We had a wonderful short break whilst visiting family in the area. The property is very well equipped and homely, but unfortunately we did not have the chance to enjoy all that was on offer due to being so busy exploring. The town is lovely and with easy parking outside the property, we were able to make the most of the location. It will be our ‘go-to’ for future visits.

Axel’s place was in a great location for people looking to be within walking distance of great restaurants and nice shops and bakeries. It had a good amount of space for a family. He was a great host. Very helpful and responsive. Although there is no designated parking, we were able to find street parking within a reasonable walking distance.

We had a great stay, location excellent close to Castle, restaurants and shops. Great boulangerie very close by, with a number of convenience stores nearby. Apartment spacious, very well designed with the great 2nd bedroom which our son really enjoyed. Had the wow factor when we all went into the apartment.

Le plus de l'appartement de Paul, la cour privée pour le stationnement de la voiture, une très bonne literie et un calme absolu la nuit. Merci Paul.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le jardin, sans vis-à-vis, offre une vue magnifique sur les champs, avec pour seule ambiance le chant des oiseaux — un vrai havre de paix. La piscine est un vrai plus, nous en avons bien profité. Graham est un hôte très gentil et arrangeant. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Accueil parfait de la part de Simon et Mari. Le logement est situé à 3.5 km de Sourdeval, dans un petit hameau très verdoyant. Le logement est extrêmement propre, fonctionnel, avec une déco tendance très sympa. En haut, la cuisine et 2 chambres chacune avec salle de bain (douche, baignoire, peignoirs, serviettes). En bas, un grand et très beau salon, accessible par escalier en colimaçon, avec un immense canapé d'angle, une grande table, tv très grand écran (multitude de chaines), et des jeux de société à disposition. A l'extérieur, jacuzzi, barbecue, salon de jardin (que nous n'avons pas eu le plaisir d'utiliser). Un panier garni nous attendait (fromage, pain, jus de fruit, gâteaux, lait, etc...) merci pour cette attention. Cette location mérite vraiment son excellente note.

Le logement proposé par Marie est superbe. Belle bâtisse. Les couchers de soleil étaient magnifiques. Zone très calme. Beaucoup d'espaces verts très agréables. Nous recommandons vivement. Merci.

What a find! Such a beautiful property with pretty much everything we needed. The really appreciated the peaceful surroundings and the wonderful countryside views. Deborah was a smashing host who couldn’t be more welcoming. She keeps her place to a high standard and was always ready with fresh towels if we needed them! Loved every minute and look forward to returning soon.

Een absolute aanrader! We hebben heerlijk genoten van de rust en de natuur. En wat een topper is Stéphanie...! Zo lief als voorbeeld, we hebben een baby van 5 weken en Stéphanie was aan het grasmaaien toen we thuis kwamen na een dag weg. Direct kreeg ik een appje of ze moest stoppen ivm de baby en het geluid. Zo kan ik nog meer voorbeelden noemen maar ik denk dat het wel duidelijk is dat deze accommodatie een absolute aanrader is en de host een enorm lieve en aardige vrouw is. Mochten we nog eens in deze hoek in Frankrijk zitten komen we hier zeker terug. Stéphanie hartelijk dank voor de relaxte 2 weken vakantie die we mede door jou zo hebben ervaren!

Perfect location. Quiet and remote. Well equipped kitchen. Stephen and Caroline are very friendly and helpful hosts. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a peaceful relaxing break. Beautiful area with many places of historic interest to visit. We will be back soon.

Nous avons passe un bon sejour chez Francis. Le logement etait propre, bien équipée avec des petites attentions (café, thé, lait, pates, beurre...). Le logement etait idéalement placé pour voir le MXGP à Ernée. Nous recommandons a 100%, une bonne adresse a retenir !

Wonderful home surrounded by nature. Great location to base out of and see Normandy!

This apartment is located in an old building with a somewhat dilapidated entry and a long, old staircase up to climb before reaching it, so it would not suit guests with reduced mobility. Once up there, however, it was very fresh and modern and the little outside terrace was a boon.

Amazing time for a family gathering staying in 4 well equipped Gites in quiet rural surroundings with bbq’s, private hot tubs and pool. Louise was very helpful with recommendations for day outs, places to eat etc
