Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Arenella, Naples

Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti nel appartamento di Matteo ed è stato un’esperienza molto soddisfacente. L’ambiente molto pulito, ampio e molto luminoso. L’unica pecca le 6 rampe di scale per arrivare al appartamento ma il montaggio del ascensore era in lavorazione quindi a presto questo aspetto sarà superato. Matteo è suo fratello sono stati molto gentili e ci hanno consigliato molto bene sulle attività da fare nel quartiere e anche sui locali della zona. Il quartiere è uno dei più importanti di Napoli e abbraccia tutte le sfaccettature di questa bellissima città. La posizione del appartamento è vicina alla stazione della metropolitana e a un 20 minuti a piedi della Spacca Napoli e Duomo. Grazie per l’ospitalità e preziosi consigli

Francesco und sein Bruder Stefano waren sehr gute Gastgeber und besonders hilfsbereit. Sehr viele Empfehlungen erhalten. Wenn wir wieder in Neapel sind, werden wir sehr gerne nach freien Zimmern oder Apartments fragen.

L’appartement de Luigi est très confortable , très bien équipé et paisible . Rien ne manque dans la cuisine , chambres et salle de bain pour passer un bon séjour . La terrasse est incroyable de par sa grandeur et sa vue La climatisation dans l’appartement est un réel atout Bref , tous ces éléments valent bien les 4 étages à monter Merci Luigi

El departamento es hermoso. Estaba impecable, súper bien equipado y cerca del puerto, del barrio español, de la Plaza Plebiscito y de muchos otros lugares. Carlo fue muy amigable y atento a todas nuestras consultas.

Muy recomendado, Gennaro es un excelente anfitrión, todo el tiempo está pendiente y entrega muy buenas recomendaciones. Su disposición 10/10.

We had a fantastic six-day stay at Renato’s place! The apartment is in a great location—very convenient for exploring Napoli—and it’s spacious and spotless. Renato is truly an exceptional host. He gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and places to visit, which made our trip even more enjoyable. One day, we accidentally forgot our key, and Renato was so kind and responsive—he rushed over right away to help us out, which we genuinely appreciated. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and worry-free stay!

Abbiamo soggiornato qualche notte in questa bella casa con una pulizia impeccabile. Tutti gli spazi sono come in foto (anzi, più belli) e la descrizione rispecchia perfettamente quello che si trova nella casa (compresa la colazione). Nonostante la zona fosse trafficata, i letti comodi ci hanno permesso di riposare bene. Siamo stati accolti prima dell'orario previsto del check-in da Adriana che è stata estremamente gentile e premurosa ed è sempre stata molto reattiva per messaggio. Se avremo occasione di tornare a Napoli soggiorneremo sicuramente da lei, grazie ancora dell'accoglienza! Sara, Federico e Chiara

La zona è comodissima, sia arrivando dalla stazione con la metro sia per spostarsi poi a piedi in città, o anche per prendere la funicolare per salire a San Martino. Il palazzo è un piccolo condominio da sentirsi a casa in una parte di Napoli non ancora dominata dai negozi e locali per i touristi. Volendo si fa la spesa nel supermercato poco distante. - Il check in ha funzionato benissimo. Ci siamo siamo sentiti molto bene!

L'appartement de Daniela est superbe ! Grand spacieux, il a tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. la terrasse est un bonus. Proche d'une station de métro, l'accès au centre est facile. Daniela est un sucre italien. Toujours disponible si besoin. Elle veille à ce que tout soit OK ! Merci pour ce séjour

Otimo espaço em Napole. Perto do Metro e com boas opção de comercio. Fabio é muito atencioso e nos ajudou bastante.

Enrico is more than a great host. Accommodated our needs for early check in, was very responsive and provided us with a full tour of the accommodation, along with restaurant suggestions and tips for the city. The room is as in the photographs,, extremely clean, spacious and very pleasant. All of the equipment are brand new and even the provided coffee was great. The only challenging aspect was the minor humidity of the place (due to it being in central Naples), however, the air condition made it completely manageable. Thanks Enrico 🙏

We had a great stay (2 people) place was clean and well maintained! We liked the tasteful decoration and colour scheme. We felt safe and secure, a little bit of family noise from the neighbours but nothing that disturbed us. Excellent host, quick responded and helpful! Overall a smooth experience, definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

I had a great stay at Olimpia's place, which was in a neighbourhood with great restaurants, and a 20-30 min stroll to the historical centre. Olimpia was also super friendly and accommodating, even letting me check in early. And the place was very clean and comfortable. All in all, very nice accommodations!

We had a great stay at Anna's, very walkable location in Naples, quiet overnight, and nice and cool even on hot days. Great to have use of a kitchen. Bed was comfy. The bathroom and shower are quite compact, fine for us but worth considering for some. The shower also drained very slowly. We did have a bit of trouble on checking in, the 'get directions' link in airbnb took us further up the street, so make sure you type in the actual address. Once we did find it, the gate was also closed but turned out it is actually not locked so just give it a push. Overall great stay, and would stay again.

Great apartment for a stay in Naples. About a 10 minute walk from the main area so close enough but nice and quiet. AC was brilliant and cold enough in the bedrooms. Beautiful balcony to overlook Naples and the cruise ships. Would stay again!

Appartamento caratteristico nel cuore dei quartieri spagnoli, molto carino, ristrutturato e pulito. Carmine é di una gentilezza e disponibilità incredibile, ci ha fornito informazioni di ogni genere e con immediatezza

J'ai passé un très bon séjours, La vue de la terrasse est exceptionnelle, le logement n'est pas moderne mais très typique ce qui lui apporte son charme et dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires. l'ajout d'une climatisation et une petite touche de rafraichissement le rendrais parfais. l'appartement est idéalement situé et a à peine 200 mètres de la station de Métro Materdeï . Salvatore et sa femme communiquent très bien et sont très réactisf pour tout renseignements. Je recommande vivement !!!!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Anna and Luigi’s place for a few days, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel so welcome. Anna and Luigi are, without a doubt, the best hosts we've ever had! They are incredibly friendly, warm, and genuinely care about making your stay special. They went above and beyond by offering us a ton of helpful recommendations, from must-see sights in the area to delicious local restaurants. Their local insights really helped us make the most of our trip. I would 100% recommend staying with Anna and Luigi to anyone visiting the area. Their hospitality and kindness made our stay unforgettable. They are simply amazing! 😊

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cet appartement, qui est situé dans le centre historique, près des stations de métro et de la gare centrale (15 minutes à pieds). L'appartement est grand et propre, il y a l'essentiel pour faire la cuisine. Stefano était là pour nous accueillir et était très gentil. Je recommande ce logement !

We had an incredible stay at Qiong's place. The apartment is beautiful: spacious, full of light, and brimming with character. Everything we wanted to explore in Naples was within easy walking distance, and our hosts were so thoughtful, from stocking the fridge with water to leaving a great list of local recommendations. It honestly felt more like a home than a rental, which made it perfect for both relaxing and exploring. One of our favourite parts was waking up to the spectacular view of downtown Naples from the balcony, coffee in hand. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer. A solid 10/10—we’ll be back and are already recommending it to friends.
