House holiday rentals in Asprovalta

Elena and Christos were wonderful hosts. They were very responsive and always eager to help. We absolutely loved our stay at their place - and we will surely miss the wonderful private garden (which was incredibly well kept) and the pool. The house was well equipped and had everything we could need for our stay.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Great beaches nearby, helpful recommendations and links shared the night of our check-in. Would stay again, would recommend to friends and family.

Everything was perfect. Natasha was a great host, and so full of positive energy. It was so clean, this is a rare place where you can walk barefoot like you are at home. It was equipped with everything you need. Although she did not know English and I did not know Russian or Greek, we managed to communicate with translator and hand gestures :) I would recommend this place to everyone.

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in dit huis. Alles was perfect en het zwembad is echt fantastisch. Zef en Anastasiia waren perfecte hosts. We raden dit huis aan iedereen aan!!

çocuklar açısından çok iyiydi, otopark sorunumuz yoktu, öneri ve talimatlar yeterliydi, internet iyiydi, ev çok iyi tasarlanmıştı, ev sahibi restaurant ve cevreyle ilgili bilgiler verdi. sadece uygulamadaki konumla gercek konum arasinda 5 km mesafe var. kendi aracıyla gelmeyenler için bu bir sorun olabilir. çocuklu aileler için kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

The house is beautiful and as described. It was very clean and had most everything you will need. It is a short walk to the beach and to many restaurants. It is also convenient for driving to other area beaches. The only recommendation we have is to include pool/beach towels. That would have been very helpful. Arabella responds very quickly to any questions or inquiries. Great house! Highly recommend and would rent here again.

Къщата е страхотна, особено барбекю зоната. Бяхме 6 възрастни, 3 деца и едно куче. Вътре беше чисто и подредено. Като недостатък мога кажа че едното легло в едната спалня което е твърде малко за двама души и би било възможно да се сложи по голямо такова. Също това че има една тоалетна и липсата на съдомиялна причинява неудобство. Домакинът беше много отзивчив и отговаряше бързо!

The house very beautiful. Thye view is absolutely amazing. The beach is just across the street. The restaurants and coffee shops are ten minutes walking along the beach. Filippos is a wonderful host. There is a personal BBQ, the kitchen is full of equipment - all you may need. Every sleeping room has it's own bathroom. There is nothing more than you can want. I highly recomment the place. Ο Παρης και η Χρύσα εξυπηρετικότατοι, μας έδωσαν πολλές πληροφορίες σχετικά με το τι να πάμε και τι να δούμε στο Δοξάτο, τη Δράμα και τη γύρω περιοχή. Το κατάλυμα καθαρό, ευρύχωρο, σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση και σε όμορφο, ήσυχο περιβάλλον. Συνίσταται ανεπιφύλακτα

Wir hatten einen absolut fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus! Die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig und idyllisch und doch nah genug an allen wichtigen Annehmlichkeiten. Das Haus selbst ist schön eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders gefallen hat uns der große, eingezäunte Garten, in dem unsere Kinder gerne gespielt haben. Der Vermieter war von der Buchung bis zur Abreise sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns viele wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben, die unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht haben. Die Kommunikation war immer schnell und unkompliziert. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

We had a wonderful stay at Stavroula's house in early May, outside the busy tourist season. The location is peaceful and within walking distance of Asprovalta beach – about 15 minutes on foot or just 4 minutes by car. The house is lovely and cozy, equipped with everything you might need for both a short or longer stay. It really feels like a home away from home. It's also a great spot for remote work – quiet surroundings, reliable internet, and a comfortable setup. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, promptly addressing anything we needed. There are local shops in the village where you can buy groceries and cook at home, and there are also restaurants nearby. We were very happy with our stay and would gladly return to the same house.

One of our favourite rentals ever. A lovely peaceful atmosphere - the garden and balcony are both wonderful places to sit. Very comfortable bed. The walk down into town is easy and the house is only a couple of minutes from a village square with a restaurant and bar. Evangelos and Katrina left us honey that they they had made themselves and it was the best we had ever tasted! We went in early April so things were just starting to open up - great weather and plenty of empty beaches with swimmable sea.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Anastasia in Vourvourou! The villa is spacious, perfect for two families, with a large garden where kids can play and adults can relax. The nearby beach is stunning, featuring both sandy areas and rocks that were perfect for jumping into the water. It's peaceful and feels almost private, just a short walk from the house. The house is clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing vacation. Dimitris and his family welcomed us warmly and were always available, ensuring our stay was flawless. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel right at home. We highly recommend Villa Anastasia for anyone looking for a serene and comfortable getaway by the sea. We hope to return soon to enjoy this wonderful place once again! Къщата на Тимос е чудесна. Достатъчно просторна за да не излизаш от спалните с гръб, просторна дневна, кухня и огромна веранда, която цял ден е на сянка. Лелята на Тимос беше там да ни посрещне и отключи къщата. Плажа е на описаното разстояние и ако търсите спокойствие - това е вашия плаж. Ако искате забавления и ресторанти, трябва да отидете на централния плаж. Изкарахме спокойна почивка и благодарим на домакина.

This is a wonderful place for those who like peace and privacy. A charming villa surrounded by greenery. Spacious, comfortable, every detail is thought out. Very caring and discreet hostess. The kitchen had everything: oil, salt, spices, even water, wine, beer and lemonade for the kids! Perfect!

Excellent host: VERY responsive, very open and friendly, helped us to check-in at 4:00 am (insane time...) and also allowed us a later check-out, taking a shower before heading to the airport. The place is large and clean, very quiet but close to the center, restaurants and coffee shops. Ideal for travelers like us. Thank you, Eleni.

ottima posizione per alloggiare vicino al festival. Prezzo ragionevole e host che ci ha aiutato tempestivamente quando si è intasato il WC di uno dei bagni. Cucina arredata e completa per ogni evenienza.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Paleokastro! It’s such a peaceful and authentic place — waking up to birdsong and hearing nightingales at night was pure magic. Debby, the owner, is very very kind and even brought us some delicious local treats. Her daughter Asthasia welcomed us warmly, gave us a lovely tour, and shared great tips for local beaches, supermarkets, and tavernas. They really made us feel at home. The house is simple but very tastefully decorated, fully equipped, and we especially enjoyed the private barbecue area — perfect for relaxed evenings outside. The only very small thing we noticed was that it would be nice if the showerhead could hang, but honestly, it didn’t bother us at all. We left feeling completely relaxed and full of good memories. We can’t recommend this place enough!

Great location. Stores nearby, great resturants reachable by car or long walk. Paolo's place is suitable for 2 adults with 2 kids with no big expectations for lux. More like vilage experience.

Die Adresse ist nur mit Beschreibung zu finden, diese wird aber sehr akribisch und gut geliefert. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, allerdings auch abgeschieden. Der nächste Strand ist steinig. Auf der alten Straße Richtung Kavala, ca. 10 Autominuten entfernt, befindet sich ein sehr schöner, sandiger Strandabschnitt mit öffentlichem Zugang aber auch mit einer Strandbar. Das Haus hat einen beschatteten Hofparkplatz. Man kann nur rückwärts in den Hof einfahren. Wir haben alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Das Erdgeschoss wird durch ein Klimagerät ausreichend gekühlt. Die Schlafräume im OG verfügen über je ein Klimagerät. WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Jedes Zimmer hat ein Fernsehgerät. Uns wurde erst vor Ort bewusst, dass das Haus eigentlich Platz für zwei kleine Familien bietet. Die Nachbarschaft ist hundefreundlich. Für gehbehinderte Menschen ist das OG ungeeignet. Wir haben uns, trotz knapp 40°C, sehr wohl gefühlt.

Emina Palms in Vrasna was an amazing stay! The property is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with modern amenities and a fantastic location close to the beach. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the serene atmosphere. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!
