Great host and excellent hospitality. The accommodation is very spacious and it actually looks smaller in the photos. Lovely place to relax, private space in the garden, beautifully decorated. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, close though to many beaches, shops and restaurants. Great kitchen to cook meals if you want to. Alexandros went the extra mile to please us and he was, polite, kind, friendly, helpful and with a smile, as well as generosity. We definitely recommend this place for a short or long stay. Thank you for everything.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ καθαρό! Υπάρχουν όλα τα απαραίτητα! Οικοδεσπότες ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί! Όλα ήταν Σούπερ!

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν εξαιρετικό!!Πεντακάθαρο πολύ άνετο, και με όλα τα απαραίτητα για μία πολύ άνετη διαμονή!Οι οδηγίες ήταν απολύτως ακριβής τόσο για το διαμέρισμα όσο και για το παρκινγκ το οποίο ήταν πολύ κοντά και εύκολο στην χρήση.Η οικοδέσποινα Παναγιώτα είχε φροντίσει για τα πάντα !!Ευχαριστούμε για την φιλοξενία και ελπίζουμε να ξαναρθουμε!!

Ευχαριστούμε για την τόσο φιλόξενη διαμονή. Πολύ περιποιημένος χώρος, όλες οι ανέσεις στο σπίτι για οικογένεια με τρία παιδιά και πολύ εξυπηρετικός οικοδεσπότης ο κύριος Κώστας. Αν βρεθούμε ξανά στη Θεσσαλονίκη θα επανέλθουμε.

Everything was perfect!!! Nikos and Eleni were really responsive and friendly ( with really good recommendations on what to do and where to eat) The house was really clean and fully equipped with everything you might need. We didn’t have any issues with parking which was a huge plus on our side. The location is perfect you can walk to anywhere you want in Afytos Thank you for everything !!!

Great location .2 min to buses, 4 min to the waterfront, minutes from many tavernas , cafes , grocery stores and half a block from a weekly farmers market! Clean, comfortable, great mattress, unending hot water, lots of dishes and appliances. Comfortable couch in the living room. Bathroom is a little small but we got used to it. Great new windows and doors with incredible sound proofing. Such a quiet apartment for city centre! Dimitri was responsive and checked in a few times to make sure we were happy with our stay. The balcony was sunny from sunrise to sunset, spacious and quiet.

Supers hôtes, logement très beau et propre. Nous avons adoré le lieu, extrêmement bien placé, proche de la mer. Très bon rapport qualité prix ! :)

We had an amazing stay at Villa Anastasia in Vourvourou! The villa is spacious, perfect for two families, with a large garden where kids can play and adults can relax. The nearby beach is stunning, featuring both sandy areas and rocks that were perfect for jumping into the water. It's peaceful and feels almost private, just a short walk from the house. The house is clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing vacation. Dimitris and his family welcomed us warmly and were always available, ensuring our stay was flawless. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel right at home. We highly recommend Villa Anastasia for anyone looking for a serene and comfortable getaway by the sea. We hope to return soon to enjoy this wonderful place once again! We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

I’m glad that the host agreed to late check-in. Everything is just fine.

Die Unterkunft war noch besser als erwartet, der Ausblick von der Terasse ist der Hammer!! Marios ist ein toller Gastgeber, der auf all unsere Fragen und Wünsche eingegangen ist und stets schnell geantwortet hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in seiner Untekunft gefühlt und würden uns immer wieder dafür entscheiden!

Perfekte Ausgangslage um Chalkidiki und Umgebung, mit dem Auto, zu erkunden. Nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Strand. Verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten und auf der Terrasse. Savvas hat sich schnell und freundlich nach unserem Befinden erkundigt und uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit unserem Gastgeber und "KatIcon Haus Sozopolis"!

It was the best place I’ve ever stayed. Cleanliness, location, and price were all great. (I went knowing it was on the 5th floor with no elevator.) If it’s your first time in Thessaloniki, the location is perfect — close to everything. Je recommande chaleureusement le logement de Yanis. La vue est exceptionnelle et dégagée. L’appartement est très agréable à vivre, lumineux, propre, le lit est très confortable. Il est accessible à pieds, l’emplacement est idéal pour se rendre au bord de mer ou sur les hauteurs. La communication a été excellente. Je recommande les yeux fermés ✨

Έμεινα στο συγκεκριμένο διαμέρισμα και μπορώ να πω, πως είναι ακριβώς αυτό το οποίο βλέπετε στις φωτογραφίες. Καθαρό και παρέχει ό,τι χρειάζεστε. Διαθέτει και ένα τεράστιο μπαλκόνι το οποίο ειδικά για καλοκαιρινούς μήνες είναι φανταστικό. Σε βολικό μέρος δίπλα σε στάση μετρό που μπορείτε να πάτε στο κέντρο πολύ γρήγορα και άνετα!

Το σπίτι είναι πολύ οικονομικό και είναι σε ωραία περιοχή κοντά στο κέντρο με τα πόδια. Η οικοδέσποινα μου έστειλε σαφής οδηγίες και έπειτα δεν χρειάστηκε να ξαναμιλήσουμε για κάτι. Καθαρό και όπως στις φωτογραφίες

This apartment is a wonderful place to stay in the countryside but with easy access to both coasts. The terrace is large and great for having your meals, coffee or an evening drink. The village has coffee bars and a bakers and a short distance away is a Lidl!! The bed is comfortable, it is very clean and bright and Dafina is a brilliant host. She enabled us an early check in and made us feel right at home. We would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting to visit the area.

Appartamento nuovo, molto ben equipaggiato, pulito con parcheggio privato. Ideale per due persone, ma anche adeguato a chi viaggia con un bambino/a. Non lontano dal centro che è comodo da raggiungere in taxi o in auto e ben posizionato per partire alla scoperta dei siti archeologici di Pella e Aigai. La zona circostante non offre il massimo, ma a 5-10 min a piedi c’è un centro commerciale con un supermercato super fornito. I nostri hosts son stati super gentili.
