Holiday rentals with beach access in Au Cap

Die Unterkunft ist ein schönes Haus mit zwei Einheiten. Alles ist blitzblank und gut ausgestattet. Sogar einen Adapter für die Steckdose war vorhanden, was zeigt wie sehr die Gastgeber/innen an alles denken. Die Familie ist super lieb, man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Die Möbel und die Einrichtung sind schön modern und neuwertig, sehr bequem. Mit eigener Waschmaschine kann man gut die schwitzigen Klamotten waschen. Die Gegend ist super mit Auto zu erreichen, mit eigenem Parkplatz am Haus (die steile Auffahrt lernt man gut zu nehmen). Über die Straße vorm Haus rüber gibt es direkt einen kleinen Strand, den man ganz für sich alleine nutzen und genießen kann. Alles top! Aber Die Familie ist sehr herzlich, immer gut erreichbar und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir wurden auch zum Grillen eingeladen, da wurde großzügig und vollumfänglich für uns Essen zubereitet und großartiger Fisch gegrillt. Das war ein ganz besonderer Tag. Vielen Dank für alles! Wir kommen immer gerne wieder.

Michel's guest home exceeded our honeymoon expectations. This beautiful home, up on the hills overlooking the beaches of central/southern Mahe is walking distance (or a short drive if you choose to rent a car) from a calm and peaceful beach as well as a local restaurant which Michel recommended to us...it did not disappoint! My wife and I went there twice and the catch of the day was our favorite. This was one of many recommendations Michel gave to us during out stay. We even got fresh papaya from Michel local tree as a treat. If you decide you want to save some money and eat in, there is a grocery store just down the hill from the house. This air b&b is equip with all the basic cooking supplies you should need. It may be difficult to find the house off the main road, even if using navigation. There is a small sign tacked up to the electric post right as you are supposed to turn off the main road, however we still did not see it easily. We told Michel our expected arrival time and he and his family were keeping an eye for us to help once we were off the main road. We found it easier to located the house off the main road while it was still light out. We would stay here for weeks if we could. Everything is so lush and beautiful and if you look out on the balcony you can see bats flying around in the sky.

Eine super freundliche Gastgeberin und eine blitzblanke Wohnung – alles war perfekt! Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Поездка к Даниэлле была потрясающей!Жилье было легко найти на карте, Находится оно возле одного из самых лучших плавательный пляжей Маэ (3 минуты пешком). Нам очень понравилось дружелюбность, отзывчивость и готовность всегда помочь наших хозяев! Отдельное спасибо за угощения из собственного сада,это было незабываемо вкусно! В самом желье есть все необходимое для комфортного, безопасного прибывания на острове! Если мы ещё раз собиремся отдохнуть на Маэ-Даниэлла будет 1ым вариантом! Спасибо Вам огромное!!!

A very nice and fresh apartment! The beach is just across the street 😍 the balcony is very nice with a view of palm trees. Francis was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Ich möchte gerne meine positive Erfahrung mit meinem kürzlichen Aufenthalt in Ihrer Unterkunft teilen. Der Aufenthalt war einfach fantastisch! Die Aussicht auf das Meer war atemberaubend und hat meinen Urlaub zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Das Bad war gepflegt und bot alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit des Gastgebers, der stets bemüht war, meinen Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen reibungslos, was den gesamten Prozess sehr unkompliziert machte. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Lovely place, smooth check-in, friendly and polite staff and beautiful apartment! Available parking and easy to find with maps. Walkable distance to the beach and take away's / markets.

This is a terrific beach house right on the beach and one of the best snorkeling sites we visited on all the islands. We saw coral, loads of different fish, turtles, rays and even a small shark. There is a great restaurant just 5 min walk away, a supermarket just round the corner and of course sunsets every evening from the balcony. The house is very well cooled, well equipped and tastefully decorated in blue and green just as the label says. We spent 5 days here but we’re sad to leave and could easily have stayed longer.

This place was absolutely fabulous. Great estate area, very secluded yet accessible and close to the most beautiful beach on the island, that felt almost private. The home is well equipped and has air conditioning, that made our sleep perfect. The host was very helpful getting some additional items for the kitchen we asked for. The location is perfect and the bus stop is very close by. We managed to stay 10 days and travel around the island by bus only, without the need to book a car. We highly recommend that place.

This is a wonderful place. We really like the location as we were right on the water, close to the club house and all of the beaches. Perfect for our family!

Thanks to Hazel, our stay in the Seychelles was wonderful. Hazel is very welcoming, kind, and always ready to help! We really liked the accommodation – everything was comfortable, beautifully designed, clean, and had everything we needed. The grill was a great bonus – we used it to cook fresh local fish. Within walking distance from the house, there’s a beach, supermarket, fruit shop, fish shop, restaurant, bank, pharmacy, and several takeaways. A special thank you to Hazel for the lovely surprise at the end of our stay – it was so unexpected and truly appreciated! We sincerely recommend this place and hope to stay here again in the future!

Huset på Eden Island var fantastisk fint och levde upp till alla förväntningar och mer därtill. Vår host, Irene, var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam och var alltid snabb med att svara på våra frågor. Boendet rekommenderas starkt :)

The whole island is trully Eden. Tranquile surrounding, lovely gardens all arround the villas. Upon arrival you are provided with a cart, no cars allowed in the resort, which only adds to the overall experience. The villa itself is very spacious, well equipped, with excellent terrace overlooking the water. Check in and out was easy and Tina made evrything smoothly and efficiently. We would deffinitelly love to come back one day.

The home is beautiful, well-laid out, and so comfortable. It's incredibly clean, and John was so helpful and responsive! Seychelles is a dream location in every way: the beaches, the people, the colorful locale, the decor. And Eden Island really shows off all that is exquisite about Seychelles: from our private pool to the beach outside our door, to the buggy we could use to jot around the island, to the fitness center. And the home, which is so tastefully decorated. The host--John--was available whenever we needed. All in all, a really wonderful visit.

The Seychelles has been our best vacay with sunbathing, hiking, snorkeling, diving, Easter church services, surrounded by the most beautiful nature! We loved the Seychelles as well as Marcella's place! It is clean, spacious, well-furnished, and the view is absolutely amazing! Marcella was very responsive, and helped us kindly incl. late check-out. We would not recommend coming without a car but also enjoyed walking to the beach and restaurants sometimes. The location is great for a start, maybe staying in the south or one of the other islands is worth a consideration next time. One downside may be the price. Others are temporary construction noise around, missing refills (e.g. toilet paper) or on request (e.g. salt, trash bags), no AC in the living room, in the bedrooms it didn't always cool down, and parking can be tricky. Villa is quite high up giving you the best views of both sunset and sunrise, absolutely stunning views, worth every penny! Edmund is a great host, good communication and very helpful. The Villa is very spacious, clean and I couldn't fault a thing. I would highly recommend car rental and preferably automatic as the Villa is in a steep slope. if you have booked this Villa you will definitely enjoy your stay. I recommend highly. thank you Edmund and team 💙

We had an amazing time at Villa Rousseau! Alison was helpful, kind and welcoming and Vanessa went above and beyond to make us feel at home! The apartment is very clean, well maintained and comfortable. The view is breathtaking! We rented a car (with Alison’s help) and it was delivered directly to the Villa. We would highly recommend this stay!

Eden Island est un environnement superbe. Le logement était confortable et très beau comme d habitude. J ai retrouvé l endroit que j affectionne à la hauteur de mes souvenirs. C est définitivement une location idéale aux Seychelles !

The apartment is beautiful, clean, and super comfy, with attention paid to every small detail. Fully equipped kitchen including everything you need and even more (a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and waffle maker just to name a few). The view from terrace is exactly the same as on the photo. The apartment has good AC and ventilators in every room plus on the terrace. Comfy bed with good linens. Beach and shower towels are provided. The place is quiet and private, and the location is great. John was the best host! He always responded fast, gave me his full support, clear instructions, helpful information. He helped me a lot when my flight was canceled last minute and I had to change my plans - date change, plus early check-in and late check-out were provided free of charge!!! I couldn't ask for more! I highly recommend everyone book one of his places for a vacation you won't regret!!!

Heureusement que Shirley avait tout bien expliqué et même organisé la location de la voiture, tout c’es bien passé, nous avions le loueur dans l’aéroport quand nous avons atteri, il nous ont même aidé pour avoir notre Simcard local, mais les indications routière sont une catastrophe aux Seychelles! Par contre le panneau de Beau Bassin se voyait très bien! Shirley nous accueillait chaleureusement et nous expliquait bien tout. Dans la pièce un distributeur d’eau potable avec l’eau chaude ett l’eau froide, renouvellé des qu’élle était vers la fin un grand frigo et freezer dans la chambre. si quelque chose nous manquait, une fois demandé quelques heures plus tard on nous l’apportait. vraiment un excellent service . Nous demandions si il y avaient des cocotiers pour nos œufs le matin 1 heure après ils se trouvaient dans nos placards. Il ya pour chaque appart un étendoir et la possibilité d’utiliser gratuitement la machine à laver. Le seul petit problème la plomberie à réparer !
