A un paso de la playa, del paseo marítimo y de los mejores atardeceres de Málaga; pero, también, a 10 minutos en bus del centro de la ciudad.

Villa las Terrazas is brand new! It’s blessed with 4 great terraces, heated xl-whirlpool, 3 bedrooms with 3 private bathrooms and a huge indoor terras (roofed terras) for a morning coffee. Theres a large -open- livingroom, seperate toilet downstairs, BBQ area and a private garage for 1 car. Out 15 mins walk to Pedregalejo beach. Restaurants and grocery store at 1 minute walking. The bus to the center of Malaga goes in front of the door and by taxi it's just a 10 minutes drive. Perfect villa!

If you are visiting Ronda, I urge you to book this apartment! It is located in the best area of town with THE BEST VIEW! The apartment is beautifully decorated, the bed was very comfortable, and Daniel was very helpful with providing us a baby cot. Ronda itself is absolutely stunning! We did the walk to under the bridge and I can honestly say the view from the apartment was much better. Seeing all the tourists gather on the platforms to get photos of the bridge while we could stare at it with our morning coffee made this apartment the best money we’d spent on our trip. Don’t hesitate, book this apartment for your visit to Ronda!

Enky hat mich mit einem sehr herzlichen Lächeln empfangen. Ich habe mich in ihrer Wohnung sehr wohl und entspannt gefühlt. Sie hat all meine Fragen offen beantwortet und war sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr praktisch eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer belebten Gegend mit vielen Restaurants, Supermärkten usw. – man findet dort wirklich alles, was man braucht. Der Strand ist nur eine Minute oder sogar noch weniger zu Fuß entfernt – ein perfekter Ort für alle, die gerne Zeit am Meer und an der Promenade verbringen. Die Entfernung zum Stadtzentrum beträgt mit dem Bus – je nach Verkehr – etwa 20 bis 30 Minuten. Wer gerne zu Fuß geht, kann das Zentrum in etwa einer Stunde erreichen. Insgesamt war für mich alles sehr schön und ich war sehr zufrieden.

I say this confidently, I challenge anyone to find a better deal, and find a more accommodating host, because you won't! Timo and his property were absolutely amazing. The location is surreal, you overlook malaga and feel completely tucked away in your own corner of paradise. The villa is truly magnificent, your own private pool, deep and shallow end, a jacuzzi hot tub, 2 outdoor showers, 1 overlooking the view and ocean in the distance. Multiple sunbeds and loungers across the rooftop leave you spoilt for choice of where to soak in the sun. The interior feels premium and the bathroom and king bedroom feel very luxurious. Small additions like the IPad that Timo provides along with a portable Bluetooth speaker, beers in the fridge, a bottle of wine and more are all just extras to this amazing place. You are a 10 minute drive from some incredible restaurants, and are opposite sunview park which has a 1350metre zipline! I cant wait to return. Thabkyou Timo!

Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen, um Málaga zu erkunden. Sie ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und verfügt über alles Notwendige. Mireia ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin, welche immer erreichbar war und noch wertvolle Tips zur Anreise mit Bus und Bahn gegeben hat sowie toller Empfehlungen für Restaurants ausgesprochen hat. Gerne wieder!

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij Yelena en Marcel. We vielen op de foto’s van de buitenruimte maar het was nog mooier dan wat we hoopten! Het uitzicht is geweldig, de tuin goed onderhouden en het huisje heeft een prachtig, schoon zwembad. Het gastenverblijf zelf is niet heel groot maar heeft alles wat je nodig hebt om aangenaam te verblijven. Marcel en Yelena wonen om de hoek en zijn erg gastvrij. Wij verbleven hier 3 nachten maar zouden een volgende keer langer boeken. Alozaina is het dichtstbijzijnde dorp, ongeveer 6 minuten met de auto, waar je boodschappen kunt halen of uit eten kunt.

Very clean, nice and funktional apartment with a view from the balcony to die for. Every small detail was thought of in this apartment. The only thing which could have made it even better, if there would be at least a bottle of water on arrival . I travel in Spain a lot and usually hosts provide water, coffee and even wine. Gordon is a great host . Thank you !
