Overlooking the town of Murat, it offers a very nice view of this city of character full of history. 10 minutes from the Lioran winter station and geese-ULM flights in Coltines, 1/2 hour from the Garabit Viaduct. Also its location close to the Auvergne mountains (Puy Mary, Plomb du Cantal) allows many hikes for nature lovers. Or beautiful walks by motorbike or bike.
