You will benefit from the cottage with all amenities, equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room. You will enjoy the view of the Bourlon Forest and the surrounding silence. Respecting the tranquility and the peaceful environment, you will spend a pleasant time in the middle of nature.

A wood-burning fireplace. 1 WC - Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with double beds of 160 + 1 bed of 90. Possibility of a 4th bed as a backup. 1 bathroom and 1 WC per bedroom. Washing machine possible. - Outside a paved terrace. The accommodation overlooks the owner's courtyard

The duvets are adjustable (4-seasons). The living room features a smart TV with access to Netflix. Kitchen is equipped with ceramic hobs, electric ovens and microwave. The atmosphere is understated and warm, with solid oak flooring and wooden furniture. Invoice provided upon request.

Close to Cambrai city center as well as the various highways that surround it, it is located on a quiet street. Always available and attentive, please let me know if you need any further information!
