Holiday rentals with a patio in Arkasa

Michelis is a wonderful host, always kind and available for any advice. The house is brand new, very beautiful, clean, comfortable. The area around is nice and green, very close to lovely beaches (Amoopi area) and only 15 minutes by car from Pigadia. There are minimarket and restaurants near the house, but the best one is Maria's (Michaelis's wife)... her grilled sea bass was the best of my life! I hope to go back very soon.

Una casa fantàstica en una zona espectacular, plena de platges solitàries. L'aeroport és molt a prop, cosa que ens va fer dubtar a l'hora d'escollir l'allotjament, però no ens va generar cap molèstia. Els amfitrions van ser molt atents i amables, i ens van fer molt bones suggerències de restaurants i llocs a visitar. Tot meravellós.

Όμορφος χώρος καινούριος και περιποιημένος. Διαθέτει όλες τις βασικές παροχές για κάποιον που θέλει να μείνει μέσα στο σπίτι. Ιδιαίτερα ο χώρος του μπάνιου μας άφησε τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις, πραγματικά υπέροχος. Το σπίτι μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει άνετα 3 άτομα. Τέλος η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ φιλική και απαντούσε αμέσως δημιουργοντας με αυτόν τον τρόπο μια ταχύτατη επικοινωνία ενώ βοήθησε άμεσα σε οτιδήποτε πρόβλημα παρουσιάστηκε. Την ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Die Unterkunft liegt unglaublich schön am Strand von Fokia und hat sogar einen Zugang zu einem kleinen Privatstrand mit unglaublicher Wasserqualität, der über Stufen zugänglich ist. Die nächste Ortschaft mit Restaurants, Supermarkt und weiteren Stränden ist nahezu in Gehweite. Wir kennen Griechenland sehr intensiv - diese Unterkunft hat es in unsere Top 3 geschafft und wird uns lange in Erinnerung bleiben. Wir hatten ein kleines technisches Problem, das aber einfach passieren kann - Alekos & Alexia haben aber ihr Bestes getan, um dies trotz Wochenende zu lösen. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen - wir kommen wieder!

It's a real gem in Karpathos! Certainly, the best choice! Located in a small village far from the city chaos you will feel the authentic Greek culture! Thanks to Vena and her tips, we have spent the week holiday smoothly and easily. She is a real Super Host! The house is excellent as described: spacious, brand new, fully equipped with all amenities and sparkling clean. A big kitchen where you can cook whatever you want, a dining area with an incredible comfy sofa bed and big flat screen one little bathroom. Upstairs a double bed, a cot and a tv screen. Just outside, we find a great patio with table and chairs and a quiet village view, another separated bathroom plus a fantastic outside shower! All you need and more is here! The temperature inside the house is perfect, no need to switch the AC on even during the heatwave. We felt like home! There are not many words to describe how grateful we are with Vena&Maria, they're welcoming and super kind people. We would definitely stay again!

Mi hanno risposto subito, Anastasia deliziosa ci ha addirittura aiutato con i bagagli,in un momento propizio! la casa è un gioiellino e offre una pace meravigliosa!

Επισκεφτήκαμε την περιοχή "Διαφάνι" στη Β. Κάρπαθο κατά την περίοδο του Πάσχα. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ φιλική και ευγενική. Μας απαντούσε άμεσα και μας έδινε επίσης επιπλέον οδηγίες για την ευρύτερη περιοχή και τα έθιμα της Καρπάθου και ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμη. Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ προσεγμένος και πολύ καθαρός. Σου έδινε την αίσθηση ότι βρίσκεσαι στο σπίτι σου, με ό,τι κανείς μπορούσε να χρειαστεί για μια ευχάριστη διαμονή. Επίσης υπήρχε άνετος χώρος πάρκινγκ για το αυτοκίνητο. Η περιοχή (Διαφάνι) και η γειτονιά ήταν ήσυχη και πολύ γραφική, με ένα μικρό λιμανάκι με 2,3 οικογενειακές ταβέρνες και όμορφη παραλία. Επίσης απείχε 8 χιλ. από την γραφική Όλυμπο (15 λεπτά οδικώς). Θα το συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ την οικοδέσποινα, αλλά και τους κατοίκους της Καρπάθου που ήταν όλοι φιλικοί και προσηνείς. Σύντομα θα ξαναεπισκεφτούμε αυτό το υπέροχο νησί!

Manolis und Rebecca sind großartige Gastgeber. Sie haben uns mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten verwöhnt, zum Abschied noch ein sehr persönliches Geschenk! Ihre Tipps und Empfehlungen waren allesamt sehr wertvoll. Das Haus ist eines von sehr wenigen alleinstehenden Villen auf der Insel. Ein guter Platz, alles ist gut erreichbar. Der Blick vom Haus aus ist atemberaubend. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet, alles wirkt neu und hochwertig. Wir haben die geschmackvolle Einrichtung geschätzt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

George and Anastasia are excellent hosts. They are very friendly, smiling and willing to make our stay in Pyles and Karpathos unforgettable. The house was super clean and I felt like I was at home. Its location is in an excellent spot with a magnificent view of the sea and the island of Kasos. The sunset left us speechless. Every morning we found traditional Carpathian cookies at our door. Our stay at George's accommodation was unforgettable and it is certain that we will visit them again many times.

the apartment is amazing you have no direct neighbours so it felt like you are alone and the view is amazing. I recommend just to have not many luggage with you as Olympos has a lot of stairs and it's not completely in the center but the village is so small it's just 5minutes to walk and you are at the church. I can also recommend the blue garden cafe The owner Nikos was so nice. because of an Coincidence we had luck and could drive together with Irene and her husband from pigadia to Olympos and Irene also drove us to diafani where we took the ferry back to Rhodes. thanks again it felt like family and we will definitely book again!

Εξαιρετική φιλοξενία από την κ.Βικτωρία και τον κ.Γιώργο! Νιώσαμε σαν το σπίτι μας και ακόμα καλύτερα! Το σπίτι ευρύχωρο, πεντακάθαρο με υπέροχη διακόσμηση και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με έμφαση στην παραμικρή λεπτομέρεια!! Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!!

Marina’s place is wonderful. Beautiful little apartment, perfect for one or two people. Marina has excellent communication and let’s you set whether or not you would prefer more or less of it (or none at all)! She and her husband were very attentive to a small issue with the shower which was resolved literally within minutes, and they even made a Greek specialty with Karpathian honey on one of my days there - what a nice treat! My only caveat is that the pool in the photos is not actually included in this condo, and I was a bit surprised to find this out when I arrived as this is the reason I booked it. Nonetheless, Marina spoke to the person in the other unit (they share the balcony space), and they were happy to share the pool. While everything else was great, this meant what I thought was a pool just for myself was actually a shared space with someone else. Everything else was wonderful and I would still stay here again! It’s close to the city center without being so close as to be noisy at night, though there are a lot of stairs as Karpathos is a very vertical island! Thanks Marina!

Daniel's apartment was perfect for our 8 day stay. We originally were booked for 6 days, but decided to extend our stay another two! The location was great- within two blocks of the main restaurant strip, but tucked away enough to enjoy peaceful sunsets on the balcony. We liked the layout of the apartment so much we took notes to bring back to New York. Daniel (and Denisa) are great hosts, and responded quickly with any answers to our questions. It was really the ideal stay, and we couldn't have asked for anything more. We recommend this stay to everyone who intends to visit Karpathos.

Eine sehr gute Unterkunft, wenn man urbanes Leben mit privater Wohnung, Restaurants in Fussnaehe und tollem Meerblick verbinden will. Marina ist eine sehr gute und sehr gastfreundliche Vermieterin, die uns sehr herzlich empfangen und betreut hat. Uns haben die Tage sehr gut gefallen!
