The wind-protected terrace invites to linger. The Jaima Teseguite has a balanced indoor climate, and there is a gas stove for cool evenings.

Costa Teguise is a very pleasant town to live in, quiet, sunny and perfect for enjoying your holidays. I recently renovated my apartment in a beach and wood style. I put all my heart into it and I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do. You can see a bit of the sea from the terrace. The beach is 500m away. There are two Pools for swimming and sunbathing. Equipped with internet fibre. Living close to the sea I am very concerned about our environment; I have reduced the use of plastic.

It is an accommodation with three rooms: bedroom, kitchen-living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Entrance totally independent from the main house. It also has a private garden with comfortable seating to the outdoors. The apartment is very bright. It is located in a very quiet area of Costa Teguise. There is always parking available. You can walk to different beaches in 15 minutes and to the center where you will find restaurants, supermarkets, ... It is a beautiful area of trails.

Calm & exclusive apartment by the beach

The apartment has just been completely refurbished in May 2018, so that customers will debut both furniture and appliances. It is spacious, comfortable, very bright, facing south, and sunny all day. It has a magnificent terrace, with heated pool and spectacular views of the sea, the promenade and the beach, and two hammocks for private use. A few meters away we have the promenade, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, surf schools, bus, taxis, banks.

Beatiful one-bedroom apartment, professionally decorated, on the ground floor, overlooking the pool and WIFI. Quiet and with a large terrace. Located in Costa Teguise, a coastal town strategically located halfway between the points of tourist interest in the north and south of the island. The complex has two swimming pools, a playground, free parking, security and a Yoga room. The beaches are a 5 minute walk away.

Dear host, We stayed in this flat with my mum for 8 days. Communication, check in and location were on point. It seems important to me that you think about adding more kitchen items like a kettle, chopping board, toaster and maybe more than one pot and one pan. It is not really easy for those who expects to be cooking. Especially as the saucepans you provide are not suitable for your induction hobs. Also the fact that there was only one roll of toilet paper and one bin bag for 8 days for two people doesn't seem to me to have been well thought out. Thank you for your quick communication and responding to our requests. Marie

Relaxing Walk sea apartment in Costa Teguise

We had such a wonderful stay at this apartment in Costa Teguise. It was spacious, bright, comfortable, and really quiet. It had everything we could possibly need. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach, with shops, restaurants, and a supermarket nearby. The large free car park near the apartment was ideal for our rental car and made exploring the island super easy. Our host, Dora, was absolutely fantastic — so warm, thoughtful, and helpful. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even leaving some provisions including oat milk (we’re vegan), which was such a kind touch. Communication before and during our stay was excellent, and her local tips were spot on and tailored to our needs. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or host and would love to stay again. Highly recommended!

Sauberes schönes Apartment mit großartiger Aussicht auf den Strand. Sehr zentral gelegen, fußläufig alles zu erreichen. Sehr gut ausgestattet (insbesondere die Küche, es gab aber auch Sonnenschirme für den Strand). Sehr nette Hosts, antworten sehr schnell.

Book this place, you won’t be disappointed. From booking to check out everything was simplicity itself. The apartment is in a quiet place directly on the promenade opposite a great snorkelling and swimming Cove. Nearest supermarket is two minutes away nearest bars and restaurants equally two minutes away. Lots of really lovely touches inside the apartment - cozy snuggle blanket for the sofa. Really good quality bedlinen and mattresses super comfortable. Bathroom incredibly clean everything superbly functioning. Kitchen had everything you could need. The balcony furniture was super comfortable and I sat there for hours watching the world go by and the view is simply stunning.., well worth the money and highly recommend. The host communications were superb and she is just fantastic.
