Cycladic house holiday rentals in Artemonas

séjour agréable dans un endroit charmant, nous avons pu arriver plus tôt que prévu et les instructions étaient très claires : merci pour ce moment !

Odigitria was great, she responded promptly to our queries and was so helpful in arranging our transfers from and to the port, fantastic as there is only one taxi on the island and when we were there the only bus had broken down! She had also thought of everything you might need, 2 big bottles of water in the fridge ( which was on!) when we arrived, plenty of toilet rolls! a kettle and anti mosquito coils and matches! plus plug in mosquito repellent and tablets! Everything was spotless,the towels fluffy. the aircon was a real lifesaver as was the very effective free standing fan. OK the stairs to the bathroom were steep but there was an excellent handrail to hang onto, so not a problem. The terrace was fab, a great large space to sit in with lovely views. The plants were lovely and very pretty. Finally the house was in a great position,quiet but a just a few minutes walk to the supermarket and tavernas and a short 15 to 20 mins walk to the port. Maro's home is true to its name, an authentic Sifnian home in the peaceful town of Artemonas. Maro was easy to reach, and kindly organised a taxi to pick us up from the port and provided advice on ferries. Check in was v straightforward. A short walk into Artemonas takes you to some lovely restaurants and bakeries, and you can also walk further into the main island town of Apollonia for more life. The buses are great to see the other villages and to get to the beach, though in the shoulder season the schedule is more limited. The house is cool and comfortable with lots of interesting decorations/artefacts. We cooked at home without trouble, and made good use of the outdoor shower as the bathroom inside is quite small and poorly ventilated [it perhaps dries out quicker in the peak summer heat!]. We enjoyed the terrace but would say the steps up are a bit tricky and definitely not for the unsteady. Overall, it was easy to feel at home. We loved our week in Sifnos and would come back :)

We loved the place, so cozy and comfortable, the balcony and view is to die for. Paul and Evagelia were extremely accommodating and generous with their time, even giving us a ride from the port. All around a wonderful experience

We had an amazing stay. This is a really beautiful apartment with wonderful hosts. The views are stunning and the apartment is ideal for couples wanting a peaceful retreat. Thanks to Dimitris and Elpida for making everything easy for us. Highly recommend!

Margarita was absolutely lovely. She communicated quickly and clearly before our stay. A taxi was booked from the port to Vathi and she and her hubby were there to meet and get luggage to the property. Lots of treats... Wine, cake, fruity yoghurt cheese, bread and ham, delicious olive oil. Property just as described, we loved it. Very well maintained and looked after. Vathi ... Quiet and beautiful beach location with a handful of small restaurants and a useful mini mart with plenty of fresh items. Great walking and swimming, fabulous footpath system. I can wholeheartedly recommend

This place is stunning - incredible private and secluded location for complete peace and tranquility. We slept very heavily. The apartment itself is better than the photos (the view is phenomenal), with lots of space and nicely decorated. It is filled with beautiful high quality antique furniture. Kitchen is extremely well equipped, and has everything you need. We wanted to move in permanently! The listing is for the top floor of a compound of accommodation - there is a second annex underneath and a third round the corner; with the host living on site too in the main house. Each one is very private though with its own terrace so we wouldn’t have an issue if other people had been staying there at the same time. Eleni was a great host who made check in easy, was very responsive via text, and lives next door to the apartment so is often around. She was also very helpful when we accidentally got off at the wrong island and helped us get back on track - much appreciated!!!

What a STUNNER!! Villa Katavati was an amazing place to spend a dreamy week in the Cyclades for our group. Every room was well-appointed and very comfortable, there is lots of outdoor space for all to enjoy, the kitchen was well-supplied for food preparation and serving, and the pool was a welcome respite from the heat. Plus, Sifnos is amazing! We spent half the time exploring the island's many great restaurants and beaches, and the other half at the villa. Konstantinos was a wonderful host and I'd come back here in a heartbeat if I had the chance.

A beautiful quiet and secluded apartment with great facilities including a spa and shared pool. A 10 minute walk into the bars and restaurants in town. Danni was a great host and provided all the assistance we needed including renting a car - which you will definitely need if you want to explore the island.

Το σπίτι της κ. Φωτεινής ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Πεντακάθαρος και ζεστος χώρος με πολλές παροχές. Η θέα από το μπαλκόνι αλλά και από την ταράτσα μοναδική!! Θα το προτείναμε σίγουρα!!!

Je recommande ce logement. Nous étions 2 familles donc les 2 maisons et la partie commune sont idéales pour être ensemble et au calme de temps en temps. La location est très bien équipée, aussi bien la cuisine que les jeux de plage. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire et la personne sur place pour l’accueil. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

We had a really lovely stay. David and the local contact were extremely accessible and helpful. The house was excellent. Lovely views of Kastro below. Very well equipped for cooking and eating outside. Small but lovely pool with stunning view. Great local walks, great restaurants and Taverna’s. Whole family loved it. Would definitely come again.

Staying here was so special, magical, really was out of this world. Takis and team were fantastic, warm, kind and professional. Outstanding place, completely faultless. Thank you so much Takis and team, from all of us.

One of the best accomodation experiences I ever had!! The host was super nice, very friendly and eager to make us feel like home, give recommendations for the area and fulfill our requests. He warmly welcomed us and he had prepared a whole dossier with tips for our stay, restaurants and beach suggestions etc. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was quiet and very close to the port. The kitchen was huge and fully equipped. We really loved the place! Only problem was that although the bathroom was quite big, the shower was tiny and we could barely move in it. Otherwise we were fully pleased with our stay and we would definitely recommend choosing this apartment.

Outstanding room on a beautiful beach with nearby restaurants and coffee shops. Moschoula is an amazing hostess! She kept bringing us fresh baked treats!

Probably one of the most unique places I’ve ever stayed. Serifos Lemon is high on the hillside and tho location and atmosphere is really something else and an insight into the traditional way of living. Nikos was ready for me, allowed me to check in early and personally guided me to the house and assisted with my bag. A truly friendly and generous host. Highly recommend this place for a unique stay in Serifos.
