Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings of our little homestead ranch. Sit out on the front porch and watch the sheep graze and the bunnies hop across the yard. Our travels have allowed us to bring a little Balinese Asian flare to our Air BnB while still maintaining that country feel. Come be our guest! If you do bring a pet we ask that you keep your pet on leash at all times. We do have a livestock dog, and she is very protective of her sheep.

The Carriage House is a private, separate dwelling located on the property of Molly's Manor B&B. Unique and comfortable, 525 sq. ft. No step entry. Main floor includes a bedroom with one Queen-size bed, a cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen with appliances and cookware, and bathroom with a large shower; W/D. Two full-size beds in the upstairs loft, including a futon. Non-smoking, pet-free. Minisplit for AC/heat, Smart TV and WiFi. Plenty of parking for vehicles/boat.

The house is in a rural setting just west of Lake Andes, S.D. The town has a grocery store, gas stations and a nice ice cream and sandwich shop. It is also located close to Fort Randall/Francis Case Reservoir, six miles north of the dam with great access to boat ramps. The house has Direct TV with a fishing theme throughout the house. There are a few steps to get up to the main bathroom and the 3 bedrooms and a few steps down to the recreation room.
