En la planta baja encontramos una habitación doble, salón comedor abierto, con techos altos y bigas de madera, cocina, baño y coladuría. En la 2ª planta 1 sala para relajarse o trabaja, un baño, 2 habitaciones dobles, 1 con vestidor. Consta de un pequeño patio desde el cual se accede por una escalera al solarium. Die Lage der Villa an der Steilküste ist spektakulär und bietet einen sensationellen Blick aufs Meer und in die Bucht von Canyamel. Auf den 3 Ebenen gibt es jeweils große Terrassen, die man je nach Sonnenstand und Wind sehr gut nutzen kann. Sehr angenehm ist die große Loggia mit großem Holztisch. Auch der Essbereich im Haus bietet einen wunderbaren Meerblick. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Haus. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, es wurde Wasser, Orangensaft und Sekt für uns kalt gestellt. Außerdem gab es viele Tipps für die Umgebung und für Restaurants. Was man wissen sollte: wir wurden gefragt zu welchen Zeiten wir normalerweise duschen bzgl. Warmwasser. Wir haben es von der Erklärung her so verstanden, dass es um eine Zirkulationsleitung geht, die nur zu diesen Zeiten läuft, um schneller warmes Wasser bereit zu haben. Allerdings muss man zu den restlichen Tageszeit nicht länger auf warmes Wasser warten, sondern hat garkein warmes Wasser. Wenn man also verschwitzt von einer Wanderung kommt, muss man bis zu den vorher genannten Duschzeiten warten.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche an diesem ganz besonderen Ort! Rolf und Vreni sind so wunderbare Menschen und Gastgeber, ihr großer, weitläufiger Hof mit den freilaufenden Tieren ist für unsere Kinder ein einziges Paradies gewesen! In dem Haus haben wir uns gleich wie Zuhause gefühlt und obwohl mehrere Häuser zum Hof gehören, hat man doch vollkommene Privatsphäre. Die Lage ist perfekt - der Hof selbst vollkommen ruhig und etwas versteckt gelegen, mit Blick ins üppige Grün, dabei ganz nah am bezaubernden Ort Artà mit einem schönen Wochenmarkt und auch zu einer Vielzahl von Buchten ist es nicht weit. Es war ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um den Nord-Osten Mallorcas zu entdecken. Wir können diesen bezaubernden Ort mit seinen bezaubernden Gastgebern nur von Herzen empfehlen!

The house is in a great location. There are two lovely restaurants just on the doorstep, and lots more starting just a few minutes walk on the Career d’Antoni Blanes Joan, where most of the shop and boutiques can also be found. The house is also just a few steps away from Sant Salvador Church and if you have a car it’s also close to public parking, if you have heavy luggage or lots of it, it’s worth dropping that off first. We found the house clean & tidy, nicely decorated and the beds/pillows were very comfortable. The entrance hall is very spacious so lots of room for bags, luggage or bicycles. The little outside space is nice place to sit out but it was a bit chilly/cloudy for us to take advantage of that when we’re there (March time).
