Holiday rentals with lake access in Arusha Urban

A beautiful house with a beautiful garden, in a quiet village. Half an hour walk to Tengeru/the main road. Nice communication with Maria ( thanks for the flexibility when our son was sick). And a very friendly gardener.

Very lovely place to stay. Quiet, secure with lovely farm land surrounding the house. Immaculate was a great host, she offered to do a cooking class which we took and it was superb. Amazing food. Kind host. Good location

Clean and orderly little home with private room and bath. The kitchen has full size refrigerator, range, many electric appliances and plenty of storage space if you opt to do your own cooking. Fully furnished with stylish couch and comfortable chair, dinning table and chairs. Quiet, private, very secure in an area that has good walking paths and little traffic. Well maintained premises with plenty of plants and flowers. Stunning views of Mount Meru and, on a clear day, Mount Kilimanjaro. Free breakfast of fruit, juice, and toast. Sumptuous fresh lunch and dinner optional at a reasonable fee. I didn't want to shop for groceries or cook so I opted for the full package. The host can arrange airport pickup and a car and driver is available to take you where you want to go, with a contribution toward gas. Only a short walk to Lake Duluti with its hiking paths and canoes, and to the famous Arusha Serena Hotel, Resort & Spa. If you're into shopping, getting there takes you directly through the huge Tengeru Women's Market. It's big and bustling, just like those pictures in Nat Geo. Loved staying there, and wish I had more time, but I will return for sure.

I had a fantastic stay! Detailed and quick responses from both Nancy and Jacob that made booking/check in easy. The caretaker was incredibly attentive and made us feel right at home. The home was spaceous, comfortable and very safe. Plus, having parking available was a huge bonus.

The place is really nice,the only issue is the road to get there...it's quite hectic,also Note there's no TV. But very strong WIFI. I totally recommend the place. Great Host.

It is located in a serene environment, away from the city. Very clean and the owner is friendly.

Olais place is a quaint home in a peaceful surrounding and looks exactly as depicted. It's located 10-15 minute drive to Arusha town so its away from most amenities but you can always grab the necessities at the local shops. Olais went ahead and provided any toiletries including toothbrushes and some soft drinks in the fridge chilled and ready to drink when we checked in. There's a note with local boda boda guy contacts and a restaurant contact that serves delicious meals. There's a manager on site who assists with anything. Security is tight and you can get in safely at anytime. The space is equipped for business as well with a work desk and good Wifi. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet stay away from all the buzz and value for money. I would definitely come back.
