Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Arusha Urban

My partner and I enjoyed Careen’s place. It was exactly as photographed. Ayoub the house manager assisted us well and was mostly available when needed. Nevertheless, it was a pleasant and quiet stay.

The hosts were really amazing and went out of their way to make our stay in Kijivu 1 in Njiro pleasant. They let us check in early and check out late- helped with a driver, were very responsive, etc. overall a great place to stay- we were there a month and were quite comfortable. The house is in a fairly busy area which makes it easy to walk to supermarket and some restaurants but it’s also a bit noisy at night on some weekends. We did get used to this as time went on. We will return!!!

Jessica is remarkably helpful and responsive. She made our stay very comfortable as she provided very good suggestions on places to visit. The place is spotless, peaceful, warm and homely. I would recommend it to anyone planning to visit Arusha. Good job, Jessica

Rose's place is just beautiful. It is a big mansion kept very clean. All the needed amenities are present. AC and WiFi work great. Bariki is super helpful and is willing to help with any thing needed. Reading other past reviews we were bit scared about the surroundings. However it turned out that the neighborhood is reasonably safe though bit run down. I went for a walk around the neighborhood to get some vegetables and get a haircut ($1 with tips!) and no one bothered me. School kids routinely want to say hello and want to strike a conversation. High recommend overall.

Beautiful, private, secure and stylish. We really enjoyed our time at the “Dream house”.

Jackson is a great and very friendly host. The house looks exactly as shown on the app. He went out of his way to ensure that we felt at home.

Belinda et moi nous sommes ravis d'avoir séjourné dans le City Loft de Gidibo et Winnie tout est fonctionnel,la cuisine est bien équipée nous avons pu cuisiner des aliments achetés dans les commerces locaux et sur le marché c'est extraordinaire toutes ces femmes qui viennent vendre leurs légumes et fruits au marché. Les résidents sont très accueillants. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci a Risiki pour ses disponibilités.

The place was comfort, secure, and we'll located. Lots of space. The internet was not ideal for video calls but that is standard for Arusha. That is not the hosts fault. Would recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was impeccably clean, making it feel fresh and inviting from the moment I walked in. The cosy atmosphere and stylish decor truly made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—conveniently situated close to local attractions and amenities, which made it easy to explore the area. My host Julius's communication was a highlight. He was very helpful, responsive, and an excellent communicator, ensuring that everything went smoothly and addressing any questions I had right away. The high-speed internet was a huge plus, making it simple to stay connected and work comfortably during my stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

Super great stay, Mazo is a lovely accommodating host went above and beyond for me! Only thing is they cleaners do come and there was not a place to lock my things up and some of my items were moved around, which was a bit uncomfortable but still thankful for the cleaners regardless!

Lucky-Belinda was the perfect hostess!! The space she rents is a standalone house connected to her own home. Every time I needed something, she was ready to respond and help - she even took me for a tour around the neighborhood! There are many small shops nearby and a few local bars, but they’re far enough away that noise isn’t an issue. The compound where Lucky’s house is located is lovely, with a beautiful garden. The hostess is very friendly, the house is spotless, and it has everything you need for a pleasant stay. I’ll definitely rent her place again when I’m back in Arusha!

This has to be my favorite spot to stay in Arusha. I would recommend it. The night campfire was amazing. I’m definitely coming back 2025.

The place is conveniently located with access to almost every restaurant and grocery stores. We were welcomed warmly by the host and got quite a homely feel from the place as everything was spotless. Would highly recommend to all travelers who are new to the town.

Savana’s place was beyond my expectations in terms of comfort but also style. Henceforth, if it is free, I’d like to use her beautiful place to stay whenever I am I Arusha.

Derrick was always there whatever time of day or night to help with any requests I had. He ensured that I got there perfectly by communicating not only with me but even my driver and also was very flexible in the timings as I was arriving early morning or late at night during my trip. The place is beautiful and he has great plans to add more experiences in the location too. He was very communicative and gave a lot of insight about Arusha. Arusha is his home and you can tell how much passion he has for the place. He also gave a lot of recommendations on where to visit and also offered to take me around. It was a very good experience and I'm thankful to the host.

Its a gem of a place to stay in Arusha. Stayed for more than a month with our kid. Kelvin and his brother Julius are extremely friendly, always helpful and ensure a comfortable stay. They also helped to arrange a car, house help within a day. A spacious, well furnished house with amazing views of mount Meru in the backdrop. Will be staying here whenever we come to Arusha again !

We had a wonderful 3-night stay and can recommend Westwood without hesitation. The apartment is newly renovated, extremely well cleaned and maintained, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment is within walking distance of several downtown attractions and a short and affordable cab ride to other locations. We wanted to try an Airbnb to avoid having to get multiple hotel rooms and Westwood was perfect. It was very spacious and extremely comfortable. We strongly recommend this to all travelers, especially those who plan an extended stay in Arusha. It’s a wonderful value!!

I enjoyed my stay at Anna's place. Her son Albert and the caretaker of the property were very helpful in helping us get to where we needed to be and for the assistance with the WiFi when we needed it. Everyone I interacted with was very generous. Location-wise, it isn't walkable to the main city area but is just a short bus ride or taxi to get there.

My wife enjoyed staying at this property, and she felt immediately at home. Micael is a very good and kind host. He gave very helpful suggestions, and overall she had a very good experience staying with Micael. The property was very convenient as she was attending a work meeting at the Arusha International Conference Centre.

This place is a quiet and safe place. we felt relaxed and at home here. everything is close by. it's only 15 minutes to Arusha town centre and there is plenty of public transport. Hatibu is a great host and will help with anything he can. Thanks Hatibu/ Kaka we will be back. Robb and Sharifa
