The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 square meters) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

By car, you can reach Trier in 15 minutes. The motorway junction can be reached within 5 minutes. Butzweiler is close to the border with Luxembourg. Hiking trails start directly in Butzweiler and lead you through a historical and dreamlike nature. The premium hiking trail Römerpfad is an absolute highlight.

The city center is 4 km away, there is a very good bus connection. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has its own lockable entrance. You will love the loft because of the outdoor space, the garden, the fireplace inside for coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. We had an all-round successful stay at Nico's in Trier. The accommodation even exceeded our expectations: The house is modern and renovated with great attention to detail. Everything was very clean, furnished to a high standard and thoughtfully designed - you can tell that real value is placed on quality and a feel-good atmosphere here. We were particularly pleasantly surprised by the small attentions: In the refrigerator, chilled drinks were already ready for us, and a lovingly designed welcome book not only provided us with all the important information about the accommodation, but also many helpful tips for our stay in Trier and the surrounding area. The proximity to the Moselle was a real highlight for us - perfect for walks or short excursions. Communication with Nico was always friendly, fast and uncomplicated. We felt very comfortable from the first moment and can recommend the accommodation without reservation. Thank you!

We were warmly welcomed by the host and wife. Waltraud gave clear explanations about the accommodation and the surroundings. We ourselves received 2 x cake that she had prepared herself, delicious and sweet. The apartment was nice and cool fortunately, many days 30 degrees or more. The apartment is spacious and neatly furnished, all details have been thought of. Nice spacious garden in which we could sit quietly, breakfast and in the evening. Slept well in the very good beds. Big supermarket is close by. We have been to Echternach a lot because we liked it there. The swimming pool in Kordel, 10 minutes' drive, is definitely recommended. In short, had a nice stay in a quiet area. We'll definitely be back. Pim & Akkie

A very nice chalet with everything you need. Nice kitchen and shower, everything neat and clean. At the end of the day, sit in the sun on the balcony with beautiful views. Communication with Manuela went well. Beautiful and quiet area, ideal for hiking and cozy towns nearby to visit.

This wonderful apartment in a quiet country village was perfect, clean and with a beautiful view of the Eiffel Park. And many other leisure activities in the region make it very attractive. Thomas and his family were extremely friendly, met us at check-in and provided a nice walk through. There are table and chairs to relax outside to enjoy the view. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be back.

Laura is a very courteous and friendly host – and we liked the apartment/accommodation very much. Exactly matches the photos and description, very well maintained and clean. We booked the accommodation for a wine hike nearby. Clear recommendation for those who want to spend a few relaxing days near the Moselle. We would come back.
