Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε ύψωμα με απεριόριστη θέα στον κόλπο της Μαλτεζάνας και στα γύρω νησάκια και από την άλλη πλευρά με εκπληκτική θέα στη χώρα και στο Αιγαίο, ακριβώς πάνω από τη διάσημη μικρή παραλία του νησιού "Μπλε Λιμανάκι". 300-400μ. από το χωριό της Ανάληψης, που βρίσκεται η παραλία της περιοχής (και οργανωμένη), πολλά εστιατόρια, καφετέριες , mini super market, συγκοινωνία με τα ηλεκτρικά λεωφορειάκια και κοντά στο αεροδρόμιο. Απόσταση από τη χώρα και λιμάνι, περίπου 7 χλμ.

Il mio alloggio si trova nella collina della spiaggia di Schoinondas, a 40 metri dal mare. Offre una vista spettacolare a 360°. Supermercato,bar, ristoranti ed autobus sono a distanza pedonabile. L'aeroporto è a circa un chilometro. Al porticciolo di Matezana si può assistere al rientro dei caicchi ed acquistare pesce appena pescato. Le più belle spiagge dell'isola tra cui la rinomata Blu Limanaki, sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi. Il paese principale,Chora, è a circa 9 Km.
