Beach apartment holiday rentals in Aruba

The beautiful home is bright, spacious, comfortable and just steps away from spectacular Eagle beach. We enjoyed family meals together at the large dining table while taking in the ocean views and the balcony and family room were perfect spots to relax. The condo grounds are very pretty and the kids had fun in the pool, at the playground and tennis courts. We used the backpack beach chairs, beach toys and water noodles daily which made our beach time comfortable and fun. Co-hosts Ivan and Migdalia were wonderful and very helpful. The home and location is outstanding with wonderful restaurants nearby and a stunning beach out front that we so enjoyed swimming in daily!

We had an unforgettable time in Aruba, and a huge part of that was thanks to where we stayed. Daniela’s property was absolutely amazing—just as described, if not better. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Getting around was easy, too—the local bus stop is conveniently right across the street. We were able to explore the island effortlessly. Daniela was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, even accommodating our last-minute request to extend an extra night. We highly recommend staying here. The condo was about a two minute walk from the main massive pool, and about a eight minute walk to the beach. However, from 7 AM till about 3 AM they have golf carts running all around the resort, and some that will even run all the way down the beach to the casino. The drivers and the rest of the staff at the resort were just the friendliest people you’ve ever met. Even though this particular standalone Divi resort was huge, it felt like the resort wasn’t just the immediate facilities, but a big chunk of the area. The restaurants were great, the beach was really chill and beautiful. The condo was very spacious too.

Our stay was amazing! The apartment has breathtaking ocean views from both the living room and the two bedrooms. It’s fully equipped with a dishwasher, washer, and dryer, which made everything super convenient. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away. Marielvia was always attentive and her responses were incredibly fast. Highly recommended!

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at RJ’s place. it was cozy and comfortable and we felt right at home. a very clean and modern space with an excellent view from the balcony and many amenities. great location next to eagle beach. there was easy access to supermarkets and a lot of shopping and restaurants in palm beach. our host was very easy to reach and always with quick response. we highly recommend staying here when in Aruba!

Excellent property across from eagle beach. Kids loved the pool which has a lot of shaded seating areas. Unit is spacious and very clean. A few things that were in unit which I didn’t see in other reviews: salt, pepper, coffee, ice, shampoo, bar soap and hand soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, beach chairs, beach toys, paper towels, trash bags, first aid kit hair dryer, small floaties for pool, cleaning products, small beach umbrellas, reusable bags for shopping (important in Aruba). Very well stocked. You will need to get your own conditioner and dish soap. Towels were plentiful. Great stay here!!

Aischel was super easy helping us with transfers to/from airport. Greeted us at condo complex, super friendly. Explained everything we needed to know. Unit was clean, conveniently located with a view of pool and a perfect view of our favorite Eagle Beach! Would definitely recommend . Pictures are accurate.

Niloufar's place was a perfect home base for our week in Aruba. Located within 30ish mins walking distance from all the bars and restaurants in Palm Beach. The apartment was spotless on arrival and very easy to locate and access. Niloufar is also very quick to respond with any questions and/or recommendations. No question, we would 100% visit again! Thank you Niloufar for being such an amazing host!

We loved our stay! Our family of 6 really appreciated the well-stocked kitchen with spices, the covered eating area outside beside the pool, the great air conditioning, and especially the 6 beach chairs, towels and cooler! We were so glad we choose to stay here for our first trip to Aruba. We recommend renting a car so you can enjoy all of the beaches around the island. Mr. Joshua answered all of our questions and offered great information to help us enjoy our stay. This area of the island is especially beautiful and not overwhelmed with tourists. Check out Sasariwhichi Dunes, Tres Trapi, Mangel Halto which were some of our favorite spots. The wide open beaches at Eagle Beach were also a sight to see, but the area was a bit too touristy for us. Thank you for an amazing home base for our Aruba vacation!

This AirBnB was just as described and more. Great location, the condo is just like the pics, gated, safe, private pool, and more! I can’t say enough about the hosts! They were the best we’ve ever had. Super responsive, friendly, proactive, and just great people. We will stay with them again when we return to Aruba!! Walking distance to everything; beach, restaurants, bars, shops, entertainment..Book it!

I can't say enough great things about the Bocobay team! They are hands down the best experience we have had with any booking with Airbnb and even better than Hotels we have stayed at. They are very helpful and responsive to any questions that we had about the unit we rented as well as any questions about the area. They are very friendly and are willing to go above and beyond for what their guests may need. The unit we rented was exactly as described without any surprises. It had everything we could need during our stay and the location was perfect. We stayed in #623 and it was just a quick walk to get across the street and to the heart of the Palm Beach area. Literally less than a 5 min walk and just a few more mins walk to the beach. Plus, just a short drive to get over to Tres Trapi, Boca Catalina and Arashi beaches and about the same distance in the other direction to get over to Eagle Beach. Such a good location. We will definitely stay with them again on our next visit! :)

Kelvin é um anfitrião excelente. Sempre que precisava de alguma coisa ele sempre me atendeu com educação, com boa vontade, com gentileza. Tive uma boa comunicação com ele. Me respondia sempre que eu solicitava algo. Perguntei se tinha mais um cooler na hospedagem, ele fez questão de comprar outro e me entregou na hospedagem. if you've been scrolling through Airbnb options and trying to weigh the pros and cons of staying at a hotel compared to an Airbnb, look no further. This home away from home is central to everything. The host was thorough and a pleasure to communicate with every step of the way, making our stay as perfect as can be. When we come back to Aruba, this will be the only place we stay.

We had a great week for our group of 4 people. We were able to get a palapa every morning on the beach. You can walk to a few restaurants at Eagle beach or drive to others on the island . Kevin was very responsive with any questions. The place was very clean. I would stay here again

I would definitely stay again. The condo looks like the pictures. The area is close to a lot of things. The gate is into the complex and not a drive through gate, so you feel very safe. We rented a car but could have moved around with local transportation or taxi. Most of the excursions we took offered pickup so a car was really not necessary. The kitchen is equipped, the washer and dryer was a great asset and the air conditioning works like magic after coming in from the heat. The pool was beautiful and clean. There is a spa with jets but it’s not heated. Also plenty of bath items with great shower gel. Beach towels are useful. We washed clothes everyday so you can bring a minimal supply and we used the same swim suit each day after washing them in the evening. The staff on the premises were nice and helpful. Spanish is their first language but with a translator they will help you if you don’t Spanish. Condo on 2nd floor and you’ll have to carry your luggage up stairs. No elevator.

We had an amazing stay at the Oceania Residence airbnb! The 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo was absolutely perfect—spacious, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we could need for the beach .They provided beach chairs, snorkeling gear, rafts, and more, making our beach days even better. The location is unbeatable—Eagle Beach is literally right across the street, and the pool area is gorgeous and well-kept. One of the highlights was the private rooftop space, complete with a hot tub—such a great spot to relax in the evenings! This is an ideal place for three couples or a family. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommend!

Location is perfect! Place is clean, good layout, has beach chairs, cooler and coffee…what more do you need? Happy there was a bar in the lobby! Pool has plenty of sun or shade spots. Hot tub was perfect temp. Communication was quick and clear! Great spot for a family of 4 or 4 friends!!

Spent a week here and it was everything we hoped it would be. The unit was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped with everything that our family of 4 needed for the week. In fact, it was even nicer than the pictures. We loved being able to walk out directly to the pool and appreciated all of the beach chairs and towels, plus cooler. Location was great with a good number of restaurants within a short walk, and easy to drive to other parts of the island. We would definitely stay here again!
