Fantastic flat in a brand new building, everything was super easy to access and the communication was very fast. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Appartement très bien placé, agréable et confortable (une super literie notamment). Totalement fidèle à l’annonce, propre et bien équipé. Des rideaux occultants dans la chambre seraient un plus. Le seul bémol est la difficulté à se garer gratuitement dans le quartier. Notre hôte a été hyper réactif et sympathique.

Beautiful apartment in great location.

Comfortable studio with everything one could want in a small place. Very central Rehovot location and easy walking distance into town centre and nearby shops and restaurants. Would particularly recommend Patisserie in Ahad Ha'am Street one street down and Bruno hand made chocolates a few minutes walk up Yaakov Street. Only down side is the entrance to the building which is one of the old buildings of Rehovot and probably needs a bit of TLC. Once inside, you'll be happy though.

אני ובתי התארחנו בדירה של דנה בסופ"ש האחרון. אין לי מילים להודות לדנה ו בעלה על היחס חם שקיבלנו מזוג המקסים! מארחים מצטיינים,קשובים תמיד שם שצריך משהו,למרות שלא היה חסר לנו כלום,תמיד דאגו להכל! תמיד זמינים לכל שאלה. דירה מקסימה עם נוף מדהים לים. דירה מאובזרת בכל מה שנדרש,ממש אווירה ביתית . ניקיון מעל המצופה,מגבות,מצעים הכל היה ברמה גבוהה. אין ספק שנחזור ו נמליץ לכלום. ממליצה בחום. דנה ורן ,אתם אנשים מקסימים,תודה רבה רבה לכם על הכל💞

מאוד נהנינו מהשהייה בנכס של רפאל. התקשורת היתה מצויינת ונעימה. הדירה מאוד נחמדה והקרבה לחוף הים ממש נהדרת! הדירה נקייה ואפשר להביא את חיית המחמד שלכם וזה יתרון גדול. הכלבה שלנו גם מאוד נהנתה :) תודה על האירוח וגם על הגמישות בשעת הצ׳ק אאוט. נמליץ לחברים ✨

האירוח היה מושלם, המקום פרטי וקל להגיע, נקי ומאורגן הכל טוב , נשמח להתארח שוב .מנהל הבית היה תמיד קשוב ומיד הגיב בחיוב לכל שאלה שצצה , ממש ארוח מושלם

Logement incroyable, vue sur mer au 5e étage. Très spacieux, 3 chambres, une cuisine séparée, tout climatisé. Une terrasse immense avec vue sur mer. La résidence est top. L’hôte a été plus que génial avec nous. Je recommande à 100% !! Merci encore pour les petites attentions.

Our host Ruven has been very gracious Always available upon request and very helpful overall. the Condo itself was a great find, given that it matched the description provided. We were a party of 4 adults and 2 children from the USA, and found this to be a great location & find. I would strongly recommend this to anyone considering a good condo at a budget price. The apartment is perfectly located literally 50 meters from the beach. From the large bright living room there is an exit to the terrace with a perfect sea view. There are three small bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The owner was very hospitable and provided us with a cot. The apartment is very well equipped with all the necessary equipment, bed linen, dishes, household chemicals. Incredibly beautiful apartment, we would stay here again.

This was a perfect location to the beach and great restaurants. The outdoor space surpassed our expectations and we could reach out to our host for a quick response. We will definitely be back!

Besides the beautiful and unusual modern design of the flat and great location, Elena is a generous, kind, and thoughtful host. She provided great pots, pans, and utensils to prepare meals. The refrigerator, the lighting, products for bathing...everything is good quality and there for you unlike so many other places. Every day I felt the touch of a host that responds to all questions quickly and wants you to have a great stay in her great city. Viva Tel Aviva!

The apartment is huge – each of us had our own bathroom and shower, and there was a large, fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room. The facilities in the complex are really nice. We enjoyed the indoor pool, though the outdoor pool was a bit cold, and we also took a lovely walk along the promenade. Lionel is an amazing host – caring, thoughtful, and responsive to every question or request we had. He truly went above and beyond our expectations! Would you like a shorter version or something more casual?

This was my second stay in this apartment. It’s lovely and peaceful and extremely well-located. Quick and easy access to restaurants, shops, Rothschild Boulevard, Tayelet and beaches, Carmel Market, etc. Perfect for someone visiting for a week or two. I’ve stayed there in both summer and winter and it suited me very well. The owner, Moshe, is a nice man, and accommodating.
