Holiday rentals with beach access in Artemida

We had a night between our stay in Mykonos and return to Paris. Rather than venture back into Athens, we decided to stay closer to the airport and spend the afternoon at the beach. The apartment was pristine! Sooo clean and well laid out. Thidoris was very responsive and typically answered my questions within minutes. Great stay and great host!

appartement moderne, bien équipé et très pratique pour une petite famille. Beaucoup d'attentions pratiques comme du savon pour la machine à laver le linge et la vaisselle, boissons dans le frigo! Bel espace extérieur ! Nous y reviendrons si l'occasion se donne de passer par Athènes !

We enjoyed our stay at Manos’s place! Manos arranged to picked us up at the port when our ferry arrived, and he was super kind and flexible when our ferry got delayed 1.5h. The location is no more than 15 minutes from the airport which was really convenient. There was a bakery/coffee shop about a 15 minutes walk from the residence, and we had some delicious pork gyros delivered to the place! Manos also picked us up from the Airbnb and took us to the airport the next morning which was so convenient. He was really friendly! All around we enjoyed our short stay!

Excellent experience & amazing view and peaceful area. The host was very friendly, communication was very good and they were very understanding as I had my bridal preparation there. Definitely recommended!

We stayed one night at Dion’s place in between our arrival in Athens and our trip to the islands via ferry. The place was perfect! We were able to decompress after our long flight and also see some of the local sites and restaurants before we left for the islands. The space was clean and comfortable and we will look to stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

Τα 5 αστέρια είναι λίγα. Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα. Ο Λουκάς είναι εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης. Το κατάλυμα είναι πεντακάθαρο σε όλους τους χώρους εσωτερικά και εξωτερικά. Ιδιωτικοτητα εξασφαλισμενη Ήσυχο σημείο και εύκολη πρόσβαση. Πολύ κοντά σε εστιατόρια σούπερ μάρκετ παραλία. Περάσαμε τέλεια και σίγουρα θα είναι η πρώτη επιλογή για ανάλογη εξόρμηση. Το καταλλυμα είναι τέλειο δεν λείπει τίποτα! Ευχαριστούμε Λουκά!

Το κατάλυμα ήταν ακριβώς αυτό που περιμέναμε, καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο διαμέρισμα, όμορφος κήπος όπου απολαύσαμε τον καφέ μας , ήσυχη γειτονιά. Είχαμε σαφείς οδηγίες μέσω μηνυμάτων και εύκολη πρόσβαση εισόδου. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ.

Dimitris is an incredibly helpful host. Although we only stayed one night we had lots of questions because I did not realize that there was more than one port and ours, Piraeus, was about an hour's drive away. He went out of his way to check ferry schedules and be available for our late check in. The apartment is just as represented, very clean, comfy beds, and lots of hot water. Getting. Taxi to the airport was quick & easy as was the drive.

To był niesamowity pobyt. Timos jest jednym z najlepszych gospodarzy u jakich miałem szansę nocować. Wszystko było perfekcyjnie. Wzorowy kontakt, mieszkanie było idealnie czyste, masa pięknych i funkcjonalnych dodatków ( jak np kapcie hotelowe, czy kosmetyki pod prysznic). Kilka minut spaceru do promenady, plaży i lokalnych (pysznych) restauracji. Zostaliśmy przywitani jak rodzina a nie jak klienci i tak czuliśmy się przez cały pobyt :) Bardzo polecam!

Wonderful experience! The home was beautiful and just as described. The location was perfect for relaxation, near great restaurants and very convenient for getting to the airport for our flight home. It was the perfect end to our vacation in Greece! The host was very friendly and communicated with us promptly. She even recommended a few restaurants that were close by and were great!!! We highly recommended this home and host to anyone.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Chris. Le logement est bien situé et bien aménagé. La terrasse et le jacuzzi sont un vrai plus. Chris a été disponible et réactif a nos demandes. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Ολα ήταν πολύ προσεγμένα και καθαρά είναι αυτό ακριβώς που δείχνουν οι φωτογραφίες και η περιγραφή. Ιδιαίτερη φροντίδα δώσανε και για τη σκυλίτσα μας έχοντας τοποθετήσει μπολάκια για νερό και τροφή. Οτι μπορεί να χρειαστείτε διαθέτεται και η αυλη είναι πολύ καλά περιφραγμένη δίνοντας μια ιδιωτικότητα. Ο οικοδεσπότης μας πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε απαντώντας άμεσα. Τέλος η καθαριότητα του χώρου ήταν άψογη και λεπτομερή.

It was a wonderful stay in the apartment right at the shores. The apartment was exactly as described. For us it was perfect as a family with two kids. Direct access to the shallow waterfront, hardly any traffic in front of the premises, closed area , and very close to a lovely small marina with cafes and restaurants. We just loved staying here.

Het uitzicht is geweldig. Je stapt de deur uit en loopt zo het strand op. De kamer is prima. Er is een lift naar de 3e verdieping waar het appartement is. Een ruim balkon en een prima badkamer. Het is gezellig ingericht en er is een koelkast. In de kast liggen allerlei extra dingen zoals een föhn en verbanddoos. De omgeving ziet er wel wat vervallen uit. Je hebt een auto nodig om iets te kunnen gaan zien van de omgeving. Het centrum van Athene ligt op een uur rijden met een Uber. We hebben Eleni ontmoet en ze is zeer gastvrij en reageert snel op berichten. Wij raden deze Airbnb zeker aan.

The place was clean and Panos was very responsive with clear instructions on how to access the place. It was perfect for our one night stay in Athens, and its even better in person than the photos. Air-conditioning and an elevator were a plus as well. You are in the middle of a city so bring earplugs and an eye mask if you like it dark at night (blackout curtains only go halfway on the windows), but overall this is a great Airbnb for Athens.

Good experience, the place is as pictured. Rooftop is a great place to spend some time. We used this as a 'close to airport' instead of a longer drive from Nafplio. As such we didn't explore the area - seems largely residential, but quite a few restaurants are within walking distance.

Great little place where you can easily enjoy the beach and the local life. As well, very good resyaurants. Perfect for last night (s) before flying out of Athens.

Perfect location for the beach! The buses and tram for Athens center and Airport shuttle X96 are in walking distance. Alimos is very chill place where you can find local cafes and restaurants with normal prices. The apartment looks like the pics and has everything for a stay. Thank you Stavros!

Kostas is a great host, friendly and helpful. We had a great time during our stay, an amazing apartment with a great view, and a big balcony for cosy mornings and late nights. Great cosy place, feels like home. In a great location, whether you have your car, there are places to park around, also if you are on foot, the Metro station is nearby to move around. We absolutely loved this spot! Close to cute cafes and beautiful beaches within walking distance. I really loved waking up in the am to the birds and sounds of the sea while having coffee. Thank you!!
