We were very happy in the house and felt incredibly comfortable. Everything was perfect, nothing was missing. The house has a great feel-good atmosphere and a wonderful terrace, it is beautifully located and we had a great view of the mountains on the other side of the lake. You live off the streets in a cul-de-sac. That is, there is no car traffic. It's just quiet and still. We enjoyed it. We will be happy to come back.

highly recommend. Great home had everything we needed. Just 40 mins from Geneva and 15 mins from some beautiful places to visit. An hour from Annecy which is just stunning. Would definitely visit again.

The apartment was exquisite. There are stairs to the entrance which is difficult for some dogs (an iron grid). In the apartment there is everything you could need. Recommended is the Golf du Rochat for the golfers. All in all an excellent stay.

We spent a few days at Guillaume's and everything went well. The accommodation was very clean and everything is thought of for a pleasant stay. The apartment is small but very well optimized, the view is beautiful and the departure and arrival instructions are clear. I recommend this accommodation for a good time in Les Rousses. We had a great stay at Corinne and Pierre-Philippe's. The accommodation is great, we enjoyed the jacuzzi and the view. We had very good advice on activities to do and restaurants. The young Vaïa is adorable, the center of attention. We'll be happy to go back!

The apartment was great. Covenient location and beautifully furnished Totally worth the cost. We would only suggest to put some rubber strips or a matt inside the bathtub. Its easy to trip. I highly reccomend this place. Very nice and kind host

This place was beautiful and nestled amongst a wonderful farm! We loved the Alpacas, Goats, and Cows and were particularly overjoyed at the fresh eggs to buy from the farm as well as wine! The room is spacious and clean with all the listed amenities. The view of the Lake was wonderful! The bed was big and comfortable. The parking was also easy and on site. The only watchouts to note are that it is a farm so little bugs may find their way into the unit but to no big alarm, it’s the countryside! On hot days, you can open the door and window which have screens on them to let fresh air in.

Very responsive host (Small problem dealt with almost instantly!) with good communication. Clear instructions to get in. Central location that was also quiet . Easy to walk to local restaurants ( good recommendations from host) even with my crutch ( notes there is 2 flights of steps to flat) Immaculately clean & well presented studio flat. We didn’t do any cooking but simple hot plate & microwave, fridge & Nespresso coffee machine. Hot shower.

Christophe is very accessible, responds very quickly. Arrival in autonomy, which is perfect when you are on the go! Clean accommodation, terrace with exceptional lake view, quiet, direct access to the lake path and beaches via private stairs. Well located (restaurants, supermarket within 3 min walk!)

We had a great week of vacation in Hélène's property. She gave us a very warm welcome. Her apartment has a very pleasant view of the lake and its garden. A terrace allows us to enjoy extraordinary calm and sunset. His apartment is very functional, very tidy, clean, and offers coolness on warmer days. The village of Clairvaux is very cute, and is quickly accessible. We are within a 30-minute drive to visit waterfalls, lakes, and gazebos... We thank Hélène for hosting us and for her kindness.

We had a wonderful stay at Ivanka's condo. We were looking for something serene and peaceful, and we found exactly that! You have an amazing view of the lake and surrounding mountains, and the huge balcony allows for a total submersion into the surrounding nature. I particularly enjoyed the hanging chair on the balcony. We also really appreciated that we had everything we needed; we did not have to want for anything. The space was spacious, comfortable, and well-stocked. Ivanka was also extremely responsive, always under 10 minutes, and this was so lovely. She gave excellent suggestions and made the check-in and check-out process seamless. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Ivanka!

Thierry’s place was amazing! Everything was very well prepared and Thierry was very quick to respond to any questions that came up. We had a little trouble finding the place and Thierry came and met us and showed us where to go. Thierry was a fantastic host! The view from the house is so beautiful! Pictures don’t quite capture it. Kitchen was well equipped and showers had great water pressure. The place does not have A/C (which we were aware of) but even with the fans it was still quite warm due to the hot summer temperatures we had during our stay. This is not a complaint, just something to be aware of. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for your hospitality Thierry!

A very nice apartment. Check-in and check-out well organized. Great location. We liked it a lot. The street is very busy, so we had to keep the windows closed at night. The windows are well insulated, but you could still easily hear the traffic. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed on the beach, but we were able to lie down next to the water.

The apartment is very well located to enjoy the area in spring. Anne Laure and her mother were very welcoming.
