A Frame with Mountain Views, Walk to National Forest Trails

This modern rustic cabin provides an escape from city life. Hike the nearby trails through the National Forest, a 5-minute walk from our front door. Cozy up with a book on the deck while enjoying the fresh air and bird watching. Inside, the floor-to-ceiling windows and exposed beams frame a long distance view out over the forest - it feels like no one else is around for miles. And if you must work remotely, you can count on fast Wi-Fi (>50mbps). Our cabin is perfect for design minded travelers who want an escape to the woods. There is a bedroom on the main level and a loft upstairs (each has a full size bed). The kitchen is fully equipped (including a Keurig coffee machine stocked with coffee and cider), and all bathroom necessities are included. Media amenities include Apple TV with access to HBO Go, Hulu, and Netflix, as well as a bluetooth speaker to play your own tunes. The entire cabin is available for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. Guests will self check in/out via electronic lock and keypad. My wife and I will always be available by cell phone if you have questions, and we have a lovely neighbor on the mountain who's available to assist on site when needed. We visit the cabin about once a month to unwind from city life ourselves, and we make it available to guests when we aren't around. We fell in love with the place and hope you do too. Halfway between Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear Lake, Arrowbear is a serene hamlet in the mountains. This is a quiet neighborhood, not a tourist trap. You can walk from the cabin to hiking trails, a diner, and a park with playground. A short drive will get you to lake activities, local shops, and restaurants. Very close to Snow Valley Ski Area. Parking is available on site. Personal car is recommended to get around the mountain, although there is a Mountain Transit bus stop near the cabin. If you come up in winter, please be prepared with tire chains and/or four wheel drive, and be sure to check weather conditions before you depart.

Peaceful Cabin 3 Decks, amazing view, EV Charger!

The Cabins bottom level is the in-law suite with private entrance, queen bed, full bath and kitchenette. The top two levels of the cabin consists of two bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room and kitchen. Centrally located 7 miles from the small town of Running Springs and a short 8 minute drive to Snow Valley. The town of Running Springs has many shops, restaurants and a market! Both Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear are only a 20 minute drive away making Arrowbear lake the perfect place to stay.

We stayed at Hazels cozy cabin for a quick weekend getaway in the mountains. The check in and check out process was easy and convenient and the home was even cozier in person. Every detail went unnoticed. It was a perfect getaway for my family, and the kids (toddler and baby) were obsessed with the loft area, bunk beds and various toys. We loved our stay.

We had the most wonderful stay at this cozy cabin in Arrowbear over Memorial Day weekend! From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect. The cabin was clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. We especially loved the quiet, woodsy surroundings. It was the perfect escape from the city. Paul was incredibly kind and responsive, which made our experience even more enjoyable. You can tell a lot of care and love goes into maintaining this place. We’re truly grateful to have had such a relaxing and memorable holiday weekend here. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful cabin with us. We can’t wait to come back next year!

This listing was a great choice to get away. The neighborhood is very quiet and calming. The house itself was spacious with numerous beds to accommodate all my friends. Andi's place was a perfect, cozy getaway. We had a relaxing, quiet time recharging in nature. The cabin is as described and Andi really put a lot of thought into the decor providing yoga mats, lots of books to read around the house, and a vinyl to chillax too. Usually when I book a cabin, I expect some level of dust and general stuffiness and my allergies tend to flare up but I was pleasantly surprised to experience none of that - which suggests they really upkeep with dusting and cleaning. Note that there isn't a ton to do unless you drive to Lake Arrowhead or Big Bear but it fit the exact vibe we were looking for. Local eateries, saturday Farmer's market, hiking trails, peace and quiet. Thank you Andi for opening up her home to us!
