BUS from the train station (13 min): - "QUAI NORD" stop right across from the train station - BUS number 3 - 7th stop "RENOIR" - the apartment is 200 m away Possibility to rent 2 bikes for an extra charge as soon as you arrive at the apartment. My 100 plants will be there to keep you company, but don't worry, there is no need to water them ;)

Welcome! Our bright apartment facing the mountains is located in the quiet area of Les Clarines. You will love having lunch on the south-facing balcony facing Mont Veyrier after a day at the lake (15 min walk/5 min by bike), in nature, in town (20 min walk/15 min by direct bus from the train station). Accommodation on the 5th floor with elevator and 180° mountain views. A delicious bakery for breakfast is across the street from the building :) We want you to have a great time with us!

We had a lovely stay at Clément's. The place lived up to our expectations, true to the photos. The balcony is a real plus and is very well furnished. The accommodation is well located: 10 min from Annecy by car, 10 min walk from Grand Frais and 5 min walk from a bakery. Clément is a welcoming, flexible and friendly host. Regarding the presence of a cat, note that it is discreet, kind and very affectionate. I highly recommend this listing!

Nice apartment, functional, very well-equipped and well located. Annecy is easily accessible, 15/20 min by car, depending on traffic to get to the city center. There is also the option to take the bus that is downstairs from the building. Clean place, although the bedding could possibly be reviewed (stains on the mattress and duvets). Level crossing in front of the apartment, which emits a buzzer during a train pass. There are containers for sorting in front of the building, a little noisy when they are emptied... But closed windows are pretty well insulated and we don't hear too much. The rest of the time, it is a quiet place. Aside from these little details, we had a very nice week. Thank you for your kindness and responsiveness throughout our stay.

New in Annecy city with secure parking

We just spent a week in Annecy. As the host could not be available on the day of our arrival, we received a very explanatory video to allow us to access the accommodation. The accommodation is impeccable, well-equipped, very convenient with its foldaway bed. The big pluses are its balcony, its parking space in the basement, the elevator in the building to access the apartment. In addition, a bus stop is located near the building, free bus in summer, which allows access to the lake, the old town… without the need to take the car. We would recommend this place without hesitation.
