Family-friendly holiday rentals in Astoria

The apartment is located close to the Metro line, there are shops, car parkings (the cheapest we found was 3800HUF/day - ibis Styles, Osvát u.) and restaurants in the neighbourhood. The rooms were clean, air conditioning was working fine.

Két napos programunkhoz, a belvárosban, a legideálisabb szállást kaptuk. Róbert nagyon segítőkész volt minden téren. Gyorsan válaszolt, tájékoztatott. Mindenhol tisztaság, kényelem. Jól felszerelt konyha, fürdőszoba. Emberi hozzáállására jellemző, hogy kijelentkezés után is használhattuk a parkolóját, amíg szükségünk volt rá. Ha a belvárosba megyek, legközelebb, Ő lesz az első, akit szállásért keresek!

Krisztina's place is in the ideal location from which to see all the main attractions in Budapest (especially the "Pest" side of things). It's ultra modern, spacious, very high ceilings, lot's of natural light and has all the amenities one could wish for. There is a bit of hike going up 3 flights of stairs without a lift so it might be a challenge for really young kids or people with physical limitations but the stairs are very wide and the flat is well worth the effort. If we do end up coming back or have friends/family that wish to visit Budapest we will be sure to recommend Krisztina's place. Mike

The location is perfect. The view of the Basilica from the bay window is spectacular. You are in the middle of all the action and walking distance from most places. The apartment is spacious for two people. The building is very old, so it is going to have "character". Be prepared for it. It was very helpful to have Kata let us in and gives us the tips for elevator, common lights, washer, heater, external window blinds, gas range, etc. But, everything works. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and dishes. Kata really cares that you have a great time. She was prompt with replies. Had lots of suggestions. Went out of her way to check availability of night river cruise. She is a top host.

Zoltan was the best. I love it when the host meets you on your check in and he was super friendly. He was such a good communicator before we arrived and was very kind. He was flexible with our check in which we were very grateful for. Zoltan provided so much information on what to do in the city and country. His place was so clean and provided everything you needed. We loved the location as well as it was walking distance to everything In Budapest but still remained on a quieter street. A Penny supermarket is 100m from the address which was so handy. We rented a car and Zoltan provided great instructions how to park on the street, we were lucky enough to get a park in front of the address on a Friday night. Lastly, Zoltan assisted us with a personal matter and it shows he goes above and beyond for his guests. Thanks for everything mate.

Estuve poco tiempo, pero todo impecable, muy comodo el piso, gran ubicacin, todo nuy centrico, hice todo a pie. Y muy facil para llegar al aeropuert tambien. Gabor me dio las instrucciones precisas y claras a tiempo. Recomendado. Gracias

Appartamento situato al centro, vicino al Ponte delle Catene , a piedi puoi raggiungere tutto. Wi-Fi veloce efficiente L’appartamento è meraviglioso, soffitti alti ed ambienti spaziosi, arredato con gusto e carattere, accessoriato di tutto. Luminoso Andrea risponde subito con professionalità e gentilezza Per noi è stato un soggiorno perfetto.

The place is really nice. A good combination between a really communicative area and the same time you do not hear noises at the apartment. You have all types of transports around, to get you everywhere around the city. There are a lot of shops, restaurants and bakeries. It is walkable distance to main attractions.

Perfect apartment!! I had a lovely time at this place and would definitely come back here again. Check in was super easy with the instructions given and Gergely was always super responsive if I needed anything. The washer/dryer were out of service during my stay but otherwise no issues :) Thank you

An excellent location with a short walk to local transport, supermarkets and eating places. Quiet with trees in the courtyard and everything we needed in the apartment. Instructions for check-in were concise (but we failed to look at the photos). Highly recommend.

Hostiteľ bol ochotný a priateľsky. Poloha aj ubytovanie bolo skvelé.

Andrea's huis is een prachtige plek om te verblijven. Vier slaapkamers, een grote woonkamer, twee badkamers en een ruime keuken. En vooral: een prachtig zwembad in een mooie tuin. Overdag zaten we (vier personen) vooral bij het zwembad, 's avonds aten we boven op het terras (als de zon voldoende was gezakt), met een mooi uitzicht. Ondanks het warme weer (30+ graden) bleven de tuin en het huis koel. Een airco hebben we daardoor niet gemist. De woning is rustig gelegen tegen een heuvel ('s avonds krekels), met in de buurt andere woningen, waar we weinig/niets van hoorden. Vanaf de woning zijn uitstapjes mogelijk (met een auto) naar bijvoorbeeld Szentendre (15 minuten, pittoresk dorpje, terrasjes, bijvoorbeeld om 's avonds te eten), Visegrad, Esztergom en Boedapest (zo'n 30-40 minuten). Twee supermarkten op 5-10 minuten rijden. De communicatie met Andrea verliep soepel en inchecken was flexibel. Kortom, een aanrader! We zouden het huis zo weer boeken.

Very responsive host and very welcoming. Felt right at home in the lovely apartment. Would definitely recommend if you’re going in a group of about three or four, but would also be ideal for a couple. Tram only a 5 minute walk away which takes you straight into the centre. If I come back to Budapest I’ll be sure to book this again.

Супер место, на земле, тихий двор, зелень, поют птички. В квартире всё есть. Бассейн, сауны всё нам объяснили, как пользоваться. Хозяин дружелюбный, помогающий во всех вопросах. Однозначно рекомендую.

Was a lovely small apartment on the Danube. Had everything you wanted and needed. Only thing, host was very very bad to respond to any questions or queries. But enjoyed our stay overall…

What a beautiful, modern apartment. It had everything we needed to feel right at home in Budapest. It was also so quiet and comfortable. I would highly recommend this apartment to everyone, but especially families: having two bedrooms and two bathrooms made getting ready in the mornings and evenings such a breeze with kids!
