Apartment holiday rentals in Ascot

We stayed at Ben’s place for a week. We were greeted with a welcome basket with tasty treats from James Street Bakery, pretzel chips, and Pellegrino water. The unit is clean and cozy, with a lovely outdoor space for eating and lounging. The laundry area is tucked away in the outdoor space, and the glass sliding door does a great job of blocking sounds while doing laundry. There are also Aesop products in the bathroom. The WiFi speed was great, no issues working remotely. The kitchen has a Zip tab, instant filtered Hot/Cold water, a Nespresso machine with a milk steamer, and glass snap containers for food storage. The unit is in a quiet part of town. Supermarket is a short walk away, and cute bars and restaurants are 3-5 minutes away. 2 bus lines and ferry access made getting around on public transport easy. Ben’s communication and response time were excellent. He made accommodations for us to arrive early and check out late due to our last-minute canceled flight.

This apartment is absolutely perfect. Beyond the excellent facilities and fair price, the hostess's kindness and communication are exceptional, they truly make all the difference!

Tye's place is in the perfect spot to attend events at the showgrounds, we were a 3 minute walk to gate 5 which was wonderful for our 4 day visit to the Caravan & Camping show. This is also a fantastic spot to attend the RBWH for appointments or visiting family & friends as the walk to the main entrance is less than 5 mins. There is a great cafe if you turn left out of the reception entrance & turn left again. Also a fantastic Vietnamese cafe if you head out of the other entrance & turn right. IGA is 850m away & if you want a bit of a walk to Woolworths it is about 1.1km. Also a gorgeous park across the road to picnic in too. In other words this is a great central location to stay in. Being in the heart of the city, it is not quiet, when the balcony doors are open you can hear traffic, when the doors are shut the soundproofing is great, you will hear sirens going in & out of the hospital, however this is city life & to be expected. A few small issues were addressed promptly.

The host is very responsive to rectify the issue when there is no hanger in the wardrobe. The apartment is very nice, clean and cosy. It has a clear view of the Brisbane river, and receive plenty of natural lights into the unit. We enjoy the stay!!

We had a wonderful stay - spacious, clean, and exactly as described. The location is perfect, just behind James Street with great shops, cafes and restaurants. Freda and her team were fantastic to deal with, and Rob the Building Manager was incredibly helpful with check-in and local tips. Would definitely stay again!

Great location within walking distance to the train station. Clean and tidy with all the amenities required for a longer stay. Easy to get to the city and show grounds. Would recommend.

Enjoyable stay in the Valley. Great views back over the CBD from the balcony. So close to a wide range of restaurants on James St and walkable to the river and city. Car park an added bonus. Fitted the requirements of our stay perfectly.

This was my third time staying here and I loved it! Beautiful place and is always pristine and tidy. Everything you need for your stay and always responsive to any questions you may have. They were very helpful with an early check in which I really appreciated. 10/10 recommend staying here and I’ll definitely be back!

Kristy's place had everything we needed for a short stay and the bed was extremely comfortable. The apartment is a short walk to the Fortitude Valley station and from there the city is only one stop away. Despite being close to Fortitude Valley, the street was very quiet. We would highly recommend staying here.

Carolina was a delight to deal with, I was very comfortable with my stay and it was exactly what I needed. So happy the shops were so close because I forgot a few things it would've been a disaster for my ball I was attending. Would stay again for sure!

We would have stayed longer if the place was available. We stayed for 1 week and it was well worth what we paid for. The place was homely, clean and spacious. We were able to cook our own meals with the fully equipped kitchen. The location is perfect, you have the train station across the road and you’re behind the town centre so everything is accessible via walk; restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries. But importantly, it’s still quiet and private despite it being so close to everything. Adam was a great host, very friendly and his communication was excellent. We had trouble with the vacuum and he came through and helped us with it. We will absolutely stay again when we visit family in Cleveland. Thanks Adam! Highly recommend.

Nicole’s place was one of the best, if not the best Airbnb I have stayed in. She left very clear instructions for check in, the place was clean and the bed was comfy. We really appreciated having a washer, dryer and clothes drying rack. The views from the apartment were great and it was very close to everything you’d want to do. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was stocked with everything you’d want and even had sauces in the fridge and water. We really appreciated everything Nicole’s place had to offer!

Wonderful view from 30 stories up! Good location near the river walk with plenty of food options. The apartment had everything I needed. The HVAC was effective. Mark was prompt and friendly. I’d stay there again.

We loved our lengthy stay at Andy’s apartment. Very clean, well set up, excellent location, close to everything Brisbane can offer and the inclusion of a parking spot was fantastic. We intended to stay for 4 weeks but extended twice because it was so perfect. Extremely comfortable and a perfect home away from home.

Gorgeous and clean room, lots of kitchen stuff. Convenient to cook and has a dishwasher too. Washing clothes also good, and kindness host. We were very happy to stay here and had a wonderful time with this house. If next time we travel again, I wanna stay too:) Thanks you for everything

I recommend staying here, the view is amazing from the apartment and it has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The bathroom is modern and the bed was comfy. Flasta was a great host, very accommodating and willing to help facilitate an early check in for us! The car parking is also convenient, although the location is great you dont need a car, a short walk to the busway and walkable to Southbank parklands! I would stay here again
