Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Aveiro District

Estive realizando um estágio na Universidade de Aveiro e fiquei durante 3 meses no studio do Mário. O studio e’ moderno e novo com todos os itens necessários para uma estadia longa ou curta. Fica muito bem localizado e na região central de Aveiro, perto de mercados, farmácias, padarias, restaurantes e vários pontos turísticos, sendo possível fazer todos os passeios a pé. Mário e Frederico foram grandes anfitriões dando atenção desde os esclarecimentos para a reserva, durante a estadia e no check out. Sem dúvida o custo-benefício valeu a pena e quando retornar a Aveiro pretendo ficar no local.

Tudo impecável. O apartamento é exactamente como descrito nas fotos, limpo, luminoso e numa zona bem central. Com todas as comodidades necessárias para uma estadia em família. Obrigada!

Amazing place to have a relax stay, very comfortable for 2 couples, close to the beach an lots of good restaurant options. It is on the ground floor and there is a great outside space to have breakfast and also a barbecue is available. Pedro is a really nice guy always available to help.

Un logement idéal pour une famille qui séjourne dans la région. Proche de la gare de la plage et de très bon restaurant, nous avons pu profiter de la région sans voiture. Le logement est confortable et Miguel particulièrement accueillant et serviable.

Wir sind herzlich von Elsa empfangen worden, obwohl wir mit einer Stunde Verspätung abends angekommen sind. Das war für Elsa überhaupt kein Problem. Sie hat uns alles gezeigt. Elsa ist sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit zu erreichen. Sie bot uns jederzeit weitere Hilfe an. Die Verständigung ging nur über Übersetzer App, da Elsa nur portugiesisch spricht. Die Wohnung war genauso wie beschrieben. Es mangelte an nichts, selbst Strandtücher, Windschutz und Sonnenschirm standen zur Verfügung. Die Lage direkt am Badestrand mit Zugang zur Mole und direkt neben dem Leuchtturm Farol do Aveiro ist erwähnenswert. Allerdings fehlte uns persönlich die Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen oder zu frühstücken. Restaurants, Bäcker und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind fußläufig erreichbar. Alles in allem war es eine sehr schöne Woche, die wir in Elsas Wohnung verbringen durften.

Eu é minha família amamos a localização, perto dos restaurantes, centros culturais e shopping. Uma ótima pessoa, super atenciosa! Obrigada, até breve!

Tiago fue un anfitrión excepcional; siempre que le consultaba algo, incluso no relacionado con el apartamento, nos respondió de inmediato dándonos consejos adecuados. El piso es tal como se describe en Airbnb.com; lo encontramos muy limpio e impecable. Definitivamente lo recomiendo a ampliamente.

Notre séjour s’est parfaitement bien passée. La maison est idéalement située à proximité de la plage. Séjour très agréable et Ruca au petit soin. Je recommande sans hésiter.

We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad, Ines heeft ons van tevoren al heel veel informatie gestuurd en tips om excursies alvast te boeken voor ons verblijf, het huis is van haar moeder en ligt op een park met soortgelijke, veelal privé huizen. Het was geweldig om zo veel ruimte in en rondom het huis tot je beschikking te hebben. Het park ligt op een rustige plek tussen een grote lagune en de Atlantische Oceaan. Het huis heeft letterlijk alles wat je je maar kunt bedenken, het is volledig ingericht, ook om zelf te koken als je dat leuk en lekker vindt. Er is mooi buitenmeubilair dat je kunt gebruiken om buiten te zitten en te relaxen. Het TV scherm is huge, de wifi is voortreffelijk. Ines heeft ons geholpen bij het oplossen van problemen met onze huurauto en heeft ons bovendien aangeboden altijd te willen helpen, ook als we weer terug waren in Nederland, met eventuele (taal)problemen met het autoverhuurbedrijf. Wij vinden Ines een schat van een hostess. Bedankt Ines, voor alles.

Maison spacieuse, confortable avec bel espace extérieur, terrasse ombragée très agréable. Bon emplacement pour visiter Porto et la vallée du Douro. Restaurant "Méandro " à côté,pas cher, excellent avec vue splendide sur le Douro. Graça et son mari sont accueillants et réactifs. Seul bémol, la présence de chiens qui aboient++ ( chenil ?) . Graça n'y est pour rien, mais nuisance sonore à signaler..

el apartamento de sergio esta impecable, tal y como sale en las fotos, el baño turko una pasada, el espacio de barbacoa tambien, todo en general, a 8 minutos del centro, super bien ubicado y facil de llegar, sergiio muy amable, atento y contesta rapidisimo, mi pareja y yo lo pasemos genial, seguro que volveremos.

J’ai passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cette grande villa située à Linhares, près de Vale de Cambra, au cœur du Beira Litoral. La maison spacieuse, décorée avec goût, dispose d’une superbe piscine et d’une cuisine extérieure parfaitement équipée, idéale pour profiter du beau temps en toute convivialité. Le cadre est vraiment magnifique : calme, entouré de collines verdoyantes et baigné de lumière, c’est un véritable havre de paix. J’ai été profondément touché par la bienveillance et la gentillesse du propriétaire, toujours attentionné et prêt à rendre notre séjour inoubliable. La communication a été extrêmement amicale et sincère ; on se sent vraiment accueilli comme un ami de longue date. Après 20 ans de voyages à travers le Portugal, je peux dire sans hésiter que ce séjour est l’un des meilleurs que j’ai connus, en grande partie grâce à ce propriétaire merveilleux et à la beauté du lieu. Je recommande vivement ce logement à tous ceux qui souhaitent vivre une expérience authentique.

This home is absolutely beautiful, we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. Everything we could possibly need was there, from a fully equipped kitchen to thoughtful touches throughout the house and garden. It was spotless, and we especially appreciated the fresh citrus and eggs from the birds next to the property waiting for us. Carolina and her husband are exceptional hosts, warm, generous, and incredibly helpful. All their recommendations were perfect. Do note that a car is essential, and confident driving is a must in the area. The game room with the pool table was a great bonus, especially on rainy days. The nature, the views, and the garden were all stunning. Our only regret was not staying longer.

Die Lage ist wirklich fantastisch, wobei man am Wochenende bei schönem Wetter nicht vor 0 Uhr schlafen gehen kann. Das Treiben auf der Promenade geht manchmal bis in die frühen Morgenstunden.

Fantastic location and the house has everything you need. So many great touches I did not expect like bodyboard, toys, bbq etc Kitchen was stocked with coffee etc and had all the utensils for a great family feast.

Modern minimalist accommodation in an Art Nouveau city was a great dichotomy. Dark moody dramatic vibes to the interior. Excellent modern artistic touches that evoked local themes. Balcony overlooks a busy motorway across a canal but noise was not an issue with windows closed. Blackout curtains made for a very comfortable sleep. Lots of space for us to do a complete luggage repack before continuing on our driving tour. Free parking across the canal was convenient. Highly recommended Mercantel restaurant just a few steps along the canal.

El apartamento está muy bien, más bonito que en las fotos, y muy cuidado. Dispone de todo tipo de comodidades, y la urbanización en la que está cuenta con muchos servicios, aunque nosotros no los llegamos a utilizar. Está al lado de una playa preciosa, que puede verse desde la casa Antonio fue un anfitrión muy puntual, llegamos a la casa y a los pocos minutos llegó para darnos las llaves y explicarnos el funcionamiento. Es un sitio totalmente recomendable.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Rosa's Wohnung. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Aussicht aufs Meer einfach atemberaubend.

This little place was very comfortable, and close to everything! Walk to all the restaurants and shops no problem. Free parking is close by just over the canal took us less than 5 minutes to walk to the car. However you can pull right up and drop off your luggage in front of the, which makes things easy. Everything was clean, and provided everything you need for a cozy stay. The listing is just as shown, it’s a bit small but has all you need. Shower is spacious. Bed is comfortable, blankets are cozy. Helder was super accommodating, and allowed us to check in early.. Also a very trust worthy host and cleaning crew. I left my Grandmothers gold necklace and St Jude pendant at their place, didn’t realize for days later. Helder had the necklace AND is shipping to me in the United States!! I am so grateful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Ana is a very friendly host. She gave clear instructions about how to get to the appartment and always answered my questions. The appartment was very nice and clean. It is located at walking distance from the ferry to Aveiro.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Maria; vielen Dank noch mal dafür! Auch als wir uns dummerweise ausgesperrt haben, war sie sofort da und hat uns geholfen. Die Wohnung ist schön groß, vor allem mit zwei Bädern sehr komfortabel. Der Balkon-Ausblick und die nur gut 100 Meter zum Strand sind natürlich großartig - für die Nachfolger haben wir einen Sonnenschirm dagelassen. Im Hochsommer sind die Klimaanlagen in der Wohnung bestimmt ein Segen! Toll ist der Tiefgaragen-Platz (steile Abfahrt!), der nützlich ist, wenn am Wochenende alle an den Esmoriz-Strand fahren. Dann ist hier "Party" angesagt - vor allem wenn Portugal mal wieder im Fußball gewonnen hat ;-). Dank Marias schneller Hilfe hat das Internet nach anfänglichen Problemen gut funktioniert. Das war wichtig, da wir so (deutsches) TV streamen konnten. Für viele bestimmt wichtig: die Betten waren super! Und für die richtigen Kapseln für die Kaffee-Maschine: fragt am besten Maria... - Moito obrigado, Maria - wir kommen wieder! :-)

Hola André, Gracias por todo. El piso está muy bien, tiene una terraza muy espaciosa, aunque las vistas no son muy buenas solo se pueden ver cuatro rollos. Muy buen detalle dejar todas aplicaciones y juegos instalados en la tele, ¡fueron de gran ayuda!. otro detalle a destacar son los buenos bollos y postresitos locales, muy ricos. Por otro lado no había ni buen ambiente nocturno ni diurno, a quien quiero engañar (bueno algún Darth Vader por ahí). Otra cosa a mejorar es la modernización de la puerta principal. Overall overall, chilling, chilling in the miling.
