Very relaxing and clean place We had a very nice vacation

We had a wonderful stay. The place is beautiful, with a spectacular view and a peace that is enjoyed from the first moment. It is located just a few minutes walk from the dam, ideal for quiet and safe walks — our dogs had an amazing time on the walks. Everything in the house is perfectly designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There's no need to guess: there are clear indications everywhere, which is greatly appreciated. The kitchen is super well equipped, with everything you need to cook to your liking. In addition, everything was impeccably clean and the garden very well maintained, you can see the care in every detail. The host was always attentive, making sure everything was perfect. He really thought of everything. Definitely a highly recommended place. We hope to return soon!

The place is very clean and very accommodating rooms. It's 2 blocks from the center of Tapalapa. We arrived by car and went for a walk the whole time without having to grab the car again.

The place is as described. It took us a while to get there, but they were always attentive to us. The view is amazing, the place is perfect to disconnect and enjoy with family or friends. Super helpful and friendly joy, very happy with our stay.

Gabriel always showed a flexible and friendly attitude... it was easy to arrive like the handover of the house.. we had an excellent weekend and a lot influenced the location and comforts of the house...

The house, talking about design and architecture is very nice, aesthetically and functionally. The attachments and cooking utensils are not enough, I recommend asking if they exist, and if not, then take them on their own. The land and space for activities is excellent, and in general the area is a safe environment. If you're looking for a bit of relaxation, away from noise and stress, it's your place.

Our stay in this house was very pleasant, it is a very cozy house, with many floors and decorative details in keeping with the identity of Tapalpa. The water came out with good pressure and hot. Irma, who helped us with the cleaning, was very attentive and friendly. Finally, it is very well located to explore the town center and its activities. In addition, it helps a lot that it has parking as it is in the center. I would definitely go back.

The house is amazing, full of details, plants, beautiful rooms. It was really worth it. The location is also very good. One of the best rooms I've ever stayed in. We are from Guanajuato and traveling there and arriving at this 100% recommended house.

Very clean and organized

I loved it a lot, we were a group of 16 people, we were all very comfortable, the hacienda is easy to access, it is very well located and is unbeatable inside and out, the rooms are very large and comfortable, tidy, impeccable, the living areas are very spacious, I felt at home, there is good internet and many large TVs to watch movies or listen to music, the whole house has a Bosé system for music and an internet boost that was enough even though there were many of us, The luxury marble kitchen, with all the utensils, and the amenities are the best part of the house, where the heated pool was what my daughters enjoyed the most. It has a soccer field, a volleyball net, incredible green areas and a game room with many amenities such as gas and charcoal grills, basketball hoops, bathrooms, a new bouncy house, and a large playground for children. Mario's service is really 5 stars, always attentive! Thank you very much! I'll be back

the accommodation as a whole is excellent, with a large common area in which you can occupy all day, with swimming pool and countless different games.

Excellent host, the house is beautiful and quiet to rest, it has all the services and a very beautiful view!! The staff who attended us were all very kind! I would return without hesitation.

We had a great time, I confess to having a little distrust since I no longer had evaluations but, it certainly became my favorite places, very good service, first level facilities, comfortable, clean, everything to spend a few excellent days, but the view is no words!! Thank you 10/10 and of course we'll be back.

The cabin is very nice and the clubhouse is amazing. It has a jacuzzi that in fact if it is hot, pool at a good temperature and many games. Ojo does not have a kitchen, but the center is right next to it and then it eats delicious. The people in the extremely friendly place and Patricio always responded promptly to all our messages. I highly recommend!

Everything was great

Super attention, communication and support. Flexibility with the schedules and they supported us all the time. It is super located, clean very safe. Definitely very good option and only 10” from Tapalpa! Very good experience!

A super spacious and fine place, located very close to Tapalpa but far enough away to enjoy the silence and nature, they support you with firewood if you require it at an affordable price, they lent us extra blankets for the cold and they accommodated us with a table and chairs outside one day that we used the grill, very attentive and in a beautiful location.

The property is magnificent, spacious spaces in an environment where, literally, pure oxygen is breathed... the house has everything to generate an excellent family coexistence, in addition to its bedrooms and common areas are perfectly equipped; mention separately deserves the attention of the staff: Pablo attentive to any need, Nancy always smiling and efficient and Lola delighting us with her dishes in the kitchen. The attention of our host is very agile and timely to anticipate any requirement, although it will have to be said that it was not necessary to disturb it.... the paddle court in perfect condition; we are definitely posted to return (and also take advantage of the golf course with the one that borders the house)... the only "negative" detail that I can point out is that the tree casita that is mentioned in the listing at the moment is not in a position to be used and there are signs of a construction that was half-spokening with the beauty of the set

Beautiful cabin with amenities and very comfortable. In a very private area and away from the hustle and bustle but with excellent internet connection. Overall, we had an excellent stay.

We really liked the place. The lake view is very nice. It's small and it's more like for romantic outgoing couples than anything else. The cabin is super small and although there is no phone signal they have very good internet signal available for the stay. Very friendly and agile service. The experience is simple but pleasant. I want to come back.
