu frühstücken. Restaurants, Bäcker und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind fußläufig erreichbar. Alles in allem war es eine sehr schöne Woche, die wir in Elsas Wohnung verbringen durften.

Beautiful home in a really cool location with a sweeping view of the bay. I only wish we could have stayed longer! Jamie was there to personally greet us on arrival and made sure all went well. Highly recommended!

This house is very beautiful and comfortable. It has everything you need to spend an excellent vacation. It is spacious and has many lovely spots to rest, eat, chill, and relax. The place was very clean and tidy. The host was extremely nice and helpful. The directions to find the house were very clear, and he gave us very useful advice on restaurants and places to visit. The host was also always available to help and guide us (special thanks for helping us with the car repair). The location is quiet and close to the beaches (10 minutes by car) and the city center (15 minutes by car). I definitely recommend it.

Adoramos a casa , fomos em Família e curtimos cada cantinho. Além de toda a história e memória que a casa representa , fica em uma ótima localização, precisamos dividi-la com os Turistas que ficam Tirando fotos. A área da cozinha e banheiros renovados e equipados . Mesmo com dias um pouco nublado e alguma chuva aproveitamos bastante e nos Divertimos em Família.

Casa confortável, cozinha bem equipada, salão de jogos ótimo para adultos (também para crianças). Apenas a água para o banho no caso de 9 pessoas não aqueceu o suficiente para as últimas que se banharam. No geral foi uma excelente estadia.

Esta es una preciosa casa de madera de pescadores típica de Costa Nova, situada en el mejor lugar del pueblo. Es el barrio más bonito de Aveiro y alrededores,entre la ría y la playa, entre las casitas de colores. Tendrás aparcamiento a la puerta, un amplio salón,4 habitaciones, un patio para comer fuera, y relajarte y todo lo necesario para estar como en casa. Estarás a un paso de la ciudad de Aveiro. Sí te gusta sumergirte en lo más típico de los lugares cuando viajas, este es tu Airbnb ¡ te encantará!

We had a wonderful stay in Costa Nova, on the fisherman's side, and our host Diogo was absolutely fantastic! He was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The property was cozy and comfortable, but one thing to note for future guests is that the second bathroom can be a bit tricky to locate at first. Additionally, it's worth mentioning that accessing the second bathroom requires going through the kitchen and courtyard, which can be a bit inconvenient when the main bathroom is occupied. One suggestion for improvement would be to consider investing in a dehumidifier, as we noticed that the linens and clothing often felt damp during our stay. This would help to enhance the overall comfort and freshness of the property. Despite these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated Diogo's hospitality. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and we loved the charm of the fisherman's side of Costa Nova.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt, kann man bestens weiterempfehlen. Die Lage und Ausstattung war super. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft.

Took Christine's property as our base from which to attend a wedding and explore near by Aveiro and further. Five kids and adults where in our party who absolutely loved the large heated pool. Highly recommend and I would happily return. Love from Greg and the family. Obrigado!

Un apartamento de 10! Todo prácticamente a estrenar, las terrazas inmejorables con tumbonas y sillas cómodas, y la vivienda con todo detalle. Sandra es una anfitriona cariñosa y atenta, pendiente de que nuestra estancia sea perfecta.. Las tardes de bruma las hemos podido suplir con disfrutar del maravilloso sofá y terraza. Muito obrigado por tudo!

I recently stayed at Urbiluso Airbnb and had an amazing experience! The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Urbiluso was incredibly responsive. I felt very comfortable and safe throughout my stay. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area!

Marina muy atenta, nos dejó salir más tarde para aprovechar un rato de la mañana en la playa. Además de dejarnos flores naturales preciosas y un par de botellas de agua. Todo realmente fenomenal. Tenía un menaje muy completo para una familia de 4/5 personas; e incluso aceite, vinagre y sal, aunque nosotros no lo usamos pero se agradece qué lo tengan. Muchas gracias.

El apartamento está muy bien, más bonito que en las fotos, y muy cuidado. Dispone de todo tipo de comodidades, y la urbanización en la que está cuenta con muchos servicios, aunque nosotros no los llegamos a utilizar. Está al lado de una playa preciosa, que puede verse desde la casa Antonio fue un anfitrión muy puntual, llegamos a la casa y a los pocos minutos llegó para darnos las llaves y explicarnos el funcionamiento. Es un sitio totalmente recomendable.

Ana is a very friendly host. She gave clear instructions about how to get to the appartment and always answered my questions. The appartment was very nice and clean. It is located at walking distance from the ferry to Aveiro.

Die Gegend ist zwar nicht sehr attraktiv, und von außen scheint die Unterkunft nicht sehr schön, aber in der Wohnung ist es gemütlich und angenehm. Leider war die Kommunikation beim Check-Out wegen schlechter Erreichbarkeit etwas schwierig, ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Correu tudo bem, como esperado. O Miguel foi muito atensioso.
